America’s Best Movers

I talked with a guy named Ron whom originally guaranteed my things would be sent per week out of pickup.  I was quite reluctant originally going with the other moving company because I had a dreadful experience moving from Illinois to Florida, nevertheless Ron promised me that it was a good moving company.  My items came a week later than scheduled and they failed to inform me.  I called them to ask where my stuff was being that I never got a telephone call and they clarified that my stuff wasn’t sent to Illinois yet since the truck was full and that I had to wait.  Approximately four days after I got a telephone call from the inspector saying that my items would arrive at THANKSGIVING DAY between 4 pm and 7 pm!  Thanksgiving afternoon came about and I got another telephone call in the driver saying they were not likely to have the ability to make it before the next day.  After arguing with the driver being that I missed Thanksgiving with my loved ones they consented to have it after that day.  They came around 9 pm this day.  The movers said they needed another $50 bucks from me since I lived on the 2nd floor of a flat (that was explained to Ron when I initially set up the transfer ).  I got my furniture, only to learn my bedroom mirror no longer needed some glass inside, my 46″ tv was cracked internally AND my dresser had been scraped.  I contacted the company that the day after seeing my broken things and the dispatcher didn’t apologize for my things being ruined but said I had to call back Monday.  I phoned back Monday and was advised to email Deb the images of my ruined items and Deb said there wasn’t proof that my tv was busted because the movers neglected to plug it in prior to transferring it.  Deb didn’t do anything regarding the damaged merchandise and advised that I get the claims section.  Horrible experience!!!!

They arrived three hours late and did not call, 1 plumber had a bad foot and hardly functioned, the truck broke briefly (the inspector stated he advised his manager , but denied to fix it), the movers were so unprofessional, the motorist got a speeding ticket, and they had been unprofessional (cursing before a kid and generally had bad speech ), they broke a bit of furniture and din’t even offer to repair that, then billed me for an excess hour of work.  My spouse latoer told me that they gave her appearances the entire moment.  They market a local variety, but aren’t a local firm.  WORST movers of all America!!!

This firm solicited our company by phoning us back due to a cancelled appointment.  After we put up the movement we had been called and told that they had been behing program because of a tire blow out.  They not only didn’t move us but refused to speak with us once they stranded us to the move!  The supervisor blew us off and did not call us back later claiming he’d.  We were shocked that a corporation could be this unprofessional–we never got an acknowledgement or apology to the inconvenience that they caused us.  Do not use this business!
