This provider vastly underestimates your quotation large moment. They showed up with inadequate equipment to correctly load up the truck (Asked me to assist them load my riding lawnmower on the truck since they did not possess a practical lift gate. The truck was already half filled with stuff from a different residence when they came. They billed me over 1700 bucks over the quoted cost and could not get everything about the vehicle. Lost pieces of the bedroom package. Said they’d send them to me and never did. Each time that I attempted to find an upgrade I was told direction would contact me and they never did. Eventually I registered a much better business bureau dispute and they did not even react to this. I won’t use this company ever again and again advise you to avoid them.

Usually I do not write testimonials, but dependent on the wonderful experience I had with citi movers, so I felt the necessity to compose so, they appear on time, they took the opportunity to spell out the facts and the particulars of my transfer;in the contract to each question I had about the transfer, I was happy and very happy, and I certainly suggest CITI Movers.

This organization offered us a quotation and after our stuff had been on the vehicle that the bill was almost $3000 within the quotation. The sole reason we eventually got to go over our situation would be since our stuff has been”accidently” taken from storage and proceeded to us two weeks early. On the move afternoon George and his staff showed up on time, already caffeinated and sprung to action. All boxes have been transferred with extreme caution and artwork and furniture delicately secured in protective wrap. I had been moving out of a 1 bed lift construction to a two bedroom walk up on the next floor. The movement ended up taking 5 hours, less than the 6 that I had been quoted that was a bonus. The staff maintained their power and momentum through the day that led in this fast and painless movement. Five star experience and ultimately more cost effective than the usual flat rate for me personally.
