    Long-distance move from New Jersey
    Well done

My movement has been about 35 thick boxes, a queen bed frame and mattress, and a bookshelf. There were approximately 25 staircase down in the old location and 40 stairs upward in the new location. Both movers were scheduled to arrive between 12pm and 2pm. At 11:15pm, I got a call asking whether they can come at 11:30am. As soon as I explained that I may be unable to be there that early, ” he knew.  In reality, I managed to be there first and that I tell him that it was OK to emerge. He explained they’d be there in five minutes. They have been there in 1pm.  Both guys were amiable and worked hard. Among the two labored really hard that it looked as though he had been compensated by the pound instead of by one hour. Terrific Job.

    Nice Work

Reading amazing testimonials, I chose to use American Quality Movers. They tried to assist us as far as you can. I’d moving expertise before employing them. Jordan and his helpers were exceptional both in power and agreeable attitude. They passed over our possessions at unbroken and overlooking position in said shipping window. I’ll certainly hire them again.

    Don't use this company

Worst moving experience ever! Everything came 2 weeks late. Many calls weren’t returned-communication was really poor. The price was more than twice that which was lent to us. This is my son’s movement, and then I snapped out together and waited a week at a vacant apartment for furniture which never came. Once I went home, he waited yet another 2 weeks prior to obtaining his furniture. I’ll certainly not use this provider again, and wouldn’t suggest it to anybody.

    Hassle Free Move

I obtained a job move and has been known to this business using a co-worker. Having transferred serveral time that I know what to anticipate. Everything in the first communications into the last delivery was quite professional. The estimated price of the move to Chicago was quite near the true price. Close to moving round statelines.
That can be an upstanding business who I would happily recommend to friends or loved ones.

    EXCELLENT, PROFESSIONAL MOVERS

Americas quality movers would be your very best! Fantastic support! This is my first time going from state and has been very hesitant about moving with a moving business…. I got sooo many calls from various movers it had been really difficult to pick… I got a call from Mike and out of his professionalism I stayed online with him, he travelled through a list checklist with me and wasn’t trying to hurry me off the line and took his time to describe every thing to me.  He made me feel very confident therefore I made a decision to book with him (great option ) I transferred my 3 bedroom house in Syracuse NY to Clifton NJ. The day of the transfer was great that the movers came on time, really nice and actual professional. The foremen also took his time and moved on the contract together with me and made sure we’re both on precisely the exact same page. I had been very concerned about my own TVs I have two 60″ flat displays and I did NOT want them ruined although the foremen covered me I had nothing to be concerned about. I really like the way they wrapped my white leather couches and all of my furniture I thought it was fantastic! These men certainly knew what they were doing! I thought I might need to do this much on the afternoon of this move but I only sat back on my porch and watched the entire procedure. I’ve plenty glass things and didn’t understand how to packaged them myself so I made it to the professionals that they gave me a fantastic cost to package up all my delicate items and above all I stayed right with in my own budget and couldn’t be happier. I got my items in NJ at the time period they gave me along with the shipping was great and they put everything up were I wanted it without needing any fuss about it. Everything arrived in good condition and no missing furniture or boxes… I would strongly recommend this firm!!! 2 friends of mine are all going together this month. THANK YOU! To everybody at Americas quality movers for creating my very first moving encounter the very best and stress free! I can spread the word

    Don't use them

It had been the worst moving experience I’ve ever had.   Not only did they charge me much more for the projected quote I purchased, but I needed to leave nearly all my furniture behind as my budget could not afford anymore price. Additionally they packed up my outside patio furniture to add the table base and legs, but neglected to package my table top.   I have a patio place with no table top.   I also possess a valueable ring overlooking and it had been lost from day 1.   I reported it to the man who managed the stock and he also defended his team. When asked if he’d request these employees to empty their pockets, then he denied. We had been hoping that it had been in one of our boxes. Has not turned up in our hunt.   When I called to make criticism, I had been given the”I shall research and call you back” and never heard back.   Additionally they showed up two weeks after I received the phone that I’d get it no later than Friday and has been told that the day before Friday that it would be Monday the latest.   Then to anticipate final payment before things have been shrouded prior to viewing the final product leaves me with a bad taste in my mouth.   I discovered the floor supervisor rude and condescending. I not only will never recommend this business, but I am reporting them to the BBB

    Disappointment

My general experience was dreadful. I am not one to poor mouth firms however, how this business handled what was really unsatisfactory. I originally asked the movement to the 14th, affirmed the date simply to be given a telephone call minutes after stating it wasn’t available just the 13th. I accommodated and made adjustments to my program.

Just hours into the birth, to the 13th, to get a telephone call which the motorist was in a dreadful accident. I totally understood the problem to reschedule today again to another day they provided being the 14th. Just, to be given a telephone call again stating they won’t be available on the 14th and might need to reschedule. As, they simply have this 1 driver and a single truck….they asked to reschedule to the 15th. Now I asked they double-check there program to be certain they’re able to really do the 15th because it keeps shifting. Now the girl went hysterical about the telephone describing the motorist is at the hospital, subsequently used profanity and improper names which were addressed addressed to mepersonally, threatening to cancel my purchase. (Mind you that was at 7pm on Sunday). This caused me to feel incredibly uneasy with them and cancelled immediately asking my deposits to be reimbursed. I’m now needing to negotiate conditions for the deposit to be reimbursed. . .plus try and discover a brand new moving business. That is all extremely unprofessional and in fact, somewhat happy this occurred as who knows what might have occurred when they’ve my things throughout the transfer along with something big happen simply to bargain with that woman’s impolite abrasive behaviour, while they’ve my things! I’m frankly baffled for this organization and how things are handled! I wouldn’t want this experience on anybody!

    Excellent move and customer service

I needed to return to Chicago,IL where I am from and I was quite confused about who to proceed together or if I need to perform the transfer myself. I received a lot of calls from various firms with all types of costs. It was very perplexing, however, the one who stuck out to me was American Quality Movers. They listen to all. I informed them I just had so much cash to move and I needed to have to maintain Chicago,IL with a particular date due to the construction I was going in to needed an elevator. They assured me that there would not be a issue and there was not. My move went really smooth. I’m happy to be back home with my loved ones members and friends and also my new occupation. I’d certainly recommend them to anybody who’s moving. Thank you guys for making this type of simple move.

Couldn't ask for a better experience

I commend American excellent mover’s staff for doing such a terrific job! I am rather satisfied with the way my orders and my items were treated. I talked with Randy, who had been really respectful and that I could say the exact same for both Alex and his own movers. They came on time and got right into work. They even charged me having a lesser price than quoted for the entire movement that made me feel as an valued client. The support they provided me warrants a greater payment nevertheless they chose another way. This type of business deserves all of the countless and the fortune on the planet. Thank you a lot for the major help!

    Great care and services

I utilized many moving businesses because I move a good deal and that’s the reason I also observed the terror of movement. The majority of the time movers trigger delay and missing precious stuffs and broken and damaged things are typical. Therefore, I really do have a fear of movement but because of my job I must relocate regularly. But last week once I used american excellent movers to proceed to Checago the encounter proved to be a total reverse. This moment the movers out of new jersey did function as though it had been their own transfer. They came on time, attracted the essential tools and packaging materials together , packed the possessions with fantastic care, moved each of the products with no scrape in the destination. They also assisted us saving the merchandise. They didn’t request any extra charge or not asked to get a huge advance ahead of the transfer. In general, I really do have any reason to advocate that this Movers.

    Will use them again

American high quality movers is a really great company that transferred my 1 bedroom flat to AL for me personally. I had some less expensive costs, but not all was included and that I did not wish to enter the unknown so far as my closing price. They gave me a guaranteed cost that comprised each of the services I wanted. The transfer went really smooth and in the shipping my cost was just what they said it’d be. Would use them again, no hesitation.

    Thieves and liars!!!

I’ve been waiting now for more than two weeks rather than the seven days that they stated. Additionally, four days before, they said the truck had to stop and correct a tail light. It. Have you ever been here by now since the truck allegedly ceased one country away, but unexpectedly, upon our telephone back, Sarah does not even know where her motorist is!!! They quoted something and since the material was placed on the vehicle, they requested for over an extra grand!!! I read every one of these reviews and things on other websites, and so far what’s happening to us,down to the tiniest detail!!! I swear when they are asking for more cash and my stuff Isn’t all that there…

    Lost items

We didn’t obtain all our boxes.there had been 3 families on our own truck. Supervisor could simply provide me information on among them to test and see whether our possessions were together, he stated he did not understand who the other household in Ca. was ??? I’d think you’d understand where you’re sending someones possessions to, contracted the run around for a year. He also gave us the range of those ins. Co. to submit a claim, stated there was nothing that he can do (did not even attempt to assist ). With just a year to submit a claim along with the motorist which unloaded the vehicle did not check off the amount on the boxes in the manifest we’re stuck. The driver unloaded our whole house in under 1 1/2 hrs required his cash and left. I wouldn’t recomend this Co. for anybody.

Please Avoid this mover at all cost

Hello I had been moving on a budget, and so accepted the cheapest offer in my own email- boy I was wrong… only a brief overview: 1. My price was nearly twice of that which was really estimated on the telephone, using my stock two. Pickup was by the business truck, however, the shipping was on a rental truck (Budget leases ). And surprisingly the motorist was the exact same 3. Boxes were bashed up, my $1000 leather couch was ripped, my $500 dresser was busted. 4. In addition to this, the driver called me a liar and stated that I had sent a ripped sofa and a busted dresser- obviously contrary to what he himself had composed on the stock sheet. 5. Eventually after several calls, asserts and about two months- I have now been given a settlement on about $100. I don’t write reviews quite often, but I am composing this one just in the expectation that others won’t fall prey to the business… Ah yet another thing…. Randy the rep. who was able to phone me every other day ahead of the booking Won’t select up his phone after you have reserved your relocation… I hope this review helps

    Moving experience

I wouldn’t recommend this firm for transferring over 300 miles. Majority of problems, delivery was at 11 PM. Тhey do not know how to manage the boxes. They organize the boxes/stuff logically when they pick. Cost will probably be more than what they offered. They create of 100 cuft greater than what your material is. Originally they’re extremely favorable once you contact for quotation and earn lot of guarantees while they accept your purchase. When purchase is confirmed you’re locked and you can not do anything. You’re on their elbows underside line. I wouldn’t recommend this corporation.

A Move from New York to Georgia

I’d contracted American Quality Movers for the daughter that had been going to Georgia from New York. I had been asked on the telephone the furniture which was being transferred and the number of boxes which were likely to be transferred also. I had been asked just how many boxes could there be (small, medium, big ) Since we’d bought the boxes out of U-Haul, also I managed to provide him the specific dimensions of those boxes, the price was subsequently calculated per cubic feet. I advised them that it’d be approximately 80 boxes. He explained that nobody goes 80 boxes but he’d give me the greater quote and when it had been less then 80 boxes that the price could be decreased, therefore he gave me an estimate of $1,250.00 that had already been inflated out of the initial price I was quoted of $900.00 until he understood that it had been the exact same weekend and he did not have movers who would be accessible. So moving day arrived, they had been scheduled to be there at 11:00 am, my daughter got a phone call at 7am saying that they would be there inside the hour. When they got to my brothers we were still packing so that they started to package what was prepared to go.After taking the furniture down and not even half of the boxes were at the truck, they phoned us into the truck to notify us that they did not have space for all, and they’d already consumed the cubic foundation, and when I needed them to maneuver the remainder we’d need to pay an extra $2,250.00. So of course I called American Quality Movers to talk to the supervisor whom I’d been incontact with all up to this date and low and behold I was not able to call him, I left messages as well as now I nor my daughter have discovered out of them.Needless to mention I wrote another test and guess what? They ran out of space from the vehicle and was not able to take any more. Just how many boxes did they choose? about 40. My daughter needed to give away things and I am left with 16 boxes that they did not take. My daughter was advised her things would be sent in eight days not 28. She needed to purchase shoes and clothing for her and her children. I’m rather upset with American Quality Movers at the way the price was inflated after your stuff was around the truck and current, nobody has attempted to get us to determine how everything went. I wouldn’t suggest this moving business in any way.

    DO NOT HIRE!

DO NOT HIRE THIS COMPANY!!! Shipping was ensured for 9/1/13 (which firm spokesperson, Andy, refused ); real shipping on 7/26/13.   After numerous telephone calls to business (Andy) in getting any precise, fair explanation of if the truck could come, we had been made to anticipate our possessions early. They intentionally lied to us. We told them several occasions our flat wouldn’t be prepared until 9/1 and when we didn’t anticipate the dispatch on 7/26 our possessions would be put in storage for a protracted period (1 month ) and could be held accountable for paying. Our contract clearly said that we cannot accept dispatch prior to 9/1. They refused to use us and threatened us to find a lawyer and said that he would”screw us over” since we were mad on the telephone. After the movers came and unloaded the possessions, large damage and soiling was detected in addition to missing boxes.

DO NOT employ this business!!! Shipping was ensured for 7/10/13 (which firm spokesperson, Andy, refused ); real shipping on 7/22/13.  Succession of telephone calls for business (Andy) unworthy in getting any precise, fair explanation of where the vehicle has been and when it would really arrive.  It was just thru the attempts of a clerical man at the firm who advised us that on the date that the van had been expected to arrive at Santa Monica, it hadn’t even left NJ nonetheless!!  Blatantly lied to concerning location and state of van.  Following a frustrating delay, once the movers finally came and unloaded my kid’s possessions, significant damage and soiling had been detected:  flat screen TV crushed, bedding coated mould, furniture dented, scraped, and paint cracked; clothes containers upside down leading to garments delivered at an wrinkled, unwearable heap; cloth headboard soiled.

    UNETHICAL PRACTICES

I obtained a binding quote for a very long distance movement (in Norristown, PA to Baltimore, MD). This quote included an itemized record of stock to be transferred. I had been provided a particular day and time to get my own transfer, using arrival/loading and arrival/off-loading occasions. The initial quote was 1157.

Within my scheduled proceeding day, the movers had been an hour late beyond my shifting window. I jumped to email/call everybody I can at American superior Movers (AQM). I needed to quit messages. I finally got a return call in the driver stating the truck had busted up the day PRIOR and nobody called me to inform me. The earliest they can get there was 4 PM daily. The movement was subsequently pushed back until the following day, in the first agreed-upon moment.

Upon entrance to my flat, I had been told I probably had more quantity (cubic feet) than initially quoted. I assumed that a little more could have been anticipated, but not much because I’d given an itemized record and a given number of boxes using their own dimensions. I had been advised that it could cost $25 more because of my own television as a result of my size, although the size has been recorded on the quote. This was eliminated. I was subsequently billed a $75″long haul” bill, they believed that the space to/from the elevator has been a lot of, which I wasn’t told beforehand (and the space wasn’t important ).

They waited till ALL of my things had been loaded on the truck to inform me that they believed I’d 660 cu sq feet of stock. This is DOUBLE what they’d quoted me. This made my price JUMP to 2232! 1075 over my initial quotation. Outrageous! And they didn’t inform me until all of my stuff had been loaded in their truck. Highly suspicious and dishonest. An hour afterwards and lots of forecasts made, I was able to find the cost down to 1700, that was still $543 more. AND they wanted it in CASH today! Not what they given before!

On coming to my colleagues that they circled for an hour since they didnt believe the truck will match. AND they were not able to get my sofa to my brand new apt. Needed to take it up 8 floors ourselves!

I need BBB to learn about all of this and correct their score. I’d originally picked these movers for the BBB rating! It’s so tough to select a mover and that I can not believe that happened! I think I need to get some type of partial discretion for all of this issue and hassle in addition to their unethical and questionable estimation procedure. They were overdue with no notice, managed my things badly, didn’t rush everything before going, were not able to unload all of the inventory to the flat, and almost denied delivery due to their inability to correctly push the truck. They needed money for everything later informing me that paying partly in check and money was their favorite method. The most outrageous thing being attempting to bill me 1075 over my quotation, and not till they had all of my possessions on their own truck!

I will definitely recommend you any time

I wasn’t very excited at having to prepare to move to a brand new home, get a new job and begin a new life for myself all in a brand-new state. I needed to proceed from south New Jersey to Dallas, The shipping agency promised me they’d be at my flat in jersey at 7:30am Monday the first of May. From previous experience I anticipated a small delay but that wasn’t true! These guys showed up in 725am with smiles in their faces. They did a superb job loading the truck and literally had that which I’d purchased in the previous ten years loaded over an two hour and a half. My nerves were still going nonetheless since not only is it really not a brief drive from jersey to Texas, but they were going to need to bring all of my things in my new house! . So I recieved my shipment after fourteen weeks. And I was pleasantly surprised with the outcome. They really managed to get everything to my new home in Texas and fast!   Everyone we dealt with at American Quality Accreditation was friendly, professional and courteous. A special”thank you” into my foreman maximum, Andy at Dispatch and everybody who assisted him with all the physical movement.

    Moveing

Dealing for this company was outstanding. They managed all of my furniture and boxes very attentively and’d skilled employees. I had a very simple time addressing the movers themselves they had been knowing about the strain of going and were very lenient in my conclusions. The communicating from the over all process of this movement was superb. I was constantly aware where my items were when on the street. For this very long move their costs had been phenomenal, and also to tell the truth I had been anticipating a terrible occupation out of these, but to my surprise that they had been the finest moving company I’ve ever employed. Highly recommend you utilize them to another transfer

    Couldnt believe it

I’ve moved ahead and it had been a tragedy.   Everything and anything that might have gone wrong did. I was quite hesitate about having a moving business again due to my dreadful experience.   Allow me to inform you not utilize a broker or broker. . Your stuff won’t make it to you they way you gave it to them.   But do for my age and my grandparents handicap we’re unable to do so movement ourself. I talked to sara and she gave me more advice that nobody else did and that I left me think of items which I would not even think about using a movement.   Very quite explanatory and incredibly kind.   I used to not have any issues in any respect, not 1 thing went wrong.   They were rather great.

Just stopping by to say thank you for a great experience

I only wish I’d used you for my own prior move too. We obtained a level rate from American Quality Movers per month ahead of the transfer and everything was done based on this quote. We’ve got a whole lot of glass things – from glass dining table to glass pub stand to an 8 ft mirror. Everything was wrapped up and packaged up safely. No damage at all. I hope we do not need to go for Some Time, however when we do I’m certain to give you guys the following telephone.
