Convenient Movers

I used this business on a long distance transfer from Texas to Ohio. These people are dreadful. Should you judge them from your site, you might believe they have their very own truck. I had been moving out of Texas to Ohio. My movement was scheduled for 12 noon. I was called and advised that they had been running late. They really were needing to obtain an uHaul truck and has been operating around the metroplex seeking to locate one. When they finally arrived at my home, they’d no dolly. I had a large number of boxes because these people insist on you doing your own packaging. They arrived late that meant I was dashed since they were also hauling my car. 

We needed to return to uHaul to attach the trailer into your uHaul truck. Oh, incidentally, I have a costly massage seat which at first they refused to load since they did not understand how to fix it. I needed to figure out that and insist that they return my home to pick up the seat. These nitwits were planning to leave the seat in the home I was moving out of! I explained I could not do this since the purchaser was taking possession in a couple of days. Crazy. They had no gear, I needed to ask my neighbors for resources as I figured out how to disassemble the seat. Horrible experience.

I counseled David the proprietor my contents that included a washer and drier.  I also advised Peter the manager of the 2 movers and among the movers that I also had a washer and drier. But, I did not show them with the driver and washer even though they had knowledge about it. I presume what happended due to this racing to return to uHaul and then to load my massage seat so that they could get on the street that night we all forgot about the washer and drier. I didn’t consider it before my sister asked concerning it. 

I asked Peter if they’d loaded the washer and drier. He could not tell me. I requested my property agent to confirm the home and they were still there. I needed to have them hauled off because at that point I’d already arrived at my destination. I could not do anything together, but take it as a reduction. 

These people are unprofessional. Some of my things were broken or bits missing. I didn’t bother using an insurance claim since I knew that there would be no use in raising the problem. All that they do is argue with you or purpose to verbiage within their one-page so-called contract.  This moving company is no more than a fast movement that throws your things to an uHaul van/truck. They do not care how it gets there or if it is still intact once you reach your destination.

They allow payment as soon as they load your things, but refuse to float until you cover them. This isn’t appropriate, but Peter explained they were burnt before. Therefore, you get exactly what you pay for. They’re reasonably priced, however, it comes at a cost to work with these people. 

Stay away from these. Their movers became involved in a debate and were not able to struggle right there in the spectacle of my storage place. I mean, it was just like nothing I have ever experienced. Beware of those people. Unprofessional and they do not give a shit about your individual products.  

I believe they get you from the purchase price. But you’d think that they would have some form of professionalism or client support about them.  After we reached my storage, then the man Peter needed me to help him locate extra assistance. He insisted that I accompany him to a corner shops to find other men to help with the unloading. I didn’t have a clue where to obtain these kinds of individuals. It was a crazy adventure. 

Buyer beware and steer clear of these winners. They’re attempting to masquerade as a valid business enterprise.

Fantastic support from Convenient Movers. Very cheap price and support. Could not have asked for better support. Moved my 4 bedroom home with no damage. Excellent communication from begin to finish. I’ll highly recommend these men.

Estimate was for 5 hours going a 3/2/2. Then it got fun! We had been told that it was likely to become an extra 3 hours. It was mad!! The team turned into rude, unprofessional and began dropping our items. I’ve 4 broken things that we can not fix since the inspector by means of a tantrum. At this time we had been so disappointed – 8:00pm. We had been advised that they were planning to carry our things into storage and we could come do it since I refused to cover. Another tantrum in the operator and his or her inspector. Personally in case you can not move a home in 8 hours do not state you can. Believe it or not that the movers didn’t complete the unloading task until later cops were called and it turned out 5:30am. I kid you not. This provider isn’t convienant, they’re shifty, untrustworthy a only plain lazy!!

We hired those movers to assist us proceed from Oklahoma town to Houston Tx. We have many quotations from various businesses because we had been on a strict budget. They supplied the best price by far. I talked with Ryan and he came by and saw what we needed to proceed. His cost was fair and accurate. The direction was very beneficial in the follow up prior to the move. The movers came punctually. They were very professional and quite cautious with all our furniture. We’ll employ this business again in the near

One of my tuxedos in the wear home was for 9:00 in the afternoon. 1 truck came at 9:00 and another at 11:30 that evening. As soon as I asked David Worker why the truck was overdue that he explained a truck broke down but I had been told he’d another work instead. As soon as I kept asking questions he got angry and yelled at me and explained he’d take my tuxedos straight back and ditch them in the wear home if I asked some further questions. He had been so rude. I have yet to be talked to like this in 30 decades. He said that the trucks could depart Monday but he wouldn’t return my calls or emails so I’ve been concerned all week.They came seven days after after he picked up. He stated at one stage they’d maintain TN in seven to 10 times but he also stated they’d leave on Monday. Was he really late?  I was very perplexed. All I desired was to be more educated about my own deliveries. I’ll say the men unloading were fine. So far as honesty goes, to me this means keeping your sentence. He didn’t even keep his word for me in saying the truck could leave Monday.

After calling many different businesses to aid with my move, I predicted Convenient Movers. The supervisor has been polite and listened attentively to what I needed to proceed along with the undertaking. He offered to come by and see exactly what I needed to proceed. He came in a huge truck. I had been really impressed with what he said after searching through all of my products. He gave me a free quote and guaranteed to conquer any other moving firm’s cost. On moving day the movers arrived with uniformed with gear and prepared to take apart my mattress dressers and washer and dryers. Other moving companies cost to take apart washer and dryers. Suitable movers proved to be a life saver for me since they didnt have any hidden fees. The cost was reduced and within 2 hours they had been filled up and ready to proceed. I recieved my merchandise in good shape. The unloaders were fast, they helped me organize all of my furniture set up and even constructed all of my furniture. They also helped me hook up my washer and drier. I looked at all that has been transferred and I was really happy with Suitable Movers. Normally I will not be the person to write a review down but I was on a budget and all these are the only movers who might work with my cost for my own move. Other movers were attempting to charge me an arm and a leg. I didnt have much cash to tip the movers so I promised that I will write something on line so other clients can understand what great of a job they did. Really I had been thinking that since their cost was really low, that the degree of support will only be ordinary. I was quite happy the way the supervisor kept me informed and educated me on the way in which the driver was performing as he had been making the trip. I was amazed how all of my classic furniture has been well cared for. I was definitely impressed with these  movers. They’ve a motto that going you with a grin and they definitely moved me with a grin. I’ll always employ those movers and have already refered them to my aunt in Oklahoma. Convenient Movers arrived punctually.  They were quite professional.  The group worked really well together, really motivated. Communication with their chief was fantastic. Moving can be stressful but these movers created my own move really simple. I was somewhat skeptical about hiring movers however after this encounter, I have only positive things to say about suitable movers  They managed my products with extreme caution. The movers followed and listened instructions correctly. All antiques came in good shape.  I’ve already recommended them to my loved ones and church members.

The movers arrived in my home two hours late. The proprietor didn’t make clear that they don’t take out of state checks until 10 minutes prior to the appointment period, which ought to have been addressed in the purpose of obtaining their services. He was rather rude and doesn’t send out any confirmation mails or calls. They don’t manage your house with care. They dragged my sofa on the ground after repeatedly telling them how to eliminate my sofa from the doorway. The truck broke down twice on the road into the destination that also caused them to be late on the coming destination. On account of the lateness, when they eventually came the storage facility has been shut and  the owner threatened me to adapt their dressing and dishes if I needed my home to be put because he wanted the truck to perform another job. They piled boxes which were clearly noticed brittle at the base causing the heavy boxes to smash my delicate products. My bed has deep scratches, my mattress and sofa were filthy from them dragging it on the floor. By all means, avoid doing any business with this firm.
