56 household products were ruined in our movement. Paid for Total Value Protection to insure transit-related damage. Took photographs of all damaged products as evidence. After submitting claim, we were advised that you need to keep all things (photos aren’t evidence ) so we just obtained compensation for damaged items that we kept. For many firms, photographs are adequate evidence. Not this firm! Read the fine print! Movers didn’t do enough to secure our flooring, walls and staircases that led to property damage. Movers were advised and newspapers were signed on move-in afternoon Assessing the harm. They refused doing any harm ( except scuffing up a wall) and 11 months afterwards refuse to accept responsibility. We had been advised to submit a claim with our clients insurance. My motive for giving them a single celebrity. I blame it to just plain carelessness and tired and exhausted employees who simply don’t care about my precious possessions!
