MOVER ASSIGNED TO MY MOVE ACTUALLY MADE A THREAT OF PHYSICAL HARM TOWARDS ME!!! My movement started out quite good but moved totally wrong when I adjusted among those movers along with his incorrect course of my 4 hour start and finish time. After showing him evidence of instances on my mobile phone of calls and texts involving us, he dropped silent but soon became ill at the notion of never being compensated fees. The next thing you know, I am being accused of crying and disrespecting him. Then I had to see him toss a juvenile temper tantrum and sit at the front of the moving truck, not forgetting to do anything else before he talked with his Boss (whom I telephoned and had talked to the onsite Hurry, teaching them to keep on working until the suitable ending time). At one stage my Husband and the Agency got in a debate since the inspector said”I’ve kids her size, I will have her a*s out within this lawn”. I’ve got a gash in my front door since the Lead pipes (who was beautiful and incredibly apologetic for another movers behaviour ) needed to transfer my washing machine upstairs with no coworker. After a 10 second call to the proprietor, the irate mover began to assist again, however, he carelessly set down my things and scraped my walls. This movement ended without a apologetic follow up call in the owners without a discounted rate with this EXTREMELY unprofessional circumstance. Rather , I paid over $400 to get hurt left to my new new residence and a inspector completely ruin what had been a massive event in my entire life (moving into a newly constructed home and my very first residence ). Lead Agency Johnny has been AMAZING, but spare yourself the undeserved Strain and TAKE YOUR MONEY ELSEWHERE!!
