Fantastic outfit.  Julio was premature on pickup day and ancient on delivery day.  Very good communication and exceptionally beneficial.  Don’t confuse this business with the testimonials on Crossland Relocations.  CrosslandNYC couldn’t have done a much better job.  I’d certainly do business with them again.

On August 20, 2011, Crosslands Relocations Moving Services picked up my private belongings, clothes and furniture At Jersey City, NJ to send them into a new address in North Vegas, Nevada. They obtained the 50 percent of the fee which has been $507.50 and all of my shifting which include: 10 big boxes- complete with personal possessions, clothing, shoes, bags, decorations and other sort of residence materials valued on $5,000. 1 Xlarge box- featuring decor things appreciated at $300 1 match with decoration things insise appreciated in $200 1 fold table, two folding seats appreciated in $100 1 big bag contaning a massage seat appreciated in $100 3 chair folding couch appreciated in $300 1 suspension appreciated in $300 1 little AC Valued at $100 In October 23, 2011 my items haven’t being delivered yet rather than one single person out of this provider wishes to inform me where my items are. Danny, the claimant, advised me to not call him anymore and Adam Ben reported that Crosslands hurried from bussiness. Still the site is operating with the identical title, and each of the telephone numbers are functioning but no one answers my mails, calls, and texts. Crossland Relocation Moving Services, stole all my personal possessions and took my cash. My furniture has been picked up on 8-13 at MA. I had been told it could arrive at San Diego in just fourteen days. Please don’t use these movers. They’re scam artist and you’ll be scammed. They picked up my stuff on July 19th and advised me it’d be here in two – three weeks. It’s now August 19th. 1 month later! My stuff has been picked up by Maryland around 6/28 and was suppose to get there in Florida involving 7/5 along with 7/10. Well, its own 8/22 and still no substance. No calls are returned and at this stage the majority of the amounts are disconnected. I have been connected with the Better Business Bureau, Department of Transportation, New York Police, Florida Police, Maryland Police, Claims Service International (the 3rd party Insurance Carrier in their site ) along with also the New York Consumer Affairs office and Nobody Appears to want to help. Now is August 9, 2011 and that I still have not got my things. The business phone number was altered and”Danny” no longer functions for the business. I phoned the Brooklyn authorities and there’s not any such business at the address posted on their site. I’ve ongoing investigations together with the Attorney General, the D.O.T, the authorities and that I have a lawyer. Danny has not told me anything about charging extra for extra cubic feet either. I didn’t got any extra paperwork from Crossland either. We did not have any extra things, as a matter of fact, we didn’t put all of the things which were among of a quotation on a truck, however the the guys billed us $2,158.21!!! That’s over $768.21 over a quotation and we didn’t include any extra products! The movers were supposed to appear in Brooklyn flat on June 17, 2011 8:00AM-11:00PM. I specifically advised Crossland Movers, which Cooperative bylaws permits moving Monday through Friday between 8:00AM and 5:00PM. We were coming out of Chicago, IL on Thursday, June 16, 2011 simply to be there to the transfer and we’re going to be departing on Saturday, June 18, 2011. So I presume, they purposely showed up at 4:30PM on Friday, July 17, 2011 at a little truck which has been covered in graffiti, giving us no opportunity to go through a whole lot of newspapers and forms that movers brought together and showed to us in just 4:45PM.

When the things arrived at our house in Clarendon Hills, IL, my husband quantified the distance the things took and we arrived together with 90 sq feet less, than they charged us for. On July 14, 2011 Roman Korol (Ron)- workplace manager/owner(?) Called and explained that they’d be delivering my items on Friday, July 15, 2011 12pm-4pm. I waited until July 21, 2011 to allow them to get mepersonally, but didn’t here from them. So I emailed them, list all of the things which were damaged, including images, and attempted to telephone them multiple occasions, but nobody replies nor yields my calls.I wish to get $768.21 back to overcharges, and also the compensation for the damaged furniture and lost things.

They arrived about 3 months ago to send my items except they were NOT my items they had been providing!! If I understood how bad this business was I would have NEVER let them touch my items!!! I’d chosen a business that had great reviews and rated A from the BBB(New Earth proceeding and storage). They apparently sent Cross property as their middleman! Save yourself the money and stress! Don’t use those companies!

The movers came to my house in a really compact truck which has been covered in graffiti. As soon as they came they clarified that the initial quote of $1500.00 was wrong and the entire transfer would cost $2975.00, I must have cancelled at the very moment, nevertheless I did not.
