24 Hour Movers

I used 24 hr movers in Orlando to proceed to Tampa. I’ve got the mails as evidence that I advised him 3 rooms. First contact I advised him 3 rms but two bed suits. Bowflex, wahser dryer, large display, eliptical and of course boxes. He delivered an 16 feet truck to maneuver that but of course they will make a few excursions to accomodate and charge up their invoice. I have transferred this earlier and also the firm understood just fine. He tried to state my fault. How do I not understand 3 rooms. Minus the extras nevertheless 3 bedrooms isn’t a 16 foot truck.
I reserved nearly two months out to receive the day /  period I desired. 
1 month out I delivered a reminder of those extra big items to remind him that I had a major truck. He still sent the 16 feet truck stating that the other things was all he told him. Even if he has mixed up he made no offer to make it appropriate. The one thing he had to provide has been many trips to get all of it. I believe that he had no massive truck and instead of loose the job that he shipped it. It’s that or just he screwed up concerning the overall items but again made no effort to create it right. Only give more cash to create as many trips required. I did not. I got a uhaul to finsh the job than cover him to get his dishosty
