Delta Force Movers

We place all of our things in storage using Delta Force. We’ve tried for more than a month to receive it back and they’ve given us false addresses and today wont return calls. They’ve literally taken our things, or misplaced it, even while we compensated monthly charges. Today need to shell out money on a lawyer. The most odd thing ever… Please don’t hesitate to get in touch with me.

Showed up 4 hrs overdue over billed needed to get my bank help $620 returned into my acct afterward when I moved to storage device found TV with finger throughout screen Told to send images which I’d it was two months still no settlement I can not wait to see what’s ruined

The business is quite unresponsive they required 3 hours late to get to my home. They had been impolite the florida place was not useful a number of the very rude people I have ever believed with. They backed up the truck to my home and while doing this they ruined both sides of my area knocking off a few tiles. It was all no problem they stated that they would manage it and I waited patiently for two weeks without a response and one man the shipment that he had my number and I had his own and he explained he’d manage it. He blocked my number and never contacted me personally and so this provider is TRASH TRASH WORKER TRASH TRUCKS AND WAS NOT EQUIPPED FOR A BIG MOVE. Additionally they took my buddies deposit once we chose them to not deal with the move because they can not even manage backing the truck up. They employ felons because one man said he can not drive for this reason. Worst moving business ever please do NOT USE one man even walked in with dirty boots and abandoned prints in my carpeting no regard whatsoever.

I scheduled my transfer a week beforehand, I paid my deposit, the afternoon until they predicted to comfrim ( once I called a number of times begging to get a response ) Comfrimed truck along with a crew of 3 will arrive between 9 – 10 AM. Husband takes the children ages 2 & 3 around the new home while I wait in the present location with my 3 dogs. It is now 11 AM I am calling the workplace no response, by noon I am stressed out, I call the lender to request a charge back on which I have paid, had to cancel my bank card. 1 PM that I get a telephone call, we’re on our way. WHAT? You’re scheduled to be here by 10, nicely they double booked me, I answered with nicely you could not pick up the telephone and allow me to know? Well we’ll only cancel and he wrapped up. So I am left in a completely packed house with two small children and 3 stressed dogs out, my spouse has fresh tenates moving in next weekend and everyone else is booked out, do NOT have the opportunity with this business, someone ought to have contacted me about the mix up, or at least to let me know they’d be late, the driver was rude and fast to cancel, I am out cash, my card had to be pinpointed, and I am STUCK. Start looking for a different firm

This”firm” swindled me. They intentionally took more than eight hours to transfer my one bedroom flat to your storage device. The 2 movers vanished many times a evening for 45 minutes at one time, also had the guts to tell me that they were searching for a screwdriver in the truck. I tried phoning Kelly (the girl who booked my movement ) and her telephone kept ringing. No voicemail, no response. I had to contend with the proprietor, Jason, regarding the period of time it had been carrying along with the price tag. He had been extremely blessed and accused me of being disingenuous. Then, they attempted to shake me down for the extra $250 in money in the storage facility once I compensated the owners in full through debit card. They would not leave the house so that the storage device staff needed to wait patiently with me well after final time till they did. It was dreadful. In addition, I don’t have any clue how they could market that they are working together with veterans; it is just a farce. They said they’d send me a Certification of Insurance that the day prior to my transfer, however I never received a single. I do not think they are licensed or guaranteed. Beware–Don’t employ them.

This is unquestionably the worst moving company from the organization. My husband and I hired them because we believed we had been helping out army veterans but that has been a joke. My husband served in the Marines and deployed a few occasions and all he wished to do is help out a military owned company. The movers were very professional throughout the procedure. After the movers arrived in our new house, among them lost the legs onto our tv. He gave us $50.00 to purchase a fresh one online that was fine. My husband assessed on our 65 inch LG 4K tv and saw that the screen was busted. We called the office and they advised us to complete a claims form which we did. We had been advised that they ordered us a brand new tv. Fourteen days has passed and we never received anything. We asked for a tracking number to confirm they purchased a tv but one was not supplied. After reporting he firm to the BBB, my husband had been told he’d only receive $100 since he gave them bad reviews. The tv was worth 1300 and brand new. They first come off polite but beware!!!

I just hope nobody else goes that which we went through.

Worst expertise moving. I’m a military brat, meaning that my mother was in the army and we moved a great deal. This company says they’re ex military pros and that I do not believe is accurate. This firm charge me 6 days for exactly the very same moves and I’m till disputing charges. Have tens of thousands of dollars in damage land and missing things. They requested me to send them with the advice via certified mail, which I did and a month later received that email back to me with”Refused Return to Sender” on it. They do not answer their telephones or emails and I am here stuck with broken and stolen property in my property. Worst moving business ever.

The aforementioned movers were exceptionally professionaland courteous and productive. The transfer had been on 9/9/2016 and has been finished over the scheduled time period; as an issue of reality, the movers billed somewhat less because of its shortened time.this is my 4th proceed together with the firm ,’m also a veteran but not needed to discuss that with anybody.
In would highly recommend this business to my cabinet friends without reluctance /

What a poor experience we’ve had! Please talk about this as far as possible. I’m all for testimonials and encouraging others in their company always! But now I’m saying….Beware of those movers and giving them a large fat bad!! Delta Force Movers is your very egregious, deceitful moving firm. Please make certain to warn your customers! Don’t permit those crooks to maneuver your customers, friends and loved ones! These aren’t Veterans moving your possessions and regrettably this is the way they offered me. They were planning to donate some of my transfer to the Wounded Warriors Project. They have not even brought me all of my furniture and possessions yet and what I’ve received is damaged

DO NOT TRUST THIS COMPANY.

They attempt to hook you up with their claim regarding’helping veterans’ blah blah blah but in the long run they are all about getting your cash and stringing out you long enough so that you just give up and allow them to keep it even when they don’t deliver on their promises.

Sheer incompetence prevented them from really performing my movement (which I am now grateful for), and if I asked for my deposit back they said they would get it to me. 1 couple of angry phone calls after I still have not gotten this deposit again. Now I am sicking my charge card business on them so hopefully that’ll get the job done.

Bottom line – they LIE to you about the telephone. They UNDERESTIMATE what they are able to do and only hope that you’ll concede your deposit voluntarily. Do not make the mistake that I made from expecting them.

Anyhow, I chose these men over the remainder since they”supported the troops”…I am retired AF myself. I was frustrated and might instead be giving a much better score nonetheless, there where several difficulties with this business from the beginning.

Showed up hours late, 1 man short, using a rental truck and no equipment. I called multiple times to discover if my appointment was still on but no response and no call back. . .ever.

They consumed ALL OUR packing supplies, they could not pack or load correctly, had to create a number of trips and ruined multiple things and our property. The claim procedure was a nightmare and still moving. They have the worst customer service ever. We are still awaiting the promise report or some other”fix” work to get started. Fantastic luck trying to find anybody to call you back. When you do get someone on the telephone, they (feminine ) are impolite. They’re still giving us the run around on our promise.

I don’t suggest these guys whatsoever!!!

*Update on assert 4/08/16 – they didn’t value this particular review, threatened to provide $0.60 percent for this. . .hmmm, okay. Seriously goes to demonstrate the kind or employees and direction working there. . .subpar, unprofessional and just plain rude. I’ll notify my community of friends and possibly the foundation paper of the lack of customer support and service. I strongly advise using another company if you would like actual professionals. We’re taking them to court. Thanks for reading.

The worst going experience of my entire life. STAY FAR AWAY – BE WARNED!!

– They wrapped up two hours late to our movement (2 HOURS LATE!!!)

– They over-charged me enormous time around the Entire movement (quoted $490 transfer price $1,100)

– They ruined quite expensive Pottery Barn Couch, Chair (very bad harm )

– Badly damaged our staircase and Front door Hoping to maneuver (left grooves from the stairs out of dolly and gouged door and door frame with dollies Again and again even once we showed them they had been causing harm ) 

– The movers STOLE things out of our boxes (Verizon FIOS modem along with other things went missing)

– They proceeded ridiculously SLOW and conducted up our fees (10 hours rather than 6 hour proceed )

– They took 1.5 hours to drive 3 miles into our new home (we have there in 10 minutes and were awaiting )

– They took two hours and 15 minutes worth of fractures and just excluded 30 minutes for fractures

– They had been aggressive towards me when I requested them to move quicker please 
(they really all probably got violent since I started to unload boxes quicker then they did)

– Talked to direction and they requested us to send these photographs of harm, we did and they blew us off and we never heard back from them. 

– Then they has the moving supervisor who supervised our movement call me and worry about the way they did nothing wrong.
I’d love some client service here but do not expect it.

STAY FAR FAR AWAY FROM THIS COMPANY!!!

Allow me to start by stating this is a enormous move. We run a dairy farm, and so that I understood up front we’d want two 26 foot sockets. I had many businesses do onsite quotes, and they consented. Delta Force lent me $2200, and they showed up over time together with two trucks and 2 teams. They worked in the rate of light and so are really friendly and professional. Towards the end, the trucks were complete, and we hadn’t yet begun to the garage. They called the firm, and the other team was immediately discharged with another team. The team boss on the very first truck ensured me that the remaining things would just fill half a truck, and it must proceed fast.

The next truck came, and things went downhill. The crew had been slow, so they wasted moment, plus they did not correctly load the vehicle. The half of load we anticipated filled the entire truck, along with the garage wasn’t empty. I had to beg them to locate space for some remaining things in the home, and even then, I ended up carrying the majority of it at my vehicle. In the long run , it took them as long to load on the next truck with garage things that were largely in boxes because it did to many other crews to load the entire 2000 sf home. They brought me an extra $1113 and didn’t even clean the garage out. My husband needed to borrow a trailer and move back up there (90 kilometers ) to complete cleaning and loading it out because we needed to stand out by midnight.

As soon as I started unpacking, I discovered busted China and glassware, and my beautiful brand new desk had all four legs snapped off and had been concealed in the cellar. Nobody bothered to say it to me personally. They also struck a big glass plate in my curio cabinet and abandoned the bits on the floor in my chicken coop, again without mentioning it. I know no movement is ideal, however I really do believe they need to have confessed up front the large items which were brokenup.

But to be honest, I called the business and left a complaint. The man was polite, friendly and worried, and he stated he’ll do his very best to make this correct. He’s to call me tomorrow with an modification number. In general, I love the job of their very first crew even though they did not mention that the broken products. Their work ethic has been all I expected from specialists, so that I would not be afraid to urge Cesar along with Ivan’s team. Just stay way far away from Guy and Chuck. They’ll give you blind and perform a concerted job.

They started out fantastic, but then they slow up took fractures. I used ton’t eat till 4:00pm late in the day. I wager them into the storage. He explained they cease to eat and use the restroom. They took nearly a hour to get from the old address into the storage device. They billed me way what the firm said on the telephone to me so no, I wouldn’t recommend this business to some my friends or relatives.
