Now we predicted for same day movers because of a different provider not revealing. DZ moving managed to accommodate our requirements and were here at that time period that the projected. Twin and James were exceptionally polite, professional and quick. We’re more than satisfied with the support and will utilize DZ moving for all our moving needs and also be asking Twin and James as our movers!!!! THANKS AGAIN GUYS!!

My mom hired this moving company for a local move. Both guys that showed up were James and A J, they had been professional and courteous. They worked a total of five hours without stopping to finish the job. I’d defiantly recommend and use this business in the long run if necessary.

Extremely glad that we chose DZ Moving out of our 3 quotes. The purchase price quote was fair and competitive with other businesses. The moving group was lively, attentive, and respectful. They wrapped and tied fragile bits and not 1 thing was ruined. Superior problem solvers as it arrived at manipulating oversize and heavy bits through tight places. We are going to call DZ Transferring for part-2 of the next movement in a few weeks. Can not fail with this business!

I hired DZ moving firm and they are where the ideal. I’ve used other firms but this adventure was amazing. If you would like to have an honest moving business these are the men. The cost they tell you is exactly what it is. Call them to another transfer

Never use this company!
1 classic mirror frame in 2 bits. Refund for fix asked 4 times, by telephone and correspondence. Repair price less than $200.
Movers conscious of breakage. Other things dented and scraped.
No reply from stan.
Will be taking them to small claims court.

A fantastic buddy of mine urged DZ Transferring to me personally and I am happy she did. I had been in a pickle needing to help my Mother proceed to her dream house in Florida. I had been quite concerned about receiving my Mother’s down precious antiques to Florida with them being in bits from the time we got there, along with DZ Transferring delivered, both literally and figuratively! The men were good, and made me feel at ease with their outstanding packing and shifting abilities. Not only did they capture Mother and me to Florida secure with her possessions, but in addition they remained for some time and decided things were set up before we left us.  Do not be afraid to call those men! They will certainly take great care of you personally.

My first error was in hiring DZ to maneuver me. I’m still unpacking boxes and finding damage done by this moving business. DZ Transferring bankrupt more of my items than most of my motions (4) combined. They did not listen when I requested them not to package specific boxes, they did not read the labels on the boxes or ask where the boxes moved, they had been reckless and careless if going me in. Consequently, I’d boxes in my kitchen which were assumed to be carried to the cellar and boxes that I had upstairs were at the cellar.  Not Many boxes were sent to the correct room, and that I spent a Great Deal of time tagging them, so it should not have been that hard.   My second mistake was getting a quote over the telephone rather than having somebody come out and tell me precisely how many trucks and the number of employees would be required for my transfer. Due to that lapse in judgment, I paid nearly double what I had been quoted.  Although this business did a great job of wrapping my timber furniture in blankets, they regrettably didn’t do exactly the exact same thing for my upholstered furniture. Many bits arrived filthy.   1 box had signs of a rat or mouse invasion. I needed to throw off the Whole contents of this box.   Broken things include:  ·      A busted antique teapot.  ·      My favourite dish EVER was blasted to pieces ·      A kitchen seat is missing one of its rungs   ·      A side seat was busted ·      A leg onto a side table won’t twist, because of missing hardware   ·      A plastic storage bin has been cracked and busted while the mover carelessly pushed too many boxes also fast down measures, leading to the whole tower of boxes falling to the ground.  ·      A glass outside lantern was busted ·      A glass screen container has been broken   I am certain as I unpack more boxes, I’ll find additional harm. I’ll tell everyone I know to not utilize DZ Moving Company.

If I could give them 0 stars I would. The ABSOLUTE WORST moving business I’ve ever dealt with.   They did not complete the task, left furniture shattered or broken; such as leaving my sofa unusable with no legs reapplied and splitting up a custom made desk, they were overdue, attracted a too little truck, took continuous smoke breaks, telephone calls, ceased working for rain and also to consume a lunch I supplied, eventually they billed me 800 bucks for an 8 hour transfer that should have obtained 4 tops.I have had to Return to my old flat 5 times with two SUV’s to eliminate the leftover things, including novel cases, a microwave and clothes drawers.   The proprietor won’t call me back after nearly daily calls to attempt and solve this situation.

Cannot say enough great things about my encounter using DZ Moving!
I’ve utilized many distinct movers from Louisville. In the recommendation of a friend, I chose to give DZ Transferring a shot.
I needed to make programs only a week until I had to proceed, and luckily they could match me in. The movers were on time, efficient, and friendly! I never felt as if I had to be worried about my things. I had been stressing that my sofa was likely to become a huge issue for your transfer, possibly going out and moving in. All these fellas possess the patience to find out a way to find the sofa through unharmed, as opposed to attempt to induce it. All my delicate items and electronics made it through with no issue too. No cracks, no dings, and what will be in working order.
The cost was very reasonable for its quality of support that I received. Tons of different companies will charge far longer and will not even come close to reaching the caliber I saw with DZ Moving. You receive your money’s worth with those men.
That really is actually the only moving company I’d suggest to anybody from the Louisville, KY region.

Worst moving experience I’ve ever had.  Pick up time was overdue, which induced movers to maintain a rush.  I had my furniture saved at their place for a few weeks and if it had been delivered the vast majority of the furniture needed hurt to it.  Driver said the proprietor would be outside to get harm and he did not appear on the day or period collection.  Following a telephone he’d come out the following day and was quite rude and not worried in any way about the harm.  Following two weeks still attempting to find some type of reimbursement.  Even though the business states that they are insured they do not inform you that you aren’t fully insured and you shoud consider an extra coverage to completely insure your possessions.  I strongly advise that you hunt for a different mover, this firm is your worst!!!

Fantastic customer support and services that are professional.   Customer support instantly returned my own calls/emails, given comprehensive information/instructions and their price was a whole lot cheaper than other firms in my area. I have used them twice in the previous 2 decades and I am going to be using them again soon.Communication was fantastic and I kept me updated about the pickup standing. Great customer support and trusted.

I can not say enough great things concerning DZ Moving. I am a busy practitioner and do not have a great deal of spare time to squander seeking reliable and excellent services. As soon as I discovered these men did a go for Rick Pitino (Go Cards! ) ) I guessed what is great enough to Rick is great enough for me personally. The truck came on time and the two movers were not messing about. They were considerate, worked fast, and employed all of the perfect gear. I was most afraid about my apartment display and racing bicycle – both were procured to my own satisfaction. Everything came just as it was earlier. What else do you request?
