    Long-distance move from New Jersey
    Scam and Fraudulent

    Scam and deceptive firm!

I hired this firm to perform an long distance move out of New Jersey to Las Vegas, Nevada. I was originally quoted $3500 for your transfer. I then raised the things and has been provided a brand new estimate of 4600. The day that they packed everything into the truck that they leased and also summoned a paper sign taped to the doorway by using their business name that they have me a fresh invoice of 8700. I was amazed and told me to cancel and then give me back my things. They stated they’d bill me no matter that I countered or sent it. They informed me I better have another half of their cash in cash upon shipping. I had been informed by the sales man Shaun which I could use my charge card for the whole transaction initially. I asked the men why the absurd quantity and they stated that they bill from cubic feet. I had been advised by the sales man everything was billed by weight. I didn’t have much of a choice so I sent the things me attempted to phone this organization. I phoned this company 10 or more times every day for a couple of days attempting to reach somebody. Once they asked for my name I had been wrapped up on each and every moment. When eventually the furniture and my things were sent a couple of my furniture has been seriously damaged. The entire time those men had been unpacking my things that they kept telling me there better be a fantastic hint for us once we’re done. Wow I was not surprised. I attempted to submit a damage claim but nevertheless I keep getting hung up on. I’ve contacted a couple of other legitimate moving companies and all of them state that the maximum they’d charge will be about $4500 not $8700. My furniture and most of my things do not even come near the 8700. I might have purchased all brand-new stuff for this quantity and could have been more happy than paying those men the 8700. Ever since that time I’ve contacted my credit card company disputing the fees because I had been cheated by this firm. Only yesterday I get an extremely threatening email from American Moving Experts stating they’ll call the police and file charges against me. Truly, wow a scam business pulling the following scam by attempting to record charges against me with the authorities. I’ll see them in court very soon and also have contacted the Attorney General of New Jersey.

    Horrible, dishonest and cheat company

This really is the most adulterous and unethical company I’ve fulfilled. They phone you reassuring and promising a number of things to acquire your company and then once they get that deposit cash from you, they’ll care the least.

I had been contacted by them once I asked about going on a portal site. The individual name”Jack Levy” gave me all kinds of assurances and also told me that he’d be accessible until the time that I complete my movement. However, I was amazed that shortly after I left that deposit payment to them, this individual was away from the scene. They wouldn’t even join me to him when I called, and said that my situation is currently managed by another division as Jack is just there for purchase booking. I was like fine. But then slowly, they began deviating with each small guarantee they left as the men and women that were managing my situation altered from time to time.

They gave me an internet quotation, but that quotation was a sham and far away from fact. After telling them precisely what I’d had, they gave me quite a minimal quote to acquire my company and later in the afternoon of choosing my materials measured over double the quote I gave me. I maintained on persuading them to send a person to get an in house survey. They directed me think that it wasn’t mandatory and their applications is really accurate with dimensions. They offered me a price when reserving my purchase but later improved my cost since a day ahead of the transfer once they moved over my stock, I’d taken some things from the stock list. But when on the afternoon of going when I’d over the quantity they’d lent me for, they weren’t inclined to lose my cost. Their pickup team was very impolite and horrible. The manager of this pickup team needed me to provide him 300$ suggestion instead of him charging me less volume of merchandise (if I’d be on the other hand ).

My stuff arrived in 1 week late causing a great deal of hassle for my loved ones using a 8 month old infant with us. After the material arrived, it had a significant wardrobe overlooking, my 350 centre table broken to bits. The boxes were so poorly packaged (half empty) which induced my quantity to move up. I followed up using their dispatch staff including all the problems I’d like. They agreed to offer me a reimbursement and after we settled for a period, they were assumed to send me a paperwork. As anticipated, they never picked up my telephone then and till date I’m awaiting my refund.

Its a true advise, please don’t proceed on this company. They will suck on the hard earned money from you. I payed around $2000 over that I was supposed to cover my transfer out of Jersey to Texas. Never trust a business who provides you with a telephone quote and doesn’t send somebody to get an in-house poll to take a peek at your belongings.

    Long-distance move from New Jersey
    Scam and Fraud

I went to the world wide web to receive a quote for moving solutions and also this business began to call me over 10 days or more a day hoping to win my company. Eventually I used this business to transfer all my things. I was originally quoted $3500 for what I wished to proceed. I then added a couple more things and has been provided a brand new quote of $4600. When I talked to the broker sale man I gave him quite detailed measurements and data about all of my furniture and items. I had been told that using all the beds that the box springs were contained and that they bill by weight. From the time they arrived and packed up everything, the moving men gave me a fresh invoice and said they bill by cubic feet rather than by weight. I had been provided a brand new invoice of over $8700. For $8700 bill my stuff wasn’t even worth that much. I asked why and they said the sales man made a mistake and that box springs weren’t included. They also charged me for a single amusement stand which was all glass and billed the 1 furniture into 3 parts of furniture for a single thing. I advised them to unload the truck and that I wasn’t going to cover that new level and they explained they would still charge me half of that sum even if they unloaded all my things back into my property. I attempted to call this business many times the same day and tried phoning them several times then and I had been always hung up on shortly after they asked for my title. I was also told that I could use my charge card for the whole trade for the moving solutions out of when I initially talked to the sales man, but the men that afternoon that packed up my things told me” You better have money upon delivery.” When my furniture and things were sent I questioned that the men about the reason why my dining room table was ruined and they advised me to submit a claim and that they weren’t the first men and they were also contracted out by American Transferring Pros. I attempted to submit a claim by calling them and figuring out how to submit a claim and has been hung up on again. How do these men still stay in business for several of the fraud and scams they’re committing to the customer. Ever since that time I’ve attempted to dispute my credit card and simply obtained an email from American Moving Pros threatening that they’d speak to the authorities about me. How do a first quotation of $3500 afterward $4600 visit over $8700. Now they’ve been still trying to phone me today using a blocked number all day long hoping I would reply in order that they can threaten me again. I’ll see these men in court quite soon.

    Scam Artists

Stay far away from this business!   They started off quite professional prior to any money was paid or awarded as a deposit.   They predicted occasionally 4 to 5 times per day to ask if we had been prepared to proceed and that we had been in great hands.   When the day of this transfer occured, You Can’t hear from them again.   After the movement was made, we discovered that a Good Deal of our furniture has been ruined and we even have boxes overlooking too as an entire end table which goes to a living room set.   For the past fourteen days We’ve Been attempting to contact anybody at American Moving Pros and they continue giving us the run around.   The supervisor Won’t answer our calls and also the Individuals who answer the telephone refuse to provide us their titles.   Today We’ve Got a flat full of ruined furniture and do not understand exactly what to do with this since we are not Positive if anybody needs to Have a Look at it.   As it seems right now, We’re from a Whole Lot of cash.   They advised me that the transfer was about to charge $1523.00, it ended up costing us $3500.00.   Talk about bait and switch!!!

All of these men ought to be ashaned of these at Fort Lauderdale call centre saying they’d help every step of the way.   Raymond Douchette, Frank, John Halter, Sean a director in earnings.   We’ve been scammed from the very best!!!

    Got cheated

I announced all significant things and packaged myself 80 percent of it. I had just 1 kid mattress, which I’d disassembled myself. I received an estimate for a $1600. American Moving Pros arrived per day, took my signatures onto a great deal of newspapers before packaging of assorted stuff. A product such as packaged box of toaster has been created exactly the exact same as the couch. Prior to departing, when most of the paraphernalia was filled with truck, they said that the true coast was over twice. I didn’t need to have an argument because I used to depart for another location. Got assaulted absolutely.

    Scam!

This moving firm tries very difficult to appear professional but trust me they’re equally as poor as a different CL scam. I was originally quoted $1100″an over estimate” for my own move. Following”measuring” the cubic footage my entire bill came out to $2200. This firm promised me that there would be no hidden charges and yet. They charged $3.00 for every roll of tape that they had to wrap our objects. $75 for ea extra flight of stairs. They stated that they needed their own trucks and staff and yet the truck was a third party truck and so were to movers. The truck even required a leap start before we required OFFF!!!! Please use another firm these folks are horrible!

    What a move

Lately, I have promoted and needed to go to Alabama. With a great deal of pressure below my belt using the new project I discovered an inexpensive business to transfer me. American Moving Pros pulled through for me personally and finished my movement without a enormous hassle! I’ve moved ahead and I didn’t have a wonderful encounter with a previous moving business. This time round it had been a relief to learn that all things went smoothly. I wish to thank the employees and the wonderful support.

    Great experience- had to share

That is my 3rd time going, and that I needed to share this adventure. I had one of their greatest encounters with American Moving Pros. It was the finest all around. Fantastic customer service, excellent social abilities from the earnings reps. I was gladly able to speak to them openly and say just what I wanted which was fantastic. I will deff be using them again. I’ll also be reffering this business to a lot of others so that they could have this superb experience too.
