They provide all of the boxes, but things have been overlooked:photograph records, school books, bed linens, pots & pans, blender, cake mixer, toaster, can opener, half of my dish collection gone, grill place, 4 ceramic Pyrex, 3 table fabric gone.5 little boxes 95 inches billed like were the massive ones.It took over a month to send and if it finally came the movers had other people’s stuff and were perplexed that boxes belonged to me personally. I got an email telling me, 66.00 was that the payoff even though I have not submit the claims kind since they simply email it to me. This indecent has caused me to emotional distress. My question would be can 66.00 bucks replace the aforementioned lost things? Is it a fair way to take care of a customer? I’d prefer to allow them to recalculate the boxes dimensions and also grant me the sum to substitute at least the items which may be corrected, just them I’m meet about the payoff.
Thank you, for letting me write about it. Although I can’t provide photographs of my lost photograph albums, I will offer proof of the remainder.
    Sincerely,
    Maria E. O’Connor

Long-distance move from Santa Maria, CA
Stay Clear Bait and Hostage Company

This note is an addendum to indicate which things weren’t packed in the pickup place in Santa Maria California.
    1) 2 per King Size beds
    2) 4 every chairs, folding
    3) 1 per Freezer, moderate,( since the chief of the Delivery team whined”there was a lot things I Need to consider exactly what I was likely to depart” even if they had been recorded on the initial shipping checklist to Kristina)
    4) 3 per Garbage cans (4 recorded only 1 shot )
    5) 1 per Hamper (2 pay just 1 shot )
    6) 1 per Ladders To 7 (shot 1 of 2 two recorded on transport statement”ladders” that was really a 4 ft step stool and the next morning the exact same”ladder” was returned to the vehicle and we don’t have any accounting of exactly what happened on to it. It Needs to Be noted that the”ladder” when returned seemed to be utilized by the Delivery team throughout the transfer, but again we have no bookkeeping of the finding now of this”ladder”)
    7) 1 per Ladder, Extension
    8) 1 per Picture, Small (10 recorded just took 9)
    9) 1 per Sofa, 3 Seat/bed (two recorded only 1 shot, other needed to give off since the chief of the Delivery team whined”there was a lot material I Must consider exactly what I was likely to depart” although they had been recorded on the first shipping checklist to Kristina)
    10) 1 per Table, Glass Top (two recorded had to give 1 away, since the chief of the Delivery team whined”there was a lot things I Must consider what I was planning to depart” even when they had been recorded on the first shipping checklist to Kristina)
    11) 5 every Tool Box, Sm
    12) 2 per Garden Gear (10 recorded 8 shot )
    13) 2 per Patio Umbrella
    14) 1 per Function Bench, reg
Furthermore there were two chandeliers 1 of that was to have already been shot and packaged another was intended to be substituted in which the very first one was eliminated BOTH products were packaged. When detected, the positioning of this replacement was contested and the response has been”someplace on the vehicle”. By needing to eliminate the excess chandelier it made us to need to buy still another brand new replacement.
The aforementioned items were reported on the end result of the delivery group and still ignored; with a few things being transferred to the garage from the packaging group and not found before the loaders left. Additionally 1 of those folding seats was put in addition to a garbage can and abandoned.
Quite a few boxes bought from us were utilized by packing team, of 100 bought only 5 were abandoned, in doing so those boxes may no more be returned to the shop for its refund. This is a complete service transfer and clearly says that the boxes will be provided by APEX maybe not the shipper.
The bill also claims that ALL drawers have to be emptied, however because again this was a complete movement that was to be done by the delivery team. Rather than doing this they used packaging tape to wrap round the dressers together with the items still inside.
In addition the Grand Father clock wasn’t correctly packaged, it also was only wrapped round the timber with packaging tape (it definitely says that such things will be addressed in transport blankets on your”BINDING MOVING ESTAMATE” and put on the vehicle. This reality was caused by the packaging team focus to which they simply ignored — many times –. Also per the directions ALL mattress and box springs have to be put in either a mattress sheet or plastic mattress luggage for”SANITARY REASONS”. This wasn’t performed from the loading team – thus for SANITARY REASONS these things won’t be accepted in the shipping stage and you’ll need to pay whole value for replacement of those products.
Glassware wasn’t properly packaged in transport boxes rather it was only placed in the boxes; that this again was called to the interest of the packaging team and dismissed.
Clothing which has been wrapped up and also to have been rehung in clothes boxes wasn’t rather it was simply thrown at the base of the containers. The evidence of the fact that we still have all of the metallic rods which were eliminated from the boxes and also left behind in the different chambers.
It is proven to NOT be a complete service transfer let alone an expert one. Patricia was ensured by Kristina that the very most the transfer will cost would have been $15,000 which has been reaffirmed using the BINDING MOVING ESTIMATE dated October 9, 2017. Nevertheless at 4:30 pm on October 24, 2017 Patricia was supplied with a statement $9000.00 greater! This statement wasn’t supplied prior to the packaging began as needed but instead AFTER it had been completed. The BINDING MOVING ESTIMATE clearly says under the section titled”REVISED WRITTEN ESTIMATE: When before or on the afternoon of the scheduled pickup that the shipper makes a shift to the first arrangement where they obtained a quote (two ) APEX MOVING AND STORAGE and Drain could implement a Revised/Recession record, PRIOR TO LOADING OR OTHERWISE BEGINNING THE JOB….This wasn’t performed actually AFTER the 2nd days load at 4:30 PM the record had been introduced by the delivery team pioneer and Patricia was advised that she HAD TO date that the record to the former afternoon (October 23, 2017) that she refused to perform. Additionally the delivery team leader needed to be compensated in money in addition to telling PATRICIA she must cover the trick to the team. She’d already provided dinner and drinks to the team.
Kristina had already estimated that the prices higher than has been anticipated of this go, in her own words”in order that there wouldn’t be and surprises or even greater invoice”. It ought to be mentioned that in reality that there were LESS things taken from the delivery team than were at the first BINDING MOVE ESTIMATE which they weren’t accounted to the previous day actually the delivery team claims to have picked up an extra 1500 cubic feet. This could produce the load — with their assert — 4,471 cubic ft ) But since a typical 53 ft moving truck could just transport 3816 not permitting for irregular shaped things one would need to wonder just how the extra 655 and cubic feet could arrive in Florida in case the packing team were right in their mathematics. We’ve got beliefs in Kristina’s mathematics and correctness of cubic feet although there were things left behind. It also needs to be noticed that the Business Invoice which was emailed to Patricia about October 25, 2017 in 3:10:18 pm had connected that the ORIGINAL list of things which were filed to Kristina on October 9, 2017 and had been simply a copy of the same. The October 25, 2017 doesn’t also record the things left behind but will not include the specific same beginning number that Kristina’d of cubic foot of dispatch and just adds 1500 of rotten cubic feet of stuff. This seems to be nothing but a bait and switch performance from the delivery team in addition to the manipulation of a handicapped girl that under Federal ADA legislation is prohibited.

    Long-distance move from Monee, IL
    Overcharged

These movers promise to get a 5 star rating and that they are full support – not agents. We had been going from suburban Chicago to near this collinsville Illinois area. The movers arrived in an enterprise leasing a truck. The mind of this team marked off the traces at the vehicle and told me we’d owe additional when we grabbed the eighth line that according to him has been 1200 cu ft. Each lineup being 150 cu ft. He also said the entire truck had been 2000cu ft. I understood that his characters were incorrect because there had been 18 lines at the 26′ truck. I phoned apex before loading and has been advised by a customer support representative I was only concerned about going and everything will be okay! The identical guy was supposed to phone me the day before to confirm my own stock and he failed to do so. I’ve proceeded by professionals 6 days and on our very own 5 so that I knew that something was wrong. I needed to let them proceed because we needed to be outside that weekend and that was Friday.
It wasn’t a surprise that our stock went more than 4 lines- $1475 within the quote. They wanted money on shipping so that I needed to cover them or my items could be kept hostage. This included the following excursion to the lender and many postal money orders.
It took months for me to talk to somebody as they’re located in Georgia and have been evacuated for the storm. As soon as I inquired if I could talk to a person in a different office I had been told they’d manage it. Eventually someone predicted from the Chicago office on 9/19. She promised me that she’d call back in two days. I’d only measured a comparable truck and had discovered the traces to become 94 cu feet – not 150. The whole truck is approx 1800 cu ft. My stock ought to have consumed 12 traces – which it did but that I had been overcharged for 4 lines of this.
The girl return to me by email to 9/26 telling me that she was still checking with her boss and about 9-28 saying her boss needed to repay us $200 to our problems. This when we had been overcharged 1475 along with withoutasking for some pictures I’d demonstrating my point. This provider is subcontracting those who do not understand or care what loading specifications are everywhere. And also the subcontractors are attempting to pad their own pockets in the unknowing customers cost.

    Long-distance move from Waldorf, MD
Horrible Moving Experience Apex Moving &Storage in Piedmont Atlanta

On June 5th 2017, my fiancé and I did an internet quote where we received a call from John with Apex. After giving a listing of this stock, we obtained a quotation in the amount of $1874.94 using a pickup date of Friday, June 9th. The day prior to the pickup date, the Todd contacted me for a second stock inspection, this time amazes me in a cost of $2,414.36. Currently I’d already paid a non refundable sum of 563 which raised on the inflated cost and my card had been billed an extra $163. After that day I got a text saying that my dispatch has been scheduled for pickup on Saturday. I advised that that this wouldn’t work because since I’d explained previously that the things are in storage in MD and I’ve my brother assembly them on this conclusion and I’m about the shipping ending in GA.. All of this was fine before the very first issue once the drivers were scheduled to arrive from 11-2 window, no contavt, so I phoned and was advised a motorist could be there by 4. At 6:37 the motorist called and said he had been out an hour. At 8:15 the motorist came requesting $1200 at a money purchase, the very first time I had been advised that I had to cover the driver now since the firm had sent me a release form to bill my credit card. I talked with Susan in client support and has been satisfied with the rudest trade. She advised me that all mybdeposut did was secure the motorists coming and that if I didn’t cover the extra I’d fiorefit my residue. After faking for them the 1200, my things were packaged and I had been charged an extra $500. On June 13 at 9:53 pm, I got an email saying that I didn’t cover the 70% required at the time of pickup and that I owed a residual balance of $909.98, also in the time I’d be scheduled for shipping. The directions were to wire the cash to the firms Chase bank accounts. As soon as they received the money I had been advised that I’d be set in the shipping que. I’ve called to be given a standing many times, each time being confronted with rude customer support and many distinct dates all of that have come and gone. Furthermore, I requested a copy of my contract and have yet to get. The customer support rep Natasha advised me that the firm has 1-10 business days to send my hhg every time she advised me a date. Now makes the 11th weekday from pickup and I’ve just been advised that my things remain in MD.. After being told they’d be here NLT today. When I asked the name of the person who owns the firm she first stated that she couldn’t give me this advice, then she said his name was Jonathan (Vesker) I think she explained was the previous name. She then told me that she would need to call me back because she doesn’t have information in my delivery and I am not displaying on a listing.

    Long-distance move from Tennessee
    Stood up on moving quote

I predicted weeks back to schedule a moving quote with this corporation. On the day that they were supposed to come give a quotation, nobody showed up. I called the office 10 minutes after my scheduled appointment, as well as the woman rudely asked me if I’d ever talked to her earlier. After continued to insist that I had, she discovered my name from the log books and also gave me exactly the mobile number of the person coming to present my quotation. She didn’t look at all worried that he had been overdue. 30 minutes ago my scheduled appointment, the woman called back and advised me she’d just got an email that the person had to make an emergency trip out of town and wouldn’t be giving my quotation now. I advised her that I’d took today off work particularly to have a quote. She didn’t appear concerned and said he would call to reschedule the following moment. I asked if anybody else could come provide a quote now and she denied. All-in-all, I wouldn’t suggest these time wasters. I found these to be incredibly rude and it iritates me to have my time wasted in this manner.

    Long-distance move from Tennessee
    Move and storage

DO NOT make the mistake of hiring Apex of Antioch, TN or their partner/parent Atlas VanLines.   Wehired them to transfer our things in storage and then on to MI.   A number of our possessions were stolen and several ruined.   Apex and Atlan may care less!   While the market insurance scam is deserving of a 60 Minutes TV expose’ (invested 13K. . .filed assert for 3K….got a test for 258.00). .it’s the absence of caring about us or our belongngs That’s the topic here.   If I could save only one additional family in the pain and anxiety of our error, I will feel somewhat better.
