All Dixie Moving and Storage

We obtained a quotation for moving from FL to NC, following the proprietor walked throughout the home. Afterwards we asked to bring the bike to the freight and the quotation was revised. The owner arrived at the house another time to pick up the deposit. When the crew arrived, the truck was too little and they hadn’t been educated about the bike. They loaded the truck anyway, and not all of our freight match. They had another truck and billed us $1800 over and over our contract cost. The proprietor accused us of including freight, even though he’d seen our possessions twice. He won’t take responsibility for attracting a truck which has been too little, and breaking up our contract by charging nearly one third longer.
