Don’t employ this business as your own movers! I was quoted one price upon employing them and billed another cost on going day. There was a significant increase. I’d have known if they had gone over their allocated time, but they ended with 30 minutes to spare. They were not cautious with some of my possessions and I ended up using several broken products. Additionally, they dented the walls in my apartment several occasions, thus ensuring that I won’t ever get my security deposit back. After creating all of this hurt, they had the guts to overcharge me and then demand a hint. They also left garbage in my doorstep when departing. Once they left, I called their corporate office and that I had been told that there was nothing they can do. Employing this business proved to be a massive mistake. Do yourself a favor and pay more for somebody else. It will save you a whole lot of annoyance. These individuals don’t understand decent business practices and don’t put their clients first. Disgraceful, unprofessional and dishonest.

My movers were both Edgar and Mike and they showed up on time, worked hard and came in under budget because of our transfer. My earnings woman Niki let me understand all cost related to the movement and there weren’t any surprises. Thanks!

They’re extremely ineffective, took four hours to proceed just a couple of things (2 beds, 1 couch, 1 settee, 1 dining table and seats, 1 torso, 1 chester freezer, 1 television with stand plus 2-3 light weight things; that is all – much no boxes) didn’t bring essential resources to dissemble and build furniture, really slow and super ineffective. They charge me twice compared to the projected quote, include extra cost for wrap (I inquired about this until I receive their support, they stated there are a 1 time charge of $95 plus it could cover everything such as wrap items using blankets, but in the end they shifted added $45 for wrap ). I found afterwards the inspector didn’t mend my bed correctly, so that I needed to do it on my own. Very disappointed and frustrated with their services!

I hired A&C Brothers Transferring to assist move my Mom from her home in Phoenix to Tucson. These men were fantastic, from the first point of contract once I obtained my quote up before the afternoon of my movement. My movers were hard working, courteous and very professional. The transfer came in under quote, I had been quite happy with the entire support. I would strongly recommend.

I hired A&C Brothers Moving & Storage to move my possessions from Phoenix to Tucson. Soon after the transfer, I predicted Stephanie to let her understand that a brand-new, white, leather seat was damaged during the transfer. She delivered me that the claim form and replicated Art (Claims) about the email. I finished the claim form instantly and also sent an image of the harm. This was shipped to Art and Stephanie. A few weeks later, I called and heard that Stephanie had abandoned the organization. I tried to achieve Art lots of times. I eventually managed to receive a reply in late September. He contended that he didn’t get the mails and then said that my seat was filthy and not ruined. I took an extra picture that clearly exhibited the harm. Art said that he’d look in to it. This was September 27th and I haven’t heard back in Art. HORRIBLE EXPERIENCE!

Steer clear of this organization. They aren’t worth a ounce of the time and energy. Completely unreliable and inferior to no customer services.

I transferred in Phoenix for this firm. They had been the worst! Do not appear for the transfer on the transfer time and date. Had to reschedule to another day that brought me the hassle of having to modify my scheduled appointments and meeting. They never gave me anything to cancel my annoyance… oh, they did diminish their hourly fee 6… whoopie… They filled my things and if it came time to float, they made me cover them until they’d unload my items. In all of my years of proceeding, I have never noticed this habit of”sustaining” a customer. They utilize leased trucks along with their movers were sort of slow. Therefore, it will cost me 1 and 1/2 hours longer than what I nominated for.

From what I know, they needed to cancel each movement that late day and simmer for the following day or 2. Inferior management.

The company did a terrific job of moving our possessions to our new house. The client support staff was very beneficial and gave us hints about the best way best to cut prices down. The Agency were personable using a real attitude to wish to provide help. All of our possessions were handled with caution and managed with respect. I Strongly urge A&C Brothers Moving.

DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY! This firm is out to rip off you!!! They employ offenders that WILL slip from you. There are a number of yelp reviews saying this together with my reply here. They proceed your belonging without a maintenance. They struck a TV standalone. Scratched my classic wooden dining table, dented the doorway to my brand-new fridge and stole both of my kids’s PlayStation 4. They refused to send me any contracts or documentation combined with almost any claim paperwork. They are protecting both offenders that function for them. WORST MOVING COMPANY. DO NOT USE!!

A&C Brothers transferred me on 10/20/16. I discovered soon after that my MAC BOOK PRO with all my documents and all of my daughter’s photos since arrival (13 yr) was stollen. I Contacted ART LOPEZ ( OWNER ) to report MARIJUANA being eaten publicly through the movement and to receive the titles of the team daily. One I understood was that his Son CRISTIAN LOPEZ.

I seen another team guys at his hause and knocked on his door. I soon discovered after talking to him that Mr. Lopez’s Son CRISTIAN LOPEZ hadn’t only stolen my COMPUTER but over $50,000 dollars worth of JEWELRY& WATCHES and $2000 value of DESIGNER SUNGLASSES and that is not including all of the damage to my private possessions and Furniture. ( My stuff was in storage, which that I wasn’t conscious of all of the additional stollen Things and harm in the time).

Christen Lopez tried accessing my pc since I discovered through my ( Locate my Mac) Program and when he finally got locked outside the machine, he chose to throw my pc in the Canal/wash!! Unbelieable!!!!!
Then he tried selling my jewelry and Designer sunglasses into pawn stores around his flat.

Unfortunantly I’d not read the testimonials of A&C Brothers before hiring them. I wish I’d have. After I read all of the negative reviews, I wasn’t shocked to learn that this wasn’t their first time sneaking.

A&C Brothers had quoted me around $1000 bucks but ended up charging me $1000 bucks simply to move the first half of my Materials. They wouldn’t unload the first half to find the rest of my Things till they got paid in Total ( BLACK MAIL ). Believing I had no option, I paid the $1000 bucks. They unloaded my things the day later on 10/21/17 and refused to return and find the remainder of my possessions. I needed to find a truck and movers itself to finish my move.

I heard by reading over 100 testimonials, that this firm has a reputation for bidding reduced and then have his movers elongate the time by working actual slow to accumulate double of what was originally quoted and with his son Cristian assist himself (STEAL) to whatever he pleases from this costumer and since it is his son sneaking, he could blame it on one of those other team members who have criminal records.

That is correct Criminal records! He DOES NOT perform a background check as he cites in his sales pitch and paperwork. I discovered by googling his Workers that numerous team members had a criminal history and you had been charged and convicted of BURGLARY & THEFT This worker happened to be a part of my team in my moving day.

PLEASE I recommend you NOT to use this A&C BROTHERS MOVING!!!!!
Please read all of the testimonials online before making a determination. I am doing what I could including fulfilling criminal fees for grand theft, false advertising, Etc.. I am also doing a class action lawsuit with different sufferers of Mr. Art Lopez and his fradulant company training.

Mr Lopez was getting off with Scamming and Stealing from individuals for a long time. My aim is not to have anybody else loose and experience as far as I have.
