The firm who drove the cartons in my new home left in petroleum all over my items. Left without placing things back to where they had been as promised. Lay the damn curtains on the ground I will attach all of the images that the I supplied for their” unprofessional supervisor” who only says sorry and does nothing simply charges money free of support and write reviews great ones for himself. Lol

Several followups, clarifications, ask to ship boxes before movement for our packaging. You pursue and you pursue and you pursue and there is no response. Regrettably, our business is utilizing these for visa processing also. No News – following a month of follow & only assessing the embassy site – you understand that we’ve missed the deadline.

They create a stressful move even more trying. Do not DO IT

Like the review prior to mine, my experience with them was completely terrible. Entirely lacking in communicating, with zero upgrades on delivery period. Fourteen days following my shipment had attained their warehouse, and I am still not getting any thought on when I could expect my shipping. They totally don’t care. Stay away.

I lately utilized Alfa to move in Singapore to the US and has been amazed by how blessed, stubborn, and uncommunicative they had been. I obtained two quotations from them, one for quicker LCL shipment (estimated at 4-6 months ) and another for lesser FCL (estimated at 8-10 months ), and especially opted to go with the more expensive LCL highlighting my urge to find everything whenever possible. They never delivered any type of affirmation or supplied shipping notices and that I did not hear from them before I reached them out trying to determine if my things were to arrive. At this time they advised that they really weren’t able to receive my dispatch on the boat they initially intended so today the projected arrival date was eight weeks. Then they ceased responding to all efforts at communication, either via email or telephone. I eventually heard from the US firm delivering the things, and obtained my items almost 16(!) Weeks after being packaged to ship. The shipping was filled with troubles, since the US firm told me that Alfa hadn’t told them that furniture required to be reassembled (that I also paid extra for) or that any of those boxes were to be removed (again, too in my arrangement ), and consequently refused to do some of these things without additional cash. In sum, the whole experience was extremely stressful and time consuming also Alfa alternated between ignoring my communication efforts and refusing to repay any of the surplus sum paid for LCL transport. I would normally like to encourage a small company but in this situation I’d strongly advise you avert Alfa at all costs and save yourself time, hassle and money by paying a little more up front to use a more reliable, bigger moving company that knows the idea of fundamental professionalism and bringing the paid-for support. The sole pleasant interaction in this trade was that the insurer they worked with, which had been exceptionally responsive and professional and paid for the repairs to my broken product instantly – and if the insurance provider is that the”nice” business within an experience you understand the other is really awful.
