They also said I needed to sign the agreement prior to my items were offloaded in the truck. Again, I felt as though I had been extorted only to get my possessions. In the long run, much like the entire ordeal, there was no communication between American and Boost. My items were offloaded and I didn’t sign the agreement. These drivers also referenced leaning them on several events, again in lieu of additional costs for stairs, etc.. Since the drivers were planning to depart, I discovered my treadmill at the garage. I told them that area it belonged in. They took it at the area, but wouldn’t place it back together. Their motorists took it from my previous house in 1 piece. Where or why it had been taken aside, I don’t have any idea. I advised them that they took it aside and they ought to put it back together. They refused. Strangers now understand where I live and everything I have. The motorist was verbally rude the whole time to me personally and into the Craigslist guys.

This rudeness has been experienced with everyone I dealt with at Boost Express. Vague and filled with explanations as to if they had been showing up. Attempting to insist on money only at shipping (they obtained and approved a cashier’s check over their objections).

Boost Express Van Lines- US DOT 2453637- Reputable Moving Company/They don’t have any integrity and uses deceptive business practices!

Boost is your worst moving business; they outright lie around virtually every crucial product. They consent in writing to pick up on a particular date and consent to send by a particular date (1-3 days later pickup ), they don’t stick to the federal law that requires the Agency to supply in writing shift of consented pickup or delivery delays according to”ensured” dates. Boost never requires to advise they will miss dates.

My arrangement clearly stated that they would select on June 28, 2018, the day before I must call them and was advised pickup will be between 1:00 PM-3:00 PM. When they hadn’t known or called up by 4:00 PM on the 28th I predict just to be advised that they are at another job and won’t create the choice on the agreed date and will arrive at the next day between 9:00 AM and 12N. Obviously the next day they don’t appear by 12N, I needed to call them again to learn what’s going just to be advised that they are running 4-5 hours late. They did arrive around 4:00 PM and began the loading procedure.

As They’re loading the truck that they request the 2nd payment That the conditions are:
1. 10% upon reservation of a moving day by charge card (they record Visa, Diners Club, Discover, MasterCard and American Express. I paid with American Express
2. 50 percent on going day by personal check, credit card, cashier check, money order or money
3. 40% remaining balance due at the time of this delivery before unloading by either Cash or Postal Money order ONLY.
Notice: Do NOT utilize almost any firm that doesn’t accept American Express-I will explain why soon.
For the deposit 50 percent they advised that they wouldn’t accept American Express card, now they admitted together with the reservation deposit, and American Express is clearly mentioned on their site for a payment system, the rationale is that they consider that they violated the contract and that AX is going to perform a chargeback. They said that they would just take a Visa or MasterCard and that they just wanted 40 percent and NOT that the 50 percent as mentioned on the arrangement; they do not need the 50% since the last payment on delivery is CASH!

Now for the shipping, my contract said”guaranteed delivery” 1-3 days from pickup, shipping will be no later than July 1, 2018, the actual delivery date was July 4, 2018, at 12:30 AM (yes AM). They overlooked and outright lied about nine pickup and delivery dates!

I will not even get into that they hurt lots of things and outright lost eight boxes!

The single thing Boost is great at is lying and BOOSTING your cash. This company does not have any integrity and uses deceptive business practices!

(payable by: personal check, credit card, cashier check, money order or money ) The office would not let XX pay together with his American Express card. They explained that we could accept other forms of payment simply not American state. The shipping date was overdue and the crews did not complete unloading until 5 am. Boost Express Van Lines, in my estimation, managed this with fraudulent business training, hostage situation with his movement (waited until portion of this truck had been loaded to notify him they would not accept payment with American Express card), breached his contract in many methods and practiced quite bad and illegal organization.

If I could give this business two stars, I’d. We’ve made many many motions with all sorts of different moving companies using our period at the army. I do not even know where to start with this organization. They showed up more than a day late to start their packaging. Once they shot 1.5 days more to complete the work, they abandoned traces of vacant tape dispensers, garbage, packaging supplies, throughout the home. We needed to clean and come THEIR mess earlier we can clean our vacant house out. While cleansing, we discovered two big boxes at a corner of a bedroom that they completely abandoned. They offered us a supply date of June 20, to our new house. June 20 arrived, my husband took off work, we had been all ready and waiting (with 3 little children ) we phoned the firm, simply to learn that not only could they not be there any afternoon, they could not even tell us WHEN they’d arrive. I concur with every negative remark on this. They don’t deliver in time. They packed our house in NY and clearly unloaded it at a warehouse in New Jersey. They dropped a massive lawn edger, big mirror into a dresser and 2 boxes clearly labeled Virginia. This was after they attempted to send things to Florida which were supposed to visit Virginia. This comprised an armoir into a dresser and mattresses and box springs. I would add they left things in Virginia that didn’t belong there. They have been subcontracted by Colonial Van Lines that are a”agent” One does not know this beforehand. I’ve sent complaints to the BBB and also the attorney general in Florida. Don’t use this organization or Colonial. Colonial provided me 172. For the lost things.

Don’t use this firm….they ruined my possessions, but failed to deliver in time, packaging team was quite haughty, charged me twice the quotation and still hasn’t paid my enormous $108 hurt test. Yes that’s correct….they just paid $108 in compensation and that I still have not received payment annually after. RUN….do not utilize them!!!!

I contracted with EZ Moving to boat donated medical equipment to the Navajo Nation in New Mexico. I phoned several movers and all wanted $5000 to send hospital beds and health care supplies. EZ Moving consented to perform it for $2300. But they subcontracted to Boost who arrived 12 hours late, told me I needed to pay an additional $300 to get a smaller truck because and 18 wheeler couldn’t get down our drive –it might –they never inquired. I advised them that I was not paying to get a shuttle charge of $300 for your smaller truck and they instantly waived the fee. Now I understand why–they were planning to get me afterwards. Today Boost is currently holding our dispatch hostage after doubling the initial quote to $5600. Thus EZ Moving made $700 and suckered me into a contract then subbed out the task to Boost who climbed the cost. I wouldn’t use either EZ Transferring or Boost. Can not even get the man I left the deal with at EZ Mover to answer the telephone. Boost was designed to appear with a weight slide so that I would understand the empty weight of the truck–they did not. Now they’re telling me that I must trust that the vacant truck weight slide they sent was to get the identical truck that they delivered to the home –no way to understand. We needed to wash out the road of garbage, and our home to make sure that our pet didnt consume anything harmful inducing him to become ill. They also left food which we provided to them through the kitchen and packaging tape everywhere , and left us without blankets, cushions or perhaps a bed to sleep in because the previously wrapped or packaged them from our wishes. We had to hunt all there boxes to locate some thing to sleep together and observed boxes were just half filled with a few even less then 1/2 understanding again to match the cost. The following day once the truck came with no forman naturally, we had been advised items were packaged incorrect and needed to be re packed. St this stage we knew we made a crucial mistake with Boost Transferring Co.. However, was able we couldn’t change. So after a second 6 hrs of loading and repacking and addiotional $3,000 inflation at price. We stuffed 1/2 18 wheeler and trusting that the worst is over we’re on our own way. Boy were we wrong.
