Arthur Werner Moving & Storage

Hi all, just wanted to talk about a terrible experience we had with Arthur Werner Moving firm b/c I feel a great deal of folks have used them at the region and had recommended them to us about this particular site. We had them pack and move us a couple weeks back and paid a considerably greater price for your packaging.
While they had been packing/moving us they triggered a few big holes in our leasing apt walls. We tipped the movers nearly $700 (20 percent ) and once we looked in our items accomplished our television (unpacked by the movers) had a huge crack throughout the front- and has been busted, along with also my husband’s $400 camera which was fresh and at the box, was lost.
We talked to Denzil in the business and while originally exceptionally receptive and apologetic, they’ve since done nothing despite my repeated calls and mails. While we just got the basic insurance, they’d emailed us to please fill out a claim b/c they’d treat us and they had been so horrified that this occurred. Yet daily I’m told the”proprietor will call me tomorrow”. They explained that they rely on testimonials for company b/c they do not advertise so that I felt that I need to inform our story for people who are seeking a mover.
