Recently transferred in Midwest to East Coast. Atlas Storage and Moving has been the agent in my movement which utilized Brightline Van Lines for pickup and Boost Express Van Lines for shipping.

Same experience since most of the 1 star reviews, broken and ruined furniture, lost/stolen things, predatory business practices (250% cost increase from first quote ), estimated cost was to get weight and billed for quantity on pickup, all businesses used rental trucks rather than their own, nearly impossible to achieve and no apparent updates. Throughout the entire procedure it was not clear exactly what was happening, that had been involved and if items will be sent.

The majority of my furniture has been scratched, a few ruined beyond repair and a couple of precious things were lost/stolen from the procedure, conservative estimated sheds to this movement $2200. I have been dismayed in the misuse and deceit from a company called”American Movers and Storage”, dependent on macon, GA.. Telephone # 877-635-5059. I then googled the owner name and discovered this. It seems JOSEPH HARRIS has a few of the exact same unlawful employees here, for example KATE and also the exact same utterly deceitful ways relating to them.

I paid $2100.00 for American Broad Relocation to transferred a Couple of things from NJ to AZ in March 2018. When my things came, the dressers revealed broken and my classic table came together with 3-busted legs and a broken drawer. The motorist (out of Safe Load Moving and Storage) seemingly a sub contractor of American Broad Relocation, stated he’d submit a claim for me so I would be compensated for the harm. This happened in April 2018. Whenever I call the driver (David Raviv Aharon)out of Safe Load he makes explanations: states that he put in a claim for the ruined land and will look to it, or guarantees to text me the claim number so that I could pursue the claim.

I have known as the American Broad Relocation several within the previous 6 months and talked to several customer support agents: they always make excuses and put me away. I talked to a manager on May 7th and sent him pictures of the harm and followed up with more forecasts that the past couple months and got no email response or follow up. The last time that I called American Broad Relocation the rep advised me to get Safe Load Moving and Storage since they manage damage claims. This was 4 weeks when they promised to explore the problem return to me with advice concerning the claim.
It has now been 6 weeks and no reply.

American Broad Relocation is a scam. They hired a moving company in New Jersey to transfer me out to Los Angeles on January 6th 2018. This business is horrible!!!!! Don’t use them!!!!! They quoted me a price explained that what ever they disassemble they would reassemble… well that never occurred. Oh and did I mention that these real words are from the contract. My items have been presumed to be at my new house by Tuesday no later than Wednesday… I did not get my items before late Saturday. Mean while they showed up with amounts that surfaced d****near tripling in cost. Their explanation was that I had an additional 2000 pounds and I inquired how when the greatest item was my amusement centre. And of course that I removed and two or item. They would not even budge from my items until I gave them an extra 1500 bucks. As time went on they awakened my amusement centre, was able to get rips in my leather pajamas. Scratched my wine rack seriously, in addition to my dressers. And of course that they did not reassemble some of our items. Then around 11:30 pm that the man tells me that it is getting late and that they would definitely return by 9. It is now after 7 CST and I have yet to watch them. Oh wait how can I forget… I did talk to a Cody and that was about 12 or so and he explained that the man was performing his [EDIT] laundry. And that they would be here soon. An hour after he informs me that they’ve lost the bits to my beds and that they are attempting to see them. After calling the many numbers that I have all day… all I have accomplished was getting hung up on, they shot two alleged urgent messages, and many what I think to get screened calls!!!! F******dreadful, horrible, untrue, unorganized, deficiency of communication company I’ve ever done half an ** company with in my entire life. And behave like though their doing you a f******prefer by ripping ppl off. 0 celebrities and all thumbs dwn. We travelled with this business because it seemed fair but because then many poor reviews. We had been provided a military reduction and if furniture has been delivered we needed to cover the NEW over billed amount to be able to receive our furniture. This business subcontracts with really poor moving businesses. They are not the real moving firm. They will not allow you to get your cash back or assist with furniture that is missing. Don’t I REPEAT DO NOT GO THROUGH THIS COMPANY FOR YOUR MOVE. I had a scheduled pickup from the 26th and 27th to maneuver from my home. They predicted at 2:30PM on the 27th once we’ve talked a lot of occasions about if they’d come and arrive at the maneuver my property. At 2:30 they phoned and said that they aren’t likely to make it into my home to transfer my house. This began a series of events which left my families life dreadful. The next Monday I called that dreadful firm American broad relocation and talked to Kate, Ana, Eric and Jennifer. They advised me I’d be getting back my residue along with the refund procedure has already begun in the sum of $2,200 bucks. Please don’t use this business! On 2/20/18 American Broad relocation was supposed to pick up my furniture. I had been told that afternoon they contracted Safe loading storage and moving. They showed up 3 hours late and we had been their very first job. I had been advised that it might take 3-4 days for my furniture. After 4 times without a furniture that I had been advised 5-6 days. As soon as I inquired in my own furniture was that they wouldn’t inform me until I moved into the authorities and informed them it’d be noted stolen. I was eventually told it had been in New Jersey that they had been attempting to discover a provider to deliver it into Alabama. If you call American Broad relocation and talk to Kate or Jen or anybody you’re told nothing but lies and they hang you up. After 10 times my furniture came and each bit was busted. Each box had broken things. Then I contacted Safe loading storage and moving who’s definitely not secure and talked to David. I had been told he’d look after everything. It has been more than a month of telephone calls and text messages along with my furniture remains broken. All these idiots broke precious antiques value over $15,000.00. I’m now being told that I need to submit a claim and that is going to take another four months. Absolutely terrible! NOT a moving firm, simply agents… They’re so fine before you pay them a deposit to”lock down the costs per pound”, complete bull sh*t. Chris gave us a quote, which we had been pleased at first, then two days before they needed to pick up the things, they twice it!!! Deposit is non refundable, therefore we needed to remain with them,
JOSEPH HARRIS the proprietor, not to solve any issues or queries or guarantees he made. KATE in the client support is a lier, advised us for two weeks that our furniture is on the road, fourteen days after we were advised that our stuff hasn’t even left… ADAM when confronted, hangs up the phone and pretends he isn’t there… They lost the ball entirely, nobody knows what’s happening in this corporation. Eventually we got our things, 3 months after, when assured 5-7 business days, and several things are missing, few things are broken up… I can not stress enough how important it’s to perform a background check on your moving business. We paid them over $3000 since the agents, and nearly $2000 for its real movers. If we understood better, we’d only call the movers and NOT that the BROKERS.

American Broad Relocation did an awesome job with my movement. I was really worried for my cross-country movement, but they managed everything in a timely fashion, also had the very valuable employees. I give them 5 stars!! Would certainly recommend this provider.

I hired this firm to perform my movement 17 DEC 2017. I explained repeatedly to the Old moving planner I needed to move on such a day and there wasn’t any additional date in any way. He assured me that it wasn’t any issue. I explained to him that I had been strapped for money after only losing my son at the Fort Collins Colorado shootings. They assert the moving company would put me about the 16 Dec 2017 to place on there coming time. The business never calls and after about 20 calls American Broad Relocation calls back to the 17th (go day) and stated that they are there between 2 PM and 5 PM. I ask once more; are u sure since I cant overlook this time line. So 4:45 come and I get a call in the moving business and the man tells me that they need make it till the next day since they’re performing a three story move and they’re tired. I clarified there isn’t any way this can occur because I need be there. Then I call American Broad Relocation and he informs me that the truck is broke and when I tell him exactly what the driver said he said oh. I told him that the following day was not a choice I require a manager so that he said he’ll see what he could do. Then some man name [NAME EDIT] known as claiming to be a manager. I explained to him my situation that I simply lost my son and I needed to proceed that afternoon only. Then he promised to be in Vegas for a funeral because of his uncle and that he had been a veteran too as I’m. Once back in forth conversation he assert that he would make certain that I received my own REFUND and gave me his personal mobile phone number [EDIT] and obviously nobody will answer it or no voice mail. THIS COMPANY TOOK 1800 DOLLARS FROM ME THAT ENSURED MY FAMILY HAD NO CHRISTMAS. THEY HAD SOME GUY SAY HE WAS A SUPERVISOR WHO CLAIMED TO BE A VETERAN & WAS OK WITH SAYING HE WAS MOURNING A DEATH Simply to GET ME OFF THE PHONE AND TO [EDIT] ME ABOUT A REFUND. I’ve called several times to client support and they say it requires some time and its own in billing. This firm cost me 1800 bucks 500 bucks for last second storage 500 u-haul price.

We hired this business on November 10th to create our moving on December 01st from Utah to North Carolina. The Old Moving Coordinator was really nice now and gave us the confidence that the moving could be drawn up on December 01st and that our stuff will be unloaded on December 08th.
We paid $1250 of deposit along with also the HISTORY CHANGE, we call to them to program our shifting and they didn’t appear to get worried.
We packed all our clothing and personal things on December 01st and await hours and they phone to us that the proceeding won’t occur and simmer for December 02th plus they did not appear again and again after many calls for them, they reschedule for December 03th, 04th, and 05th.

Now I very seldom ever right a review that is favorable but I felt the requirement for American Broad Relocation because they went above and beyond to me personally (and I informed them I’d! BEWARE!!!! DO NOT USE THESE PEOPLE!!!! We’re just two mature citizens who think American Broad Relocation are”BAIT and SWITCH” predators/swindlers who have never transferred a stick of furniture to us, nevertheless have stolen and will not yield our tens of thousands of bucks in deposit. We had been baited from the salesman to a”binding cost” to transfer our 3 bedroom Condo from a quantified storage unit. He never advised us AWR was just a broker rather than a moving firm. Customer Support called to affirm our relocation in the quoted cost. 4 days following the quoted cost, AWR phoned us to find an item-by-item stock, erroneously misrepresented that stock, and then told us that the transfer would currently cost us almost $1500 longer (an outrageous 25% growth ). After we complained immediately to Client Support (who seldom, if ever, returned our phone calls or messages) relating to this blatant bait and change price-gouging, we had been told we’d”altered the stock” (impossible because there wasn’t an original stock ) and that we’d missed the three day cancellation period (also impossible because they strategically and intentionally didn’t raise/switch the cost untill after 4 times ). When it became apparent they weren’t likely to honor the initial agreed-upon cost, we pinpointed the movement and required our deposit to be completely reimbursed. AWR has denied and remains withholding our deposit illegally. Zero Stars is a much better score.

They simply take your cash. Don’t become involved in proceeding in any way.
They simply sub contract out it. Require one third of cash and don’t answer your requirements. Do not provide you some quotes of pickup or fall off.

DO NOT GET INVOLVED. . DO NOT DEAL WITH THEM.
