THEY WERE LATE THEN HAD TO GO All of the WAY TO CHANDLER TO PICK UP ONE MORE PERSON.  IT WAS NOT MY FAULT THEY DID NOT SEND ENOUGH HELP THE FIRST TIME i TOLD THEM EXACTLY WHAT HAD TO BE MOVED IN ADDITION THEY ONLY MOVED FROM 12:30 TO 1:38.  THEN PRESENTED ME A BILL NOT FOR THE $49.50 AN HOUR BUT MILEAGE FOR THEIR MISTAKE AND TRIP CHARGES THAT WERE NEVER DISCLOSED.   THEN THE DRIVER WANTED EXTRA CASH FOR THEIR TIME!  HORRIBLE HORRIBLE HORRIBLE

I’m the spouse of a fallen hero (military ) and also my final move was a wreck. Broken items, day and time changes without any communication in the company I used, that explains the reason why I was so frightened of working with another company for my own transfer again.  When I talked with the represenitives from different businesses they all put down the  other moving companies….BUT NOT THIS ONE! AllStar Movers is definitly true to thier title. They did not bad mouth  other firms over the telephone, the represenitive had contact with me along with the driver the whole time,” They showed up on time and never have I felt more comfortable with the packers. They were great for my children and so respectful. They did not over sell me and the best part wasn’t just did the packers and the driver pick up my things, they were also the one’s who sent. My final move, my things were shipped to 3 distinct companies and that I didn’t have any clue where my items where.  The team in AllStar movers are amazing!!!! In the rep into the drivers! This corporation will get my buisness over and over. I’m the happiest when they passed my kids thier flags out of thier dads military funeral that they promised they’d care for until they left. . p.s.. After losing my husband knowing that a part of my payment went into the injured warriors job in Florida made it worthwhile that much more! Thank you all from myself and my kids! . .HOOAH! The movers were very slow. Overcharged and ruined my furniture and fretting about it. I’d my spouse hire movers because I had been in a business trip and would not have the ability to move myself. She hired this business and stated that they borrowed $250 for the first two weeks and $100 an hour then. Seemed alright. The transfer should have just taken no longer than 5 hours because we had been going 10 minutes up the street. They transferred two beds, two dressers, dining table and approximately 10 boxes which we packaged. They took 7 hours!!! No living room things were transferred since we had been selling everything.
They put a massive gash in our dining table and also listened for my wife and explained it was already there. This was a brand-new table!!!!
They have the worst customer support.
