I had been billed for supplies that they used due to the rain (cellophane wrap) although I requested to postpone the movement. I’ve moved several times during my entire life; not have I had such a poor experience. I asked that they charge me for the difficulties but they denied. In the end, the supervisor asserts that I cancelled two distinct days when I just cancelled one time also it had been over a week before the transfer. He’s insulting and dishonest. As soon as I talked with the proprietor, he stated they are not assumed to move from the rain. He contradicted himself several times and won’t charge me the exact amount I’m searching for. I hope that they go out of business shortly before more people must undergo this type of tension and cost effective. The owner stated he does not believe his supervisor has the character to be a supervisor yet he abandoned him at the situation and didn’t respect or honor my wishes. He’s still out of town.
