Marvin’s team filled our furniture up and that I drove forward to destination 4 hours north. After I came, the furniture never followed. Marvin said he predicted repeatedly but I never got the calls… and we had been advised that there are a surcharge because of the excess time necessary to finish the move, because the movers were someplace close to Ft.Lauderdale. We were now required to cover Zelle, which has zero fraud protection. How can I proceed to cover and understand my furniture will be sent safely if there’s not any fraud protection? I believe I have been scammed. They still have my furniture and are threatening with exorbitant storage charges to create a feeling of immediacy. Now I’d pay with Amex or PayPal, but Booming Whales insists that I utilize Zelle, which seems just like throwing good money after bad.
