Our television cupboard, bedroom dresser, dining room table and other things were scratched, broken and chipped although we paid extra for”special wrap”.

I have used many moving companies in my life and this is by far, the worst company I have ever hired.

To begin with, the sales rep did an extremely terrible job at estimating how much space will be required. Which, then, improved our invoice out of $1450 to $2250. But when the move is completed, there is nothing you can perform along with client support does not care to create you a happy client. That’s obviously why I won’t ever use them again.

Secondly, from pickup to drop off, it took them longer than one month. Absolutely absurd it’d take this long. They were overdue on their guaranteed deliver-by date by 5 times.

Third, this provider is communicating hell. The left hand doesn’t have any idea what the ideal hand is doing. Revenue, dispatch, customer support, nobody talks with each other. Transferred from 1 individual to another and need to explain everything all around. Every moment. Were guaranteed call after telephone and they chose to overlook making those calls. I needed to follow each opportunity to get a hold of somebody.

Finally, they assured about the shipping date,”we will be there involving 2-5pm” I said excellent. They did not appear until 8:30pm following our children had gone to sleep. I had to always request an upgraded ETA and never got a call back, just text messages.

The only good thing I need to mention is that, initially, the sales rep was helpful in explaining some things to me personally. It went downhill from there and I am so disappointed that I travelled together in the first location.

THE DRIVER, WHINED AND COMPLAINED THAT HE Couldn’t DRIVE HIS TRUCK THROUGH THE ENTRANCE- EVERYONE SHOOK THEIR HEADS,, EVEN I COULD HAVE DRIVEN ON THROUGH… IT WAS A SCAM TO GET 300.00 MORE OUT OF ME. RENTAL FOR A SHUTTLE-UHAUL & HIS AND HIS two SON’S- LABOR FEE. TOTAL COST $2500.50 RIP OFF !!!!!!
