ABC Movers

I had a poor experience with this business because of a enormous error by a single individual there. My transfer date was changed and induced loss of sleep along with enormous inconveniences and delays along with my movement.

History:

9/5/18 – I predicted at 11:31 am and obtained a quotation of $125/hr for two guys with a $100 excursion fee. (I didn’t book at the point ).

9/13/18 – I predicted at 11:08 would be to reserve and got a marginally increased estimate of $135/hr for two men using a $100 excursion commission scheduled for 9/15 between 10 and 11 am. (Slightly greater but it had been shorter note so anything )

9/15/18 – In 11 I called and was advised I wasn’t down to get a move in any respect. The individual I talked with was not there and seemingly did not do anything that he was supposed to. He must have gotten a residue out of me, but this was not even mentioned in the reservation telephone. They failed to have areas available for this day (nevertheless, seemed to attempt and get me in and kept me updated) plus they’d some thing another morning on 9/16.
The gentleman I talked with also alluded to needing to talk with the worker about what occurred prior to any reduction may”potentially” be issued although they report telephone calls and that I had the time and date I predicted. I had been asked if I had been”sure I named the suitable place” over a couple times. I was also advised that the $135/hr speed was already deeply discounted plus they never really go that low (although I obtained a decrease estimate the week before ).
As soon as I explained I would want to consider it, the man I spoke with said that they would not have any trouble filling the time slot with no small business.

Long story short, this firm turned up big time and adversely influenced my whole moving experience along with the deadline I’d planned rather than provided to make it appropriate in any way and they simply didn’t take care of it whatsoever.

Another firm, Texan Transferring, has been available the following day on 9/15 and had a considerably lower speed. In addition they provided additional discounts in addition to their reduced speed to help us out with all our scenario brought on by ABC Moving. Texan moving was speedy and friendly and assisted us when ABC would not do anything.

Don’t Use ABC movers Dallas. I want I never use them as they disrespected me and broke my $999 television stand glass and scraped my $1,299 bed frame. Now, I am fighting with them to receive my things repaired. I am thinking of filing a complaint with BBB, Federal Motor Carrier Safety Administration (FMCSA) and legal guidance.

They sent me 3 guys. Among those men out me and yelled at me – all my neighbors could hear since he was loud, another endangered me to telephone Uber and go home, he said he chose his own Saturday to come help me. I advised him that this was not a favor and that I had been paying for their solutions. Another man was just standing around watching the others work. All of these were rude and idle. I phoned ABC movers Dallas and requested them to ship a manager immediately and they did not. I felt threatened by those 3 men because it was just me as a lady. Here really is the worst experience with a moving company.

The owners speak a great game and thats it. I whined, they stopped reacting. I lodged a complaint with TxDMV. They informed TxDMV that the issued was solved. I guess settlement only means neglecting to solve and failing to react. There were compensation, they billed 3 hour excursion time in San Antonio, which they didn’t inform us of until after the transfer. Shady, invest your money elsewhere.

As much as all of us despise moving, from time to time you’ve got a fantastic experience. This was true for me personally and ABC Movers. They were supremely professional and useful. The very first time I called I understood that I was in great hands. They showed up before wrapped, wrapped and transferred me with efficacy. I hate going, but these individuals made it just a bit simpler.
