Smart move USA assisted us on short notice when our final date shifted and we dropped our additional movers.
Jeff and Russell arrived at our home and gave us the quote. On moving day they had been there when they stated that they would be but then there was another delay. Not our or their fault. We ended up leaving the previous load of our possessions in their own truck in our brand new driveway way immediately and they needed to complete the following day. They’re patient, kind, and effective. There was nothing broken, they help install the washer and drier. They didn’t charge us due to this delay.
I would strongly recommend this firm.

We hired Smart Transfer USA LLC to supply unloading services for pupil furnished apartment jobs.
They worked for us for approximatly 3 months.
I had been responsible for organizing their work.
Their functionality deterioated greatly on the time that they worked for us. The owner, Jeff, was often addled into the purpose of being not able to get the job done. He showed up for work,most days, continue. He had been unusually forgetful. He allowed his team to push my van to the weekends,travel 700 miles, with no permission.His workers took the van and disapeared for more than eight weeks,and Smart Transfer didn’t report it. We recovered the van, filthy and at undriveable state in our, with no aid. Jeff explained he couldn’t know how it had been his obligation to care for equipment offered to him for usage,nor would he know why we held him accountable for his immediate reports functionality, but he gathered manager pay because of his work. He dis- considered specific directions,leading to costly additional re- work from other people,in addition to charging the firm for un licensed workers to carry out his work responsibilities for him.We experienced more breakage and damage problems for this particular firm than any other company we worked with. Website staff complained that he seemed to be inebriated. He filed regular claims of non receipt of obligations,and in every case he’d already got the payment. He had acute difficulity submitting payroll reports,cost reports,and statements that are accurate. He billed the business for greater fuel than the mileage might warrant, by tens of thousands of dollars.Overall, our encounters with him were poor,but he got measurably worse over time. Our clients and staff started to whine about his non functionality and absent mindnesses. He and his son still do neighborhood moving from the Charlotte NC area. I would be very cautious of performing any busines for this particular firm.
