Americas Choice Moving and Storage

We originally liked the allure of the organization but do not be fooled by the fairly rates and client support. We had been going to the army and have been estimated in 1600 to proceed cross country but less than 24 hours ahead of our things had been delivered we had been advised that there had been an overload charge costing 1800 and when we didn’t cover this cost our items wouldn’t be delivered before it had been paid. Regrettably, requiring all of our things has been a priority(radios, computers, etc)therefore we compensated, notifying the firm that we’d be making an official complaint. They(the supervisor ) said they’d stay connected and have neglected to achieve that. And anytime we attempt to reach out to our problem we’re devoid of some replies. We’ve registered with the Better Business Bureau and Americas alternative has FAILED to react to the BBB and their numerous attempts to become connected. All of this is in addition to the damaged merchandise we obtained in an estimated $500 value of damages. Steer clear of this company in any way costs. Very poor experience with this provider. Amy was really pleasant on the telephone during the first phase of the procedure. When the contract has been signed, the movers came out, stated the initial quote of $1,045.00 would currently be $2,430.00. And might be more but we would not understand until they sent the furniture. Asked for shipping date which we supplied them to become 2/6/16. They delivered on 2/14/16, five hours after they told us that the evening before. This firm does not convey, holds you hostage with their requirements, and needs to be avoided in any respect costs.

Don’t use this provider. They’ll add fees after agreed upon arrangement and also hold your merchandise hostage but telling you in the event that you do not pay the extra you belongings won’t get delivered.
Save yourself some grief. Stay off!!!!

It has been dreadful experience with this particular plumber Americas Choice Moving. They took 62 days to move in CA to AR. This Transportation (car/furniture moving) business known for a few of the worst techniques, a few Federal/State must crackdown most of defaulters and the majority of the crooked small business operators from using this organization. There are lot of Lairs, up specialist small business companies sell operating company here. I’ve Learned that do not sign contract that has any Movers without performing Online Due diligence along with BBB  and reviews and evaluations do not search for affordable cost Estimates. Few remarks relating to this particular Agency Americas Choice Moving. 1. Pickup date and program was nice good two. Transferring status site no upgrades – technical problems with sites. 3. No dependable communication status upgrades by its own staff. 4. Worst very impolite staff members. Keeps songs for easy questions. 5. They least bothered about consented deadline 21days. SLA. 6. Storage: I chased my two Bikes storing them on sunlight and dirt into the furniture .broke the seat wheels. 7. In all honesty, we’ve forgotten some precious things in our briefcases however they’re all came safely nothing had been assaulted,  my friends warned me regarding those movers. 8. At length, delivery day men were great they correctly constructed my furniture because Delivery men are out of different business. The Emotional Tension, frustration anger and two months we spent really horrible conditions at  Destination. At length, If we carry everything favorable my loved ones tested to dwell in easy way of life and not as materialistic world. Eventually, I operate urge this dreadful mover for god sake! THE WORST COMPANY EVER !!!!   This company shouldn’t even be in company… They have noooo clue what customer service is and doesn’t care 1 bit about their clients once they take your cash.   They have been sooo helpful with getting me setup and preparing the pickup. They answer each question immediately and do what they can to actual you in, they make you feel as if you can expect them along with your possessions are secure in their hands…. After my possessions were in their ownership that all changed.It took over a month to eventually receive my possessions as they kept saying there had been flaws in the motorists course. They’d say I’d have my things by a particular date and then take a few days later that day comes and proceeds to reunite my emails because I predicted daily with no response and if they eventually do they only push off you a week to go threw the exact same thing over and over again. When the driver finally showed up along with my things I asked him exactly what happened so long and he advised me that this firm begged him to take my load maybe not even a week ahead when they informed me that the driver took it a few weeks back”with flaws”. They neglected to say to me that their business will not really deliver your possessions, they cover a driver that isn’t utilized by Americans Choice Transferring to carry your belongings to you.Not only do I have a great deal of damaged things I also have many missing things. Nearly every one of my boxes have been broken, a few taped back together with things hanging outside, plastic containers using NO lids rather than understanding what is missing. It seems like they simply threw my boxes round and didn’t care about my things bI have complete boxes of things and lots of furniture items that’s flat out lost all together and they all would tell me was”that is the reason you have insurance”… Truly, when their agent expressly told me I actually did not have to obtain the elongated insurance however there was the normal insurance included in my quotation. When calling the insurer (not threw them) will just pay $12 complete per lost box (they don’t care what’s in this box but just pays $12) plus they ascertain what the burden of my furniture things are and just pay cent’s per pound and will not do anything with anything else that is missing as I Don’t have original purchase receipts… Truly, you misplaced or stole my things and expect me to own every receipt from each thing I’ve bought in my entire life??   I also had antiques which were back down generations, there’s absolutely no receipt for all those. The things that broke within my boxes aren’t covered by this insurance either as”I boxed the things in the box myself” when I had been advised to get everything prepared for the movers and they indicate using huge boxes to place all the loose or small items in.I do as I’m told, have all packaged in medium and massive boxes. I’m a female and I unloaded my whole storage unit by myself and piled it for them at the road and left there job simpler. When the inspector place it at the truck that they also increased my total in my quotation as I now had more”cubic feet” somehow. I told them how big storage device I had, I just moved that unit, everything fit in that unit wall to wall and floor to ceiling but apparently my things grew in their own truck and I’d not cubic feet. They transferred my entire life…. I had everything that I possessed in there care to provide it safe and sound, so that I thought.They don’t care 1 bit that my stuff is damaged and missing.   I won’t ever use this business or anyone associated with this dreadful company in the past. It is difficult to trust an organization that moves your possessions across the countries and this one is careless with your priceless products. If they shop your belongings for you it is not on your own unit or room, but it is in a spacious wear home with everybody else. This is how they also had other people’s possessions in my lot, no telling just how a Lot of People out there are overlooking their things like I needed to inform them on many things that it Wasn’t mine and they put it apart and took it together.   I’d received somebody else’s negative bed rails, not mine, so my whole sleigh bed set is unworthy as somebody else outside in this worlds has obtained mine and I’ve there is. I can not stress enough how bad the business is…. Don’t use this business if you don’t would like to get missing, broken and stolen things without a guilt or sympathy for their clients and the way in which they run a dreadful dishonest business and twist honest clients from their hard earned cash!!! I eventually settled for less then $200 to eventually be done with this entire experience and following a few months of waiting with this particular check along with a call back from all my messages I have informed that when I eliminate my review they’ll give me a bit more income. . REALLY?? Now I know where their poor reviews are moving, they’re paying people to eliminate them!! RUN AS FAST AS YOU CAN FROM THIS HORRIBLE COMPANY!!!

My salesperson was really nice and receptive to my needs. I’d ask that somebody needs to come out and confirm my load. She explained it wasn’t mandatory that in most it shouldn’t exceed 20 percent more if I’d miscalculated my things that was a decent price to me personally. Day of transfer that the movers were 5 hrs late and only two showed up for its initial 2.5 hrs. Then two more arrived. They were hard workers but after all was said and done we ended loading at 1130pm. I then was advised (after loading) that my cost was more than double my initial quotation!!! . YIKES!!! On delivery day that they had been 7.5 hrs late and so were already tired. I needed to help offload and take at least 25 percent of my load.And a number of things received considerable harm.  They unloaded everything into the garage and living area afterward said they had been too tired and could come back in the afternoon. Nicely… 2:30pm that they show up 1 motorist and 2 day laborers!!! Now I’d already moved most things so that we can walk throughout the home. I must say that this really is the worst going experience ever, and I’ve moved cross country 4 times in my day. I named the company to link my disappointment just to be informed that the mgr was outside for a couple of weeks!! My recommendation…  Hire Bekins or United or mayflower. These smaller businesses subcontract the OTR drivers who don’t care for your own timelines or your own items, and this company doesn’t take any responsibility for any inconveniences they cause on the way. Never again… I shall hire pack mules before I’d use this company… They Aren’t professional or answerable

I discovered America’s decision moving incredibly punctual when they had been shifting my stuffs. Follow up and operate direction of these were quite scheduled and that impacted the whole job to create it completed in time. America’s Choice Moving & Storage has been Terrific. If you are considering using movers, then I certainly suggest them.  My husband and I moved out of LA to New Mexico, and they managed everything (like my PIANO) together with caution and professionalism.For many of preparing the movement, I coped with Amy, and I had been super nice and helpful –it was amazing! She worked together with us and waived charges here and there in which she would (by way of instance, the piano), also made clear that when we had any queries in any respect, merely to let her understand. We had been packing all of our personal boxes except to get a large heavy classic mirror, the piano, and a couple of lamps. Amy waived fees for packaging the mirror & lamps and decided I understood that the compulsory insurance simply would insure the boxes that they packaged.   She actually held our hands every step of the way.   I ask a great deal of questions since I really don’t like surprise info, and Amy explained everything.  When moving day arrived, the group who came were SO INCREDIBLY quick! They had been running behind since the job they had had this morning was over two times as large as they had been informed, but Eddie was super metering with me the entire afternoon to help keep me posted in their ETA. As soon as they came, they packaged up our whole home (a two bedroom) in a day. While they had been working hard to receive our things packed up, we had been drinking champagne at our neighbors’ home. THAT’s the way to employ movers ;-)After our stuff came at New Mexico a bit over a week afterwards, the guys who did the job were quite courteous and professional too. And, ta da! , nothing has been ruined.  The one little thing I would say America’s Choice can do better would be that the monitoring of stock. Each box or item of furniture which has been ours had a bit triangular decal (from essentially a roster ) onto it, along with the stock list was hand-written from the foreman the afternoon of the transfer. I have had other businesses utilize specific bar-coded decals for everything that they scan, also it sounds just a tiny bit more comprehensive. But if you are a comprehensive person (such as we’re –we quantity our boxes & have a list of these handy whenever the movers fall off), you do not really have anything to bother about.Definitely urge!

Moving home is always trying but Amy out of America’s choice shifting was fantastic. She arrived to provide a quotation that was well within our budget then remained in touch because we chose that a moving date. On the moving day, they came on time as they promised and loaded the van fast and carefully. Surprisingly they fitted everything into a huge truck that I presumed is impossible and needed to depart several old things, but they left in occur. I’d thoroughly recommend America’s choice moving for their complete professionalism.

Nobody would return a telephone, they billed us 2000 within the cost on the contract with a notice on the contract which stated the cost wouldn’t exceed the cost agreed on. They set our items in 2 trucks and they have been delivered three times apart?! When the next truck eventually Arrived that they sent one person to unload therefore we needed to assist them. Ridiculous has been the entire experience so run run run don’t use these men!!! I am still awaiting a return telephone number. Damage to a lot of my items also, simply can not think people treat others in this way.

I wished to wait till I obtained my delivery until I wrote my critique, and that I can not say how grateful and thankful I am for everybody in America’s alternative. Amy my agent travelled through every thing in detail with me, and then I drove her mad with questions daily likely every hour! She moved through my stock together with me in detail explained any potential added charges because I had been so cynical hearing regarding moving businesses which quote you one thing and bump up the price once the movers arrive. She offered me an specific cost for what I’ve got and that I did wind up adding a few more sticks last minute that I paid for because it was not about the initial quote. It was a gap of maybe $50 or $60. That is our very first time working with a moving firm. We had been really trusting which was our error. Our furnishings were put in storage through our move by Calif to north Carolina, before now as we could buy a house in NC. After heading through the claims procedure, $104.98 was provided us. After accepting this deal, reluctantly, and also with the paperwork notarized and returned into the claims management firm, seven months have passed and still no settlement. STAY AWAY.THIS IS A FRAUD
The move price 4 days then what exactly the quoted and then what small things we did recieved were all broken and crushed or lost and they attempted to give us others individuals stuff. I moved into the firms office now in Van Nuys and discovered it to be the old broken down house with means of a pinch of Pawn and gender stores. An aged mexican guy which was there said in perfect english that this was his first home, once I showed him that the contract out of America Option with his speech on it he stopped talking english and just knew spanish. I phoned LAPD and they could out and away path equally offiers both talked spanish (very fine ) and I discovered that this was the dad of the man that ran America Choice shifting along with his son is now in prison in Los Angles and that the provider is closed down. Should you call the contact number on the site the exact women that do the quotations and lie and hang up with you still answer the telephone and will perform a quotation for you. When I called the telephone number and asked the woman for the speech of the company she gave me exactly the identical speech of this home I was standing facing, and when I informed her that she hung up the telephone. This firm has an expired DOT quantity plus they have a single 26 foot truck and they let storage units across the Van Nuys area and throw off your things inside them. Please keep away they have a beutiful site and it is a whole bait and switch. The women who anwser the mobiles change there titles all of the time becuase I could tell from the exact voices. STAY AWAY I invested 10,000 bucks with this particular bunch.

Avoid THIS COMPANY!!! WORST MOVING EXPERIENCE EVER!!! I haven’t been so appalled by a organization’s service and I have transferred over 10 occasions. I hired America’s Choice Moving and Storage (ACMS) from Los Angeles, CA to Dallas, TX.Delivery happened yesterday with another moving company compared to ACMS. When the movers came , they were missing three important things in my stock, such as my BIG SCREEN HDTV. To increase the bite, I was charged extra cash in order for it to be specially wrapped and packed in the time of pick-up. I must have been informed immediately that these crucial items were lost. Showing around my location without any notice that they were missing and with them is totally unacceptable. The movers recorded that they weren’t given these 3 things in time of pick-up in Los Angeles. ACMS had no answer as to why they were not in storage and also delivered. I had been given the run around that maybe they had been lost or lost as my belongings were in storage. They said they’d try and search for my possessions. Why would movers depart with of my things on the stock and with no excuse as to why they’re gone in the first place?! Moreover, paying total prices to get an incomplete move is disappointing and unacceptable. After talking with a rude representative yesterday, she referred me to the Claims Department. I talked with all the Claim Department and has been told that I can’t create a claim until they have formally stated they dropped every one of the things or they’re broken. What I was just told by the agent was incorrect. Not surprisingly. This is only one of many cases where communicating has spurred on ACMS’s part. If I did not call or email them, then I wouldn’t have been advised of pickup, delivery, etc.. The agent stated it was not their fault that I called them to find the info. She demonstrates my point. I would not need to telephone and email you when you contacted me as if you’re supposed to!! No notification of lost things, particularly important ones, is just another way ACSM has exhibited terrible customer services. No one in ACMS thought at the time of pick-up – hello we are missing three big things – perhaps we ought to observe the reason why and receive advice from the client to start looking for them or let her know they are lost or broken??!!! Anytime I’ve asked to talk to a mind manager or CEO of the business, I am constantly told none can be obtained. Not 1 individual is available to talk to me on a error on your part?? I strongly doubt that. BTW I see the company proprietor David B just responds to favorable Yelp reviews. I highly encourage you David B. to react to negative opinions.   An apology for our dreadful experiences would also be fine. It would show fundamental customer service skills on your character. I’ve yet to ever receive an apology from anybody for any problems I have had. Please also free to contact me since I am constantly told you’re not there when I call and I’d love to rectify this dilemma immediately.It’s fascinating to observe how many dreadful Yelp reviews they’ve received the past couple of weeks. My pickup was in March. In case the other reviews were submitted before, I wouldn’t have chosen ACMS as my moving firm. Every other bad critique is very similar to my experience too – under estimated quotation, absence of communication, etc.Do yourself a favor and select another moving business. You won’t regret it. . .like I really do now.

But after speaking with you I obtained confirmation that You’re a privately owned business in Van Nuys known as AMERICAS CHOICE.   This is all that I had to listen to, and most importantly You’re neighborhood in Van Nuys.   And So, I just wanted to say thank you and also inform you that I love All your help throughout my transfer.   Your organization was fantastic, professional and You Don’t hire frightening Individuals!   Previously, my adventures with moving companies like American Choice  was a nightmare.   Your movers were fine, courteous, well dressed and fair.   There was no hidden agenda or something that scared me.   Thanks again,  I would advise you to anybody.

Moved with Americas decision about a month ago. I was somewhat worried after reading a few of the reviews but’d hope in Lisa who assured me that my movement will go smooth. She clarified that they have over 100 jobs per month and occasionally customers are searching for reasons to whine. I work in customer support and understand how difficult it’s to please clients when they really just need to eliminate payment… So I decided to trust my instincts and move with booking my relocation with her.
As she promised, the men showed up on time, did a fantastic job and my cost did not go higher (I had been quite detailed along with my list of things she asked for).
My items came 5 days after proceed day. Everything was there at precisely the exact same condition I shipped it.

My cost tripled from orginial quotation. I wasn’t given what was guaranteed. My things were delievered dirty and damaged. Over half of my items/furniture did not come. I had been delievered otherp eoples boxes. 30 days after… a different truck delievered more of my furniture. Water damaged.Missing boxes. Yet missing furniture & huge pictures. Boxes arrived torned up and re-taped & moist. Nobody has returned my calls or email.

I was really pleased with Americas alternative services. In the start I was very confused about that which mover to utilize. Then my friend told me about America’s decision and consenting me to utilize them. I called them and spoke with their sales rep Lisa. She had been very attentive and also answered all of my queries. She  gave me a quote that was quite exact. It appeared that they requested for quite a reasonable price. So, I reserved my move. They didn’t let me down. The group which has been assigned for my movement was terrific. They came on time and arrived well prepared for the move. They understood what they were up against and they had been prepared to control the odds. I shifted some of my needs in the final minute but these didn’t hamper the event. They finished the movement within the allotted period and delivered my stuffs with no difficulties. There were not any damage, no extra fees without any unexpected delays in the event. Everything went just fine.

First AMY, TAMMY, LISA, and Advisors can’t be reliable, they write you a contract, and verbally tell you somebody that you need to listen to (delivery date) rather than take action. They broke a novel shelve call it inexpensive, they dropped my TV and stated it was older, they damged eyeglasses and broke lots of these that they ruined my sofa. Attempt to talk to the proprietor he never called back….not that a Fantastic firm will perform a campaign on facebook and other Websites.

Where do I start with this dreadful experience we had with America’s Choice Moving & Storage?  So many things went horribly wrong and we had been treated so unbelievably poor with their”customer support” team that I feel such as bullet points of these events finest lays it out to prospective clients.  PLEASE READ THIS BEFORE EVEN THINKING ABOUT UTILIZING THIS COMPANY FOR YOUR MOVING NEEDS, NO MATTER HOW GOOD THAT QUOTE MIGHT BE!

1.      First off, the quote that they gave us was just shy of $1500, although I gave a precise inventory of our things was over $2100 about the afternoon that they arrived to pick up those products.  They charge a different, much higher, rate per cubic foot for every cubic foot that you go over exactly what they quote you for and they don’t have any motive to quote you correctly since they simply gain from the ignorance about this clinic…something that you do not detect till they’ve already packed all your things in their truck!

2.      They gave us a time window that they would be picking up our products…and altered that period never once but twice and then called that afternoon an hour before they were supposed to be there and transferred it back two more hours once more.

3.      I was beginning a new job on the east shore and so my husband and my 4 month old girl and I had been driving cross-country and managed to arrive a week before my new occupation started.  For this reason, I STRESSED many, many occasions that we had our stuff sent before July 7th and were ensured many times from the customer support representative that this was definitely possible even in spite of the July 4th holiday.  I even asked the head mover on the day that they chose up our stuff if this was still possible and he affirmed they’d certainly”get it as near the 1st” as possible and said it should not be a issue.  WRONG! 

Allow Me to state this — THEY HAVE NO INTENTION OF DELIVERING YOUR ITEMS ANYTIME BEFORE 21 DAYS FROM THE DATE YOU ASK THEM TO DELIVER IT!!  The contract at the fine print even states this and whatever the reps telling you differently to lure you in using their solutions, this won’t happen.  Just 21 days following July 1st, we got our things…that was really a month from the day that they picked up our things!  Apart from the few things we managed to cram in our vehicle, our whole bulk of private belongings were using the movers to get a month….this comprised necessary items necessary for a FOUR MONTH OLD, such as formula, clothing, diapers!  We needed to invest more cash out of pocket to be able to purchase these things while we waited and waited and waited for shipping whilst sitting on the ground of a vacant flat and sleeping in an air mattress.  I also needed to start a new job with just two company outfits because I hadn’t intended on living an entire month without any of my clothing….my husband and I had just packed enough clothes for a week!!!! 

4.      The”customer support” is nothing more than two girls with chips on their shoulder that will either a.) argue with you once you inform them that you want to understand where your material is and if it may be delivered or b.) keep giving you the runaround about reaching out to”dispatch” and phoning you back with an upgrade…and then NEVER calling.  Not once did they call me back…I had to call daily for a week to even find out that the truck had left the warehouse in CA to even begin driving to us at Tennessee!!  As soon as I explained how educated I was since my daughter had been without things she wanted, the answer I got was excuses about the way they had their truck break down and the way I had to”see both sides of the”!!!! 

5.      They’ll sell your things to a different moving company, not inform you!  Yes, seemingly once that truck strikes the California state line, they wash their hands on it and can not provide you any upgrades since they have SOLD YOUR GOODS TO SOMEONE ELSE and don’t have any idea where it is at…nor do they care!  We didn’t learn this before our things finally came and my husband met the movers that were using another company entirely, were semi-professional and certainly weren’t fixing our things exactly the way that they have to have been treated to the money we paid.

6.      They’ll attempt to charge you for items you never consented to — my husband happened to note about the last bill that the movers desired him to signal when he compensated the last sum that it was $50 more than we consented to and signed onto the first contract.  Fortunately, my husband had our copy of the bill we signed a month ago with the number we still owed.  The backup that they had together had our amount scraped and another complete that has been 50 higher.

7.      If you reside in an apartment complex and also have flights of stairs, then WATCH OUT!  YOU WILL BE CHARGED FOR EVERY STEP THEY Need to TAKE AND IF THEY CAN’T GET AN 18 WHEELER ONTO YOUR PROPERTY, THEY’LL CHARGE YOU $259 TO BOOK A UHAUL AND BRING YOUR GOODS IN THAT!  My husband ended up leasing a U-Haul which cost $85 and fulfilled them at a different drop-off place they were at and then had them load the items within that truck and we ended up unloading our items ourselves to be able to avert this ridiculous price.

8.      A Number of Our ITEMS WERE DAMAGED, COMPLETELY BROKEN OR WORSE, MISSING!  My husband and I’ve moved a great deal, so we understand how to pack boxes to prevent loss or damage and when we watched our boxes on this truck when it came, it seemed like they’d run across the boxes using the truck many times!  In addition to this, among the movers chose to utilize a kitchen island we have to stand along with to be able to catch some more boxes!  Are you kidding me?!  And the kicker arrived now as we were unpacking our things to see that irreplaceable baseball memorabilia (AUTOGRAPHED!) was missing! I named the business once more and was only given a number to call to submit a claim and then hung up on!

It has been the absolute worst experience of our own lives with a company and is particularly horrifying once you believe that they are being tasked with ensuring that your private household products, many that are much precious and potentially even irreplaceable, traveling safely from point A to point B.  Some may say that they are not only moving things but they’re moving people’s own lives and precious memories.  I understand I can not return that irreplaceable baseball cap signed by gamers that aren’t even on the team anymore!  We also can not return all of the time, energy and money wasted awaiting our products to arrive as promised.  What we might do is warn each mover out there who’s even considering doing business with this firm to believe again.  Frankly, they should not even be permitted to call themselves a company following the experience we had…and we are not alone, just examine the other reviews out there…something we wanted we’d have done more carefully before contracting those inept”movers” to manage our most cherished possessions.

Should you employ them they’ll charge you twice the estimate amount and they’ll take their sweet time producing your own stuff.  Decide on this business if you enjoy overpaying by countless hundreds of bucks and sleeping in an air mattress in your own home for a month.  And do not expect any help on your telephone.   The folks in the workplace don’t have any clue what the delivery trucks do.  They’re pulling delivery quotes from the atmosphere.  And if you call to complain then expect to get cussed out with their”customer support”.

Quite unprofessional. I had the most bizarre experience with all those men. I frankly can not consider anything else which might have gone wrong that did not. Everything looked fine until the afternoon of the movement. They stated to be prepared at 9am and I wound up hanging with my elderly fiance and my buddy and puppy to get TWELVE AND A HALF HOURS. I phoned my own foreman, Eric, each hour searching for upgrades and he kept telling me”we are leaving right now”. At 9pm I had been told”we are straight out front” and that I did not find a soul for thirty minutes. These men lied to me each step along the way, such as a not-so-accurate quote of my moving prices – that was a third greater than what I had been quoted. It rained that entire weekend along with the shifting team had no motive to pay my things without a shoe protections to guard my carpeting. I used them to pay the carpeting and they employed furniture pads onto a little place, then went to pay my furniture using the pads that they just monitored sand onto.
Then if my belongings came 2.5 weeks after each and every bit of furniture has been ruined and that I had 7 lost boxes. They then attempted to send us somebody else’s things, but we left them available the boxes and then send us photographs to show it was right. My office chair is still missing a wheel, so my nightstand comes with a gash in my surface, my sofa’s cushions smell like engine oil, my bookshelf includes a massive chunk taken from the front, my glass & metal end table has been actually SQUASHED, and a couple of items I had been told”simply did not survive the transfer”. A month and a half of my transfer I finally received the last of my possessions, completely ruined and delivered with a rude automobile driver. Cross country goes suck, and these men did nothing but make it even more difficult. I truly can not say it’s enough. . .AVOID AMERICA’S CHOICE MOVING.

I simply moved out of Van Nuys to Santa Monica with those men. I have a little 4 bedroom plus it took them less time than they even quoted to finish the move. I had a terrific experiance. Don’t miss out on those men. It required them even less time than they anticipated to finish my movement. Finest experiance I ever had with a plumber. I’ll be moving again in 1 yr and will probably be using them again. Thank you Lisa and gang :–RRB-

I strongly recommend this company to your next movement.  Crew showed up prepared to do the job! No difficulties with heavy products. No difficulties with complete move price. Perfect! Very professional and honest.   
I got about 20 calls for moving estimates. It was difficult to select 1 business. I did the ideal thing picking this particular company to move me to FL. This was a Fantastic start for my brand new life…

Lisa was the first one to call me. She asked a lot of questions seeking to get as much info possible to provide me the ideal cost for my up coming movement. Initially I was somewhat annoyed by that but after I knew how moving businesses are working I really appreciated her patience asking all these questions.
Robert came punctually on the afternoon of the transfer. He is a big man and I was somewhat sceptic about his actors… He sure did amazed me!!! He was quite nice, really professional. The team listened to him and worked quickly and great. I had been amazed with the way that they wrapped everything and packed it to your own truck. Everything has been done in a calm and professional manner.
I typically don’t have the opportunity to write reviews but I assured Robert I will because I actually liked this man.
