I hired Lupica Movers to move my household out of Lyndhurst, Ohio into Aurora, Ohio. I scheduled them within a month beforehand since our move-in date was quite important for us.

Two trucks and four guys were scheduled to appear at 8 a.m. They over slept, they then got captured by a train, and after that, no joke, they had a physical altercation and were”regrouping”, whatever that means. They eventually showed up FIVE HOURS LATE. They provided a 10% reduction because of their tardiness.

Upon launching, the exceptionally rude driver needed to alter my movement to the subsequent morning when I waited for five hours. I said absolutely not and insisted on going that day.

The move happened and led to a few minor items being busted (a few drawers, closet organizer, glass for desk top). But they dented and scraped my toddler’s newly bought chest in no longer than seven locations. To hide the hurt, they set the torso up from a window, supporting a king bed and box springs. They smashed the door frame on our new residence. Our 20 foot extension ladder didn’t make it from the truck and I have been begging for this to be returned for a week and a half.

The movers and business are incredibly unprofessional and I wouldn’t suggest them to my worst enemy. This was the movement out of hell and Lupica has done nothing to cure the circumstance.

Carl Lupica has transferred us three occasions. We had some tough bits, Carl personally guaranteed these bits could be put where I needed them. Carl was and is the sole mover I’d trust my possessions to. He manages with extreme caution. I didn’t get 1 scratch in my furnishings or my insides and walls.

As soon as I made last minute adjustments to packaging etc.. , both Carl and his staff corrected rapidly and professionally.

I’m a regional director of a nationwide retail chain, also needed to be on the street alot. I had a relative there on going day to assist let the men in and she was also impressed in their attention to detail since they attempted to put my possessions in a similat approach to what I’d setup before!!
