    Colorado move

I was trying to find a mover to select up 1 area of items to be transferred from Colorado into NC. Safe and Secure contacted me and gave me a quotation. I had been scheduled to be picked up on April 25. I compensated Safe and Secure and also All State Movers and now 30 days after I still do not have my things and Sandy says she will call back and never comes. My stuff is allegedly in storage in KS of that I never advised them to place it in storage but bring about my storage center in Havelock NC. My next move would be to predict the Sheriffs Dept and file complaint against Safe and Secure Van Lines and then go after the heavily emphasized hijackers that have my things. I hope they all rot in hell

    Do not use this company!!!!!

I wish there was a method to provide this business less than a 1 star! The initial contact was fantastic, really”educational”. After they’d the deposit cash things went down hill. I’ve moved several times so that I understand what a fantastic transfer is. I even know what a fair movement is but today I understand what a terrible move is. They stated that when there was an issue to call and it’d be fixed instantly. Well I predicted whenever the packers wouldn’t listen to exactly what I advised them. No response, so I left a message. Four days after I received a telephone. Nothing was as it had been explained to me. Inventory listing was nonexistent and they loaded me out in different times. I’ve not ever had such unprofessional management of everything was be an extremely costly move, roughly $6K over the things they stated it’d be!
Don’t use this business!!! I really could go on and on but the most important thing is DO NOT USE this business!!!!

    Awful Experience

I agree with every horrible review you’ll discover online. They generally underestimate the weights to get their estimates to be able to find the tasks, then bill you for the inescapable overages. Normal bait and switch. They vanish once you cover the deposit. They missed their shipping window without touched me. It was only when I phoned did I find out that they had been running three times late. The whole procedure from pickup to delivery was just supposed to carry three times, therefore running three times late without an excuse is improper. They provided me a first quantity of reimbursement, then argued with me about it when they attempted to backtrack.

They tried to have household members add insurance for my invoice without even telling them that I’d already declined it, and attempted to add it into the invoice without even telling me about those modifications.

They won’t answer telephone calls or emails if you don’t frighten them.

It was easily the worst customer support I’ve received from any business. It is shocking that this firm remains in business somehow. Please Don’t utilize All State Van Lines. You may repent it as if that I do, and also as most different reviewers do also.

    Worst Moving Experience Ever

We concur with each negative remark here. Worst choice of our own lives to go for this firm. They’re absolute scam artists. Lies the entire way through, shotty proceed task, and not possible to find any info when you cover the deposit. Let’s error be sufficient learning-pick another business!

    ALL STATE VAN LINE RELOCATIONS

DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY UNLESS YOU WANT TO BURN YOUR MONEY . They give you one quotation to your belonging and if they eventually appear late they package just half of your belongings with lots of wrap simply to cause more harm. They say if you would like to move the remainder of your stuff if can cost you twice. However, it is not an All States Van it’s a local company they deal with this has shown up and is currently holding you and your belongings hostage. You either move just half of your things or you pay twice as much. Which means you better have plenty of CASH since that’s all they take and they need it in pickup and delivery. If they call to say they’re delivering your stuff however, with just 12 hrs. Of notice and you beg someone to fly to get your stuff. They do not appear. They call to allow you to know they’ve broken down in the time that they were assumed to be delivering the own stuff. Entire day wasted. They had been rude to my sister and mother because I had been working and they needed to reschedule. No apologizes to their rudeness. Eventually delivered my stuff 6 wks. After at 8:30 pm again night time. They bumped my items into partitions and tried to immediately complete again since they drained. They caused damage facing me. Asked for their MONEY and made me sign a newspaper again without describing what it said about the furniture. I whined about damages and has been given a form to fill out with images. Completed the shape and waited 120+ times to learn my claims were refused and that damages from the firm movers are EXPECTED. The sole thing ALL STATE VAN LINES and their co-company is thinking about is MONEY. They don’t care about customer support. They Deny they or their affiliates did anything wrong. DO NOT CALL THEM.

    Terrible Experience

We had been abused by All State Van Lines each step along the way. The major reason we picked this business was because they had been among those very few that really does business on Sundays. Also, they ensured that our pickup will be Sunday March 1.   ·      About Friday Feb 27th, I got a phone that the movers were moving to both pick up and send every thing on Sunday the 1st. I hurried to the bank to get a cashier’s check, realizing the lender would not be available on the day of shipping. ·      Our pickup ETA has been 8-10am about Sunday March 1. We had all packed up on time (because heaven forbid the movers need to watch for whatever ) ·      The movers did not appear by 10am. I tried calling the customer support line, but nobody replied as it was a Sunday. I tried phoning the 3rd party transferring firm, however the contact number on their web site was out of support. We had informed our landlord we’d be outside daily, and today it appeared we had no clue what was likely to take place. ·      At the moment , we got a call in the 3rd party stating the truck was stuffed with a different family’s possessions and they could not pick up our belongings daily. They didn’t provide us a brand new pickup quote and there was not any one we can speak to since it was a Sunday (again, why we chose this business was because they stated that they did business on Sundays). ·      After we finally heard in the All State customer support folks on Monday March two , they never prevailed but kept replicating their justification. When a company makes a warranty, I do not care how they must have it done. I used ton’t overload their truck and it should not be my issue that somebody else did. We needed to stay an excess day at our apartment so that we had been paying double rent in our previous location and also our new location. ·      We had been advised that the pickup now may not occur until Wednesday March 4th, that on our arrangement proved to be that the latest possible day for shipping. ·      Several hours after, we’ve got a telephone to find everything together NOW since the movers were in their way. ·      Upon pickup, my husband has been told that he needed to register a new quote. Before we committed for the business, we had been assured this wasn’t in the world of potential. We were also told that our things would nevertheless be delivered the exact same day they had been picked up. ·      A hour or 2 later pickup, we have a call which our things may not be sent before Saturday March 7. A FULL WEEK later that which we had been informed on Friday Feb. 27th. And from this time, we just had enough clothing to make it through a night since we were informed that was all we wanted. ·      Our items were eventually delivered on Wednesday March 4th. We had been given one hour’s notice and advised to have a fresh cashier’s check since it was a separate business. We’re supposed to possess at least 24 hours notice of the last equilibrium and shipping. For both pickup and delivery, we’re expected to fall everything NOW since it turned out to be a suitable time for the movers. ·      The movers fully destroyed 3 parts of furniture (they came in many bits ), which we’ve put asserts in to, however they also ruined the new home by denting doorways and placing scratches and marks around the walls and flooring, which are not covered under the transferring insurance. ·      Through the procedure, if we tried calling customer support, they have been constantly magically”out to dinner .” If they did call back, they’d intentionally lie, stating they attempted calling us a few times. If that were true, our telephones could have kept track of their calls that were missed.   Each of State has consented to provide us $75 back to the flaws and they appear to believe this is quite generous. It is going to nearly cover the expense of our take-out once we found ourselves with food, or something with which to prepare meals such as pots and pans or utensils. $75 on a $2000 bill is foolish. I gave this business tens of thousands of dollars and all that they did was make my life simpler and lie to me every step along the way.

    All State is not honest

My expereince with All State was nothing but trouble. First I had been contacted by a sales rep who grossly underestimated the burden of my things. The quote was off with 2000 pounds (25 percent of their whole weight). The company didn’t keep their word on if they’d call us. The truck broke down on delivery day and nobody bothered to call and inform us that they wouldn’t arrive. Eventually when I did get a hold of somebody they stated they could not pick us up till two weeks afterwards. Once I spent hours organizing for a different firm to service the transfer and called to ask my money back they were magically able to find a person to move us just a few days late. Before coming , we received a call stating our burden was above the quote and they wouldn’t send our items unless we paid them an additional $1500. It was only through the hours of whining about the phone that we could negotiate a lower cost but we still ended up paying an additional $500. I felt as though I was being held hostage however I had been desperate to receive my item or I would not have given them one cent more. My things weren’t broken but they have been coated in dirt and lots of the boxes were moist.
