City 2 City Moving

Do not use City Moving. They packed us out from Tampa on 16 June 2019. Terrible. Plates piled 8 or 7 collectively. Things not labeled. I phoned city told and moving me the so called moving priest I’d about the messy work. When they sent our home products two weeks ago here in Hawaii we had over $6,000 in compensation. Our Belgian Shrunk shirt was busted in half an hour an our 65 inch TV needed a display broken in several places. Broken Villeroy and also Bach dishes. Within a dozen image frames broken up. A number of other glass objects destroyed broken in bits. I’m sorry I chose this provider. Please take my advice and keep away from City Moving. I am a Retired Command Sergeant Major In the US Army. Our family moved throughout the globe numerous times with nominal damages. Attempting to call and speak to someone is quite tricky. You receive voice mail occasionally. There are times that you receive a voice mail message which claims that the mailbox is full. Many occasions City Moving failed to return our calls. The only time that they have been proactive is if they desired payment. I spoke with a manager in claims now. There isn’t recourse to maintain City Moving responsible for their cluttered and dreadful work.

I hired United moving specialists to make my transfer. Paid a sizable deposit, then they turn me to city 2 city movers from Atlanta. They never showed up in time. If they did they loaded the truck horribly,never took stock according to contract. Was upset that I left the lender check out into the organization rather than money. They cashed it Dec 12th though two weeks later pickup. They jumped not to deliver my possessions. I heard explanation and lies the entire time. I registered stolen and fraud fees too. And still lies. I finally obtained my possessions Dec 23rd after much efforts to solve. And also getting the run around. It was assumed to be another carrier, and they used the exact same carrier city 2 city movers. And just how unethical, the driver falls the other man off in the gas station down the street because I was law there for delivery. Both were Ukrainian/ Russian. My habit Harley Davidson has multiple regions of damage. My kitchen seats have been broken and rubbed and scratched up. My big cedar chest has hurt. They taped my dresser and all the timber peeled away. They stole my 40″ brand new Sony smart headed TV to also as my Sony smart DVD/ blueray player. I am in the process of attempt to receive my claim kinds but likely won’t ever hear from them either. Plz prevent using this business. Very sketchy and dishonest men and women. U never know who ur coping with, all of them run under alias names and amounts. Beware!!!! It is a scam!

The mover never exhibits their physical speech and or email address. I feel this plumber works under multiple company names. The BBB said I can not file a complaint with no info. They stated their pc entered my appt. Time wrongly. Then they told me not one of the trucks/teams could move me this afternoon before I had to vacate my apt. Then they TEXT me two arbitrary dude’s telephone #s (not 2 other firm warnings, but two random dudes). Those two dudes could not move me that afternoon either. When I phoned back to inform the inspector their warnings could not move me they dismissed my calls/never replied and haven’t called me backagain.
I TYPED $1.00 BECAUSE THE FORM WOULDN’T ALLOW ME TO SUBMIT WITHOUT A MOVING COST VALUE.
