I have waited a few days prior to writing this to cool down from our expertise together with Aaron Brothers. We booked them for a transfer last year Friday. Enjoy our cargo elevator & safety allowed at our condominium for an 8am transfer. They called the day before to state their truck broke down and would not have the ability to move us before the day. We compensated to alter our lift and safety times to adapt. They said they’d call in the morning to provide a much better estimate of the birth time. After 11am rolling about without a word, I phoned them. . Katie stated Vince was”outside” and he’d call me back. I waited 1.5 hours for a call back and when I did not listen, I called again. Vince said he’d call dispatch and return to me. Again, no call backagain. When I eventually got ahold of Vince, he stated that their”truck broke down”. So I asked,”your truck broke down yesterday, so we needed to postpone the time, today ANOTHER one of the trucks broke down?” Vince responded”Yes, I’ll call you back once I’ve news” that I STILL HAVE NOT HEARD FROM THIS COMPANY. We had to scramble to locate SAME DAY movers- it was dreadful. Save yourself the stress and GO ELSEWHERE to start out with.

I had been scheduled to get a transfer on March 29th with the business in question. I was originally quoted $385 to get a 3hour movement with 3 men. The day of the movement I had been contacted to determine if I desired 4 men instead to minimize the time because I was being charged by the hour. I consented to the 4th man, attempting to decrease the cost. The men showed up in a truck and I started showing them exactly what could be moved rather than moved. The apparatus was abandoned on a vest and that I had been planning to just simply place it in my handbag. Immediately after walking away and letting the men decide where to begin I went to find the pill. It wasn’t any where available. I spent another hour searching through boxes and bags, even searching through some of the things they’d already loaded in the truck and nobody said anything.  When they were only about finished loading the truck, John the man who had me sign the paperwork pulled me aside and asked was I looking to get a tablet computer. I said yes and he explained that among the other men either called LeShaun or DeShaun took it and hid it from the truck. John returned the pill to me. I called the company a few times but just got the voicemail because it was a Sunday. I left a message concerning the episode because at that point I didn’t wish to cover 4 men since one was a burglar. The final price was double the sum borrowed plus they took almost 5 hours to perform the job. I didn’t have a reply that afternoon out of anybody with the corporation. I paid John and signed off on the paperwork since they did finish the job. I contacted the firm on Monday, March 30th and talked with Vince who stated he’d find the men story and follow me up. I never heard back from him. I phoned again on Tuesday, March 31st and talked with Vince again and that he said that the men told me that it had been packed out on the truck and they simply discovered it for me personally. In addition, he said that they were sticking with their story and he wasn’t likely to issue a refund for the 4th man.  I’m filing this criticism only as a warning for anybody searching for a reputable moving company; this isn’t a fantastic business they’re using crooks and they still expect you to pay for shoddy service (they also broke off a leg of a dresser). Don’t trust Aaron Brothers Moving System.

Don’t waste your time if you want my opinion. The owner is extremely rude. They appear within an hour late with a call out. The movers aren’t the sort of folks you really want coming to your dwelling. Pass. They charge a great deal and also have dreadful and mean HORRIBLE customer services.  Additionally they charge substantial prices for wrap and appear to take care of their workers and clients like subservient kids. Finally, the don’t place all of their policies in writing. Enormous warning signal. I’ll always remain away.

Allow me to preface this comment by stating that I have never written a bad review for a business…I seldom even complain about service, but I felt really strongly about this adventure I felt compelled to warn others.

Let us see. . .Well I will start at the start. I had been the very first movement of the evening – educated at 9am sharp. Unfortunately the drivers did not arrive till 10:30am. They came and appeared”out of forms.” We lived in a two apartment with 2 bedrooms and their eyes got as big as saucers when they walked around. They acted like they had been going a 12 bedroom home instead of a simple 2 bedroom. It was odd. Having said that, the men were fine enough and started moving things. Actually one of these was very gruesome. I understood why when he arrived to one of the bedrooms. . .he wreaked of alcohol!!!! Then another revelation – that they did not have ANY instruments to divide the beds, dining room table or daybed. The drunk one seemingly would not think that a part of furniture could not be carried out via the front entryway following his collegues tried to get out it, so he raised the thing himself and banged the ceiling up along with both walls attempting to push and push it out. Obviously, it did not go. Back to the resources. This was a continuing supply of play. Between moving boxes our they whined about how they did not have some resources plus I asked me if I had some. I mentioned, YES, however, guess what? They’re packed off! Fortunately I’d keep several items in my receptive me first bag but it was not the one wanted. They stated that they were going to need to depart the furniture since they did not possess the resources. I immediately called the office and told me that this was unacceptable. Eventually they men went to ACE hardeware to receive 1 tool. Once they left, I discovered that they walked forth and back through MUD and monitored it in the truck, up the sidewalk up the staircase and on the inside stairwell that was lined with beige carpets. The workplace asked”What would you like them to perform? Wipe their toes whenever they walk in the building?” I said, no more. . .how about playground facing sand and possess the forthought to not monitor it in someone’s house? Is not that ordinary thought and care for an expert? I called the workplace no more than 6 occasions in this movement. It was designed to last about 3.5 hours maximum. They did not end until 6.5 hours LATER! They broke wardobe, got sand on a sofa…I really could go on but my hands are tired of typing. Long story short – okay it is to late for this, it is already a lengthy story. . .but that was the most dreadful experience I’ve ever endured from ANYONE. . .EVER. I don’t recommend using this organization. Please save yourself frustration, save time and money. Keep searching for a different vendor.

My movement required Aaron Bros. to maintain the north west suburbs, then Wicker Park and then back downtown. My movement began around 9am and it was fully ended with no troubles whatsoever before 12pm!!! The team which did my movement was helpful and friendly which always makes the day so much simpler. Thanks again Aaron Bros. for living up to the tag line on the web site you guys really do”Proceed Chicago”!
