All About Moving Company

I hired these men to transfer me in Walpole, MA into Acton, MA. They came on timeand the team was very friendly and considerate. The foreman appeared as though he was somewhat hungover. They got me proceeded in 3 hours or less because I was just moving a 1 bedroom apt. But they did not control the deposit 24 hours ahead of time, the team stopped at a gas station less than two kilometers in my aggressively while they were still on the clock, so they did not take care to be certain that snow/dirt didnt put in my furniture, and that there was still a significant billing mistake which required a week of telephone calls to fix. The prices were fair , they dont start the clock until they arrive, and they were quite fast to find the move done but there are definitely some red flags which may give me pause when I ever need to employ movers again.

I reviewed many quotations and found this business to be the cheapest and fair.  There quotation clearly stated and demonstrated that there were no hidden or additional fees.  I’ve had bad previous experiences with moving businesses who in the close of the move struck me up for all sort of additional charges. This firm was punctually. . .they move fast and economically.  My things were wrapped nicely and there wasn’t any harm.  The movers were very considerate and didn’t require a great deal of breaks.  This is a wonderful experince and I’d urge any one to utilize this shifting service.  THANK YOU ALL ABOUT MOVING COMPANY!!!! I was really happy from the minute I talked to customer support into the momenet I paid my invoice. The movers were on time, educated, took some time to be certain all proprty was totally shielded. They were quick, honest, and considerate. Can HIGHLY reccommend this provider.

This shifting company damaged the exterior walls and within wallls widely and then denied that they generated the harm….very disappointing! Follow-up from customer support was quite poor and averted at least 15 mobile calls.  You pay for skilled support but getting two men in a pickup truck which don’t understand what they’re doing is extremely troubling. They also claimed they had insurance that also might have been a lie. Legal action is sadly the only alternative for me.

Don’t use this moving business if you appreciate your proceeds and are searching for great customer support.   After we observed that our valuables had gone lost during the transfer (in one hour of their movers leaving our new location ) we called the company to complain, all I got to get a reply was”this can not be, this hasn’t occurred”.   After filing a police report, it took 2 weeks to the supervisor to eventually attempt to work out an arrangement with me (that was not even close to equal to the value of those items which were stolen), and once I spoke with him I did not believe this was fair reimbursement, all he did was shout at me at a really demeaning manor on the telephone and call me a liar.   I’ll certainly not be using this copany at the long run and I highly recommend that nobody else hires them to get their relocation either.
