Hi All, I moved from Dallas, TX to Bentonville, AR and they dedicated that they will send within seven days because its only 350 miles. They upgraded in site it’s 1 to 7 days for 500 milesper hour But I didnt recieved within seven days and requested them and they’re so casual manner they talked and educated its still in their Dallas Warehouse plus they didnt have the vehicle to ship my items. They advised that they cant devote some particular date for my delivery and it could take a while. Also I requested for refund plus its not in their own coverage it sounds. Now I’m suffering with no essential things. :–LRB- So unhappy to talk about this. Additionally now I am poor that I paid full amount upfront. We cant deduct some money too.

I’d transferred from Dallas into Conniticut, pickup was great but the affiliated company together is totally ridiculous who is woman supervisor is Pamela, they billed extra at the time of delivery and their workers are completely unprofessional they employed abusive languages, even if you won’t pay them additional sum they refuse to altered your shipping to a door, they advised if you won’t pay additional straight away they will abandon out the elevator, even when you attempt to telephone office they won’t pick and thus don’t possess any choice left to pay them additional. I’d them to transfer my things out of TX to MA. It took them approximately 4 months to send my things while they’d promised 3 months. I really don’t understand what is the purpose of paying a moving company to move your household things whenever they neglect to perform their job correctly. I’d have contributed my furniture rather. After I emptied all these choices I published an overview of google, Yelp, and ratemymoving.com. Just 1 day after, Dart phoned and just remembered that they will need to take a while and that there was a third party who sent my belongings and it was their fault and 1st Production won’t function together anymore just due to this crash, blahblahblah. BEWARE OF THIS COMPANY. BAD BAD BAD, LIES, LIES, LIES. This business gets loaded off putting to it’s clients. Evan, from shipment, is your only calling potential clients. He lies in the get-go. He quotes you a price once you inform him everything you want transferred, not mentions that in the event you have more, you’ll be billed. He neglects to say that you get billed by the cubic foot. We had been guaranteed truck birth on Saturday, which was the very first lie. The truck caught here on Sunday with 2 guys. After loading the things we had been advised, well you ended more then 400 cubic feet therefore there is an extra cost of $1,500.00. That is after we had been quoted $1,500.00 for pickup, loading, and driving to our destination at WV, unloading, and placing all things to the home. At this time it’s either unload everything that’s already on the automobile or consent on the extra charge. Since we had to have our things in WV from the next Thursday, we consented to this fee. Horrible. I feel as though they intentionally provide you with a very low cost on the telephone and then drive this up after they arrive. If they get that they will say that there are light scratches on your entire stock to relieve them from all obligation, and they didn’t deliver on time (hence costing me additional cash in resort prices ). A $1200 transfer cost me over $1700! When they came my daughter bed was ripped up, my leather seat had a significant hole in, and my kid’s $600 custom made toy chest had greasy foot prints around it that I can not escape! Very frustrated and hurt about the whole experience with this provider.

1st Generation Moving assisted me move and that I was quite happy with their solutions! I’d obtained my things together with in 5 times! That I thought was fairly quick! #5.   The motorist moved and picked up an illegal alien before Home Depot (notice: another worker remained and told me exactly what he had been doing!!!) Subsequently the driver paid the prohibited from the 75 he billed me for space and needed him haul everything up the stairs!  

#6.   Though from the contract which they wouldn’t be held accountable for damaged flooring, the illegal immigrant who did not really get the job done for them, place the metallic record cainets down from the door and pushed them over the area (wood flooring ), scratching all of them up.

1st production moved my 3 bedroom home 2 days before, they billed reasonable hourly fee, however, the movers were simply excellent.
Cesar was quite effective, because they came he took over matters –directing every inspector to that which he must do first.
Jackie estimated on the telephone 7 hours to finish the movement but they ended it in 6 hours.
They wrapped everything together with moving blankets as well as the beds together with all the plastic covers.

I picked 1st Generation Moving LLC since they were the lowest quote that I had obtained.  I worked with Travis on the initial day of reserving my movement and was really pleased.  When I called back, I never talked with Travis again, I talked with Jeremy who had been harsh and quite impolite.  I advised him that I’d rather speak with Travis and that he appeared to calm down and what appeared to be fine then.  1 week prior to my transfer I phoned to confirm with him, he advised me to not worry and I would know my transferring time in my date of transfer 48 hours before hand.  I’d paid them my deposit of $230.00.  24 hours prior to my transfer, I called Jeremy again, he stated that the foreman stopped and that he promised he’d work out ways to receive my things to a truck.  I had to call 3 times daily, with the guarantee that he would have somebody in my home, once I asked for a moment, none was granted.  Whenever the moving date revealed, nobody showed up, nobody answered the telephone and after repeated calls, and emails, I needed to call the fraud department in my bank to recoup the money and have reported them to the greater buisiness agency. I wouldn’t recommend them if you don’t would like to get stranded day of with no one to move your things.  They’re dishonest and incredibly unprofessional.

Unfortunately my experience on this business ended worst than it began. In the start Jimmy sounded helpful and informed us they would look after everything and we would have our possessions within 5-7 business days. However, it really took 11 days. They also refused to send out someone to my home to create a good quote. Did my quote over the telephone with Jimmy,and following the movers completed loading my possessions to the truck that they struck me up for each of the extra fees. They tried telling me that the quote said we were just moving using 5 boxes, even laughable to get a round state move, and also for all of the supplies they had used. Instead, they repacked alot of their possessions and took aside each and every bit of furniture, much the coffee table and television stand. They didnt take photos of whatever, so when my furniture has been delivered that the men had no clue what they had been working with. Speaking of the this provider outsoources the trucking business and movers that provide everything. These men were really professional and were so ashamed at the way 1st production simply threw items together..like seat legs within the dresser that scraped the interior and abandoned straight of wood splinter everywhere.Forgot to mention that after they picked up my possessions the communicating with Jimmy vanished. Waited a couple of days to phone him and everytime we called he didn’t have any clue where our possessions were and said he would call us back.Every single time that he said this he never called us backagain. We needed to phone him every day for lackluster upgrades. I would not ever recommend this firm to anybody. I believed we had been doing the very best thing going using a small/local small business. This has been a mistake, so your better off using the bigger businesses because they have had more practice in running a company and better guarantee your possessions.

Driver and 3 other people showed up. After one hour the driver begins to ask me to get more money. I wound up paying an extra $700 on the place.

I compensated for packaging but they didn’t bring enough packaging materials. They used my private household products including boxes I’d bought costing me $75

I had a fresh new iPhone docking channel in it’s original box. The driver/owner placed tape on hand and it carried it into the truck. This was the last I saw of it. The driver claims he personally put it in the vehicle that he sublet to another firm who sent it. So every organization is blaming another and I’m stuck in the middle. Price: $700

They promised to get my own possessions delivered on 8/19. I have the emails to prove it. The owner said that I had been lying because his folks would not guarantee that. I forwarded the emails and never heard back from the man. I had to understand because I had been hiring unpackers at Chicago. Due to his lack of commmunication, I needed to program and cancel the unpackers a few times. They stated they’d be in my new location on Sunday 8/21 in 2PM but didnt appear till 5:30P and that’s when I detected 1st Generation subcontracted into a outfit Im not knowledgeable about. I needed to cancel and rebook the unpackers for Tuesday so that I moved a total of 4 nights at a hotel room. I bought an airline ticket to be here if the furniture arrived and it was moot since they didnt keep their guarantee of 8/19 delivery. $1,000

Legs to leather couch were eliminated by driver/owner in Dallas. The couch came without 2 legs which makes it a worthless piece of furniture. . $2,500

Punitive damages such as emotional stress, loss of work, a Lot of times tracking down the owner to obtain the delivery date, canceling and rescheduling unpackers: $3,000
