I finished a request to get a quotation online. Got a call from Scott, reserved the movement for the next day. That exact same night I got a call from the supervisor Alex who said that he could not move me since the cost I was quoted was incorrect. I practically begged him to maneuver me and he said no he can repay the cash. I even sent a text to him pleading with him (no reply ).

I called the next day to determine whether the refund was filed and got a confirmation number.

Eight days after I called again, I never got the refund. I have called about 15 occasions, I have talked to Scott, Alex (Manager), Mike (Operations Manager), Antonio (Supervisor), Louis (Supervisor), Jason, Arthur and Adriel, still no refund 18 days after.

The worse part of this all is a few employees would not provide me their names, I have been hung up on, moved, left on hold 30-40 minutes and rudely talked to.

I have even had a employee say to me, well you signed up the digital form for your deposit, it is non refundable. I said to him that their firm cancelled the movement, not me.

It is dreadful how this so called family business operates. I now have to submit a claim with my Bank, BBB, leave reviews to frighten folks and anything else that I can do to assist others so they’re not cared for such as me.

I refuse to call back! Additionally, the operate under different company names such as Riteway Relocation at Florida… etc.. .
