Employed All Moving USA to maneuver out of TX to PA.. Was move out of HELL – wouldn’t recommend to my worst enemy. They’re brokers using third-party movers. The Pick-up firm wasn’t same as Delivery Business, which we didn’t understand until pickup day. 1 firm loaded our products in pickup & then unloaded them in their own warehouse, while the 2nd firm loaded our products from warehouse in their truck for shipping. There was plenty of disagreements from what the agent told us & what the real movers told us at of pick-up/delivery. Throughout entire process we had been passed off to a individual after another, with spoken to at least 6 individuals beginning w/ Zack & followed closely by Eric, Aly, Sam, Jennifer, etc..

Pickup was on Saturday at 8 am & Agent advised us to not possess movers load anything when there wasn’t any disagreements. Well, you will find a few… we left many messages & when we finally reached someone, we had been advised that customer support isn’t there till 11:00 am! We had no option but to permit the movers to start loading since they weren’t inclined to wait any more.

We were awarded cost & told that the movers could just take postal money orders that we had. But at pickup & shipping, cost was more. At pickup the 1st business made exclusion & took private check since post office had been closed on Saturday. At shipping, 2nd firm wouldn’t take check. Because it had been following the post office shut, we had an option of cash or charge card. Because there was 3-5percent fee to utilize card, we needed to visit ATM for money or the movers could have left with our products.

There wasn’t any walk-thru by representative before pickup. We discussed w/ two individuals comprehensive collection of products, (furniture & boxes bits w/ dimensions. They estimated cubic feet at 1,224, and stated it comprised extra feet as a cushion. At pickup were advised cubic feet was 1,900. We understood quote wouldn’t be accurate, but that’s a massive gap & price more cash at pickup.

We had been quite clear w/ representative that we had two flights of stairs in TX & 1 at PA.. Were advised 1st flight of 14 measures were liberated but at pickup movers stated seven measures proved to be a wreck & that 1st flight wasn’t free. Movers did waive price for 1 flight in pickup but we had been billed for flight at shipping.

We were told that there would be no fee for packaging tape/moving pads but were billed nearly $100 more at pickup. Agent stated it had been for eliminating doors on furniture, which they didn’t do. Said they’d refund us the cash. After we assessed on refund few weeks afterwards, we had been told another story – it had been for wrap the furniture which had glass doors. Agent understood every piece of furniture we’d, such as people w/ glass doors, rather than said added fee for them.

Three things were missing in shipping. Put in assert & were told someone would call us. Even referred to as warehouse where things were saved and was told someone would call us. They never did & at the point we were only so frustrated and upset, we gave up. Learned a large lesson – use same firm that really does walk-thru, provides you level rate (not quote ), picks up and delivers. Initially the cost may seem more affordable with All Moving USA, however, so much did occur that it winds up costing more.

Fantastic experience! Made my move so much simpler. The movers were very effective, respectful, and punctually. They called to check in ahead of the actual movement in date and so were really apparent with no hidden charges. Will definitely be using them again for any upcoming transfer.

All Moving USA . It’s the worst company I’ve ever delt with. I had been delayed pickup two. Then it took nearly a month for shipping,from San Diego to Tucson. They also up billed me from 1637.67 to closing 2485.42. Delivered lost and damaged items. I should of did study on business. Don’t Use All Moving USA
