We contacted many businesses for moving our possessions from Indiana to Florida and determined that because A Better Way Moving and Storage hadn’t just excellent reviews but advised us that they would pick up our possessions in a Semi ( we discussed the extra price if it didn’t match in the road ) and have it delivered to us in 4 to 5 times at the semi. I made it crystal clear that we didn’t want our things moved and hauled from truck to truck or saved – it wasn’t the price but our own lives in their ownership. The business came on time for pickup – they didn’t wrap anything in gloves or blankets as to shield it. They loaded everything into a little truck and took it back to Bloomington were we had been advised that they weigh and let us know that the last volume. They seemed to move fast nevertheless, there were a few situations the direct left his clipboard for maintaining the stock somewhere in the house while he had been doing different things. My house was vacant and that I signed up the bill of lading – that they had been in their way. Later that afternoon I got the call that they were saving our belongings ( we especially requested not to occur ) and we wouldn’t get it for the following 10 days past the promised date. There was no communication from them before the afternoon prior to the delivery ( that ) was more than they’d informed us at reservation period. The shipping was afterwards than we had been told that afternoon however, the driver did phone – he showed up in the home with two neighborhood leased hired hands and introduced the things into our property.
The kitchen island was gotten wet (?) And two of those casters had dropped off and the base has been warped. Currently unworthy. You will find water marks at the very top of the bedroom dresser, there’s a massive gouge of wood missing from our wooden backward, our bookcases are scraped and seem horrible. The hired hand stated,”it seems like YOU got this moist.” How?
I looked through my boxes also stated, there’s stuff not here – the driver stated that they took in everything they’d – that doesn’t conduct stock if they load the truck. REALLY!?!
As I suspected, there were SEVEN missing boxes of things – containing items and possessions which aren’t replaceable because of the sentimental value of those. I contacted A Better Way Moving and allow them to understand – boxes are missing – here’s your lot number – that is unacceptable. This was discounted – there wasn’t any reply from them whatsoever. I delivered a letter to them saying again, the harm and the reduction – HELP. I’d really like to get my things back. They didn’t respond.
We had been fooled, disrespected, and abandoned without. We’re devastated by the loss, damage, destruction and total poor customer support From A Better Way Moving.
We’ve got no clue how this might have occurred – that I asked them to supply me with the amount of occasions our possessions were transferred from place to spot, in which they had been transferred and that at the business made sure to confirm the stock when this happened. They haven’t supplied us with that info.
If you like your possessions do not use A Better Way Moving – there’s got to be a better method.

I’ve heard so many terrible stories about moving companies we’re quite nervous about having a moving business. A Better Way Moving and Storage were punctual, uniformed, and specialist.
Everything worked out great as our stuff came the day after we did. They made sure to ask just where to place each box at our new home. I would recommend this business to anybody.

Very professional and friendly.   I have used them twice in the past 3 Decades and I’ll Be using them again soon.   Communication was excellent and they kept me updated about the pickup standing.   They have been late picking up however, that I had been totally informed and updated Whatsoever times.   Excellent customer support and trusted.
