    Long-distance move from Denver, CO
Stay away from this company - be warned!!

Aaction storage & moving, will NOT cover their employees correctly, and much worse. . .Not in Any Way. They falsify justification to prevent obligations and they move to ever scope to make incorrect accusations. This can be commission theft as well as the outcome boils down to the service levels which the customer receives. That is extremely bad, such as numerous instances of crews not displaying, walking off during the transfer, non skilled movers, offenders on site which has led to cases of theft, etc.,. .

In addition to the commission theft, there’s zero civic aid, both in coaching and fiscally, which made every branch attempt to make ends meet with inexperience and application of their own personal money. There wasn’t any gas cardswithout the access to capital for both scales and other desired expenses, so our garage bin has been repossessed because of no charge. Our seller’s weren’t getting paid, could not mend trucks. And at one stage we had been diminished to buy notes that were overburdened.

The business is going to respond, this is untrue. However, I also am a sufferer after operating beneath Aaction Moving and Storage and may notify these statements are accurate. And I haven’t got my cover or compensation of personal expenses following our arrangement had been terminated.

I would like to warn the others of these firms clinics, therefore Clients know who they are employing and doing business with.

    Worst Company - Stay away

    Long-distance move from Fargo, ND
    RUN AWAY FAST

I could honestly say I’ve had some pretty horrible things happen to me personally in my entire life, but having to take care of an UNETHICAL and FRAUDULENT moving firm since United/Aaction movers has transferred into the peak of the listing!! Having to manage the most dishonest individual being I’ve ever met, the regional proceeding planner, Shannon Whitehorse, which makes even the most humorous used car salesmen look like Mother Theresa!!

Where to start the nightmare that will not appear to end. I scheduled to get my furniture picked up in Fargo on 4/17 to be sent by United Van Lines at Clovis NM per week and a half after per Ms. Whitehorse. I gave them my credit card number (HUGE mistake) and had intended to set the expense of the transfer $3654 to get a one-bedroom apartment that I had fully packed, disassembled, boxed, bubble-wrapped, blanketed and shrink wrapped prior to the movers came. The men who did the real work were fine and loaded my things in a timely way. From that point, the movement went directly to HELL!! I had been in contact Shannon daily to make sure my things had been crated and picked up so I did not need to sleep with the air mattress no more than absolutely required. I have acute back problems, so sleeping in an air mattress for an elongated period causes significant muscle aches. Ms. Whitehorse was completely conscious of the urgency of getting my things to me personally as expeditiously as possible. Each one of the subsequent times I was confident my possessions was carefully crated and were anticipating a pickup by United in their Fargo warehouse. Per Ms. Whitehorse I must have my possessions as of now, April 26th at the latest.

Fast forward to this past Tuesday, April 23rd and Estes moving was contacted to transfer my items. I wasn’t made aware that anybody besides United would be shifting my items since that’s the reason why I went with Aaction at the first location. I was mad!! I sent her an email telling her that she would put a hold on my credit card for the complete amount, but I would be paying by certified check ONCE I eventually get my things. She charged my credit card anyway against my immediate petition to change my way of payment.

Now, I put an overview on Yelp and get a response in their CSR in United at MO.. She informs me she’ll allow me to get this solved, yet will not phone me back together with updates on what’s happening with my possessions. I’ve some unidentified cargo company with a reputation much worse than United, hauling my possessions with no approval, AND they’ve my $3600, therefore I might never see my possessions again. I have a complete list of everything which has been picked up in Fargo, but am quite worried regarding the sticky-fingered felons that function for Aaction throughout the week my possessions were sitting unmatched while Ms. Whitehorse whined to my head!!

I will update when and if I ever do get my items, but for the time being please be mindful of this organization and its own deceptive and dishonest business practices. I told many friends I had been having some very bad vibes about using the business and now I understand why!! Trust your gut and all of the terrible reviews so that you do not need to live through this nightmare!! Yes, I’ve contacted the FTC, BBB and anybody that could help guarantee these crooks do not do so to anybody else!! You trust your possessions and livelihood into crooks and this is exactly what occurs!!

    Long-distance move from Memphis, TN
Poor communication and delay on delivery

Aaction movers has been recorded on my companies listing of moving companies so that we opted to go together. From the minute that our things have been picked up communicating wasn’t the very best and worsened when Aaction movers didn’t deliver our items punctually. After I received my companies involved there was enhanced communication however mainly for my employers rather than to me personally, the person who owns this property. Our items were 16 days late which was frustrating but maybe not too poor as th repoor communicating including insufficient updates about out possessions. I don’t advise this business, particularly for across state moves.
