I consider myself an extremely just and reasonable individual. I know it is busy year (July 2018). I know traffic isn’t within their hands, however a terrible position became worse due to the provider. The day of the transfer, the sales rep, Joseph Cohen, had been tough to achieve and impolite. I had been frustrated with their late coming and admittedly talked to him quite curtly, however, he cried back that was shocking. I said”WOW” aloud since I truly couldn’t think a client facing team member was talking to me this manner. I actually regret the choice to seek the services of this group, and when I needed to do it over again I wouldn’t. In addition, the staff arrived dressed in shorts and sandals and the total fact didn’t match the anticipation of their professional moving group I’d hired. I’m anticipating my items today — I had been expecting them yesterday– and not certain when I can get them. I hope that their in good shape, and that I get them relatively shortly.

DO NOT DO IT TO YOURSELF

I knew I needed to move interstate because January of 2018 therefore I began exploring moving companies which were dependable and had great reviews. Once you woke up the price tag, you’re now telling me just how much to trick?? Okay!
I advised them that I would enjoy my furniture from 6/25 (pickup was 6/20 committing them 5 days to send furniture from NY to N.C.) I had been guaranteed fall off about the 25th, in case this wasn’t possible then a person ought to have conveyed this to me (nobody did) and I’d have made other arrangements. About the 25th I cried, emailed and called and I had been told by Sophia that cargo wasn’t conscious of the guaranteed date however a dispatch would be departing on Tuesday 6/26 and that I must get my possessions on the 27th (the Wednesday) Wednesday came and wentwithout a telephone call, so that I flew; Thursday came and went- I phoned twice and left messages without any reply, Friday came and went, so I chose calls to Joe Cohen, Sophia in shipment, the 866 number without any reply. I am quite disgusted that a business could handle its clients this manner. That is actually the worse customer service I’ve experienced in my entire life and that I URGE YOU… SPARE YOURSELF THE DRAMA. Select a DIFFERENT COMPANY!!! Nobody communicates, the hands doesn’t inform the foot what’s going on and the consumer gets screwed. WORSE EXPERIENCE EVER.
Lodging is extremely costly and I did not think I ought to be waiting within a week to get my furniture particularly when I had been guaranteed 5-7 times (NY to N.C.).

My other criticism is that the team didn’t wrap the mattress and box spring in full, abandoned 2/3 of them vulnerable to rubbing. The mattress has been obtained with scrapes and dark marks. The next matter was that the team did not manage the boxes with caution. Among those plastic boxes has been broken. In carrying the boxes, they didn’t adhere to the signals (arrow or delicate ) indicated on the boxes. I paid the firm $2450 although the estimated cost was 1950.

Overall they did a fantastic job with transferring me. Theh didnt break anything and took good care of my fraigle items. They had been a day late on delivery but the driver managed to work it out with me and my program. I was angry but I knew they have a window and they have other folks that they provide along the way. Everything worked out fine and that I received my items securely. They did a fantastic job with everything else.

My move only finished with them they were fantastic all around. I Was Really Happy with Joe, Leo and Kevin. They did a fantastic job moving my things and what was safely packaged and sent to Nevada. I’d 1 broken dish from all my boxes and delivery required just 8 days out of pickup. In comparison to other movers and items I browse online I feel these guys are extremely professional and quite upfront about the support and cost. Just be certain you’ve got everything prepackaged and you wont have any surprise fees.

They dropped the side railings to my bed and that I therefore can’t assemble it. I am almost 7months pregnant and have been sleeping on the ground because my move. I contacted everyone I could for advice or to at least file an insurance claim but have been completely ignored since May 17. I can’t reach anybody with the business via telephone or email.

Joe was fantastic in preparing the quote, but then everything went down hill. I had been told it’d require 3 to 7 times for my items to be sent and given a telephone number to call to check up on everything. When I did call, in day7, the number was disconnected (super unethical ). I eventually got Joe to link me and the girl explained it was really 5-7″business” days from the shipping date I asked. Nobody said business days initially. Everything was picked up and on April 29 and eventually delivered on May 12. Communication was just like pulling teeth during this whole time and the girl, Julia, was always exceptionally rude and place out sounding once I inquired for upgrades (once I could get her on the telephone ). My mum had flown in to help me because I am rather pregnant; but needed to fly back soon after delivery since things were so delayed.

Throughout the shipping stock, they found they didn’t have my bed railings (the sides of the bed frame). I had been told I’d again have to deal with Julia. It is a Friday. The warehouse has been already closed. Monday I called again and she said she’d look to it, which I need to email her specifics, and that from here on out we’d communicate through email. I did so and did not hear anything back. On Wednesday I emailed requesting her to confirm that she obtained the email. She responded saying she’d but needed to start looking into it. And that is the last I have heard.

Nobody will respond to my calls or emails. I am unable to even get the information to submit an insurance claim. This is dreadful company practice.

I am not even going to get into the way the true cost of this move was literally twice the estimate.

All Storage and Moving does not deserve any stars and is quite unprofessional. They look respectable when obtaining a quote but as soon as they have your deposit that they do not care about support or your own satisfaction. To begin with, no moving firm should EVER demand a deposit. Lesson learned. We were planning to decide on All Storage and moving when my husband company agreed to cover the move. They had a particular moving business they wanted to undergo. We gave them all of the information they had to repay the deposit plus they never did. I’d telephone and Joe would conviently not be there and could not return my calls. They kept our deposit with no service left and they’re a scam. They will need to be from company and shouldn’t be trusted. They also don’t tell you that when they send your stuff their beginning date begins on the day you need your stuff to get there. My buddy used them along with her things took near a month. Throughout this time they would not answer her telephone calls and at one point even told them their things had been missing. After they did get their things lots of it had been ruined. Please learn from our errors and DONT select All Moving and Storage.

Lately employed All Storage and Moving that led to being transferred by Experienced Movers, LLC. After giving quite accurate inventory and offered a cost of $1023, real price $1600. Charged extra for over 100 ft door-truck ($75) (was not much) and compulsory fee for wrap mattress/box spring ($65). Pick-up 12/16-evryhting was nice but they load truck and then tell you it’s $500 greater than quotation. Wanted to send to my new condo complex on Christmas Day that I denied. Came Christmas Eve. Upon coming men were fine however my mattress and box spring were saturated on a single side (after $ to wrap). Next day found large box overlooking. No stock was performed in feverish move-in & Christmas Eve 9:30; box comprised 95% of my clothes. Texted instantly and never got answer. Launched making numerous calls constantly being told they couldn’t get motorist. Following 3 months told I would need to go online and make a claim using a 3rd party insurance company (I didn’t add my own policy ). Form says I shall hear in 60 days. Meanwhile, I need to go buy new clothes. Please notice I just included newer, higher finish (Polo) brand things in my transfer to FLA.. I wouldn’t recommend this corporation. Appears to be agents only and vanish from the picture when the transfer starts.

I lately used ALL Moving to get a movement from the west shore in the east shore. I was really satisfied with their quality of support and their degree of knowledge about the best way best to package and load a vehicle. The men did a fantastic job equally in pickup and drop off, they even went as far as ensuring all of my things were reassembled and place in every room as we asked.
