I requested to get a moving quote onto a site and this firm called over double every time using a reduce cost quote. Eventually I took the support. I requested them over email if there will be any additional fee and they said provided the transfer is finished in 2.5hrs there’s not any excess fee whatsoever which would be my closing cost. The transfer did not take even two hrs however they asked for over $150 additional than quoted cost. As soon as I spoke with the director he was really impolite, finally stated if I cover the borrowed sum by money they’ll repay the deposit at my charge card. They never refunded the deposit despite creating down it at the moving contract.
I contacted the office several occasions but they stated they could send the message to the supervisor and supervisor could contact me that never occurred. DO NOT TRUST THIS COMPANY. DO NOT TRUST THE QUOTE THEY PROVIDE.

It first began with the complimentary in house quote I was wanting to program. I didn’t need to pay someone to come do a quote then cover then again to proceed. Darryl came out and took photographs and did my quote. I had been quoted 550 for the own move. I didn’t need to pay him to come to me personally or anything. There were courteous and professional and I think my quote was reasonable. I obtained high telephone quotes from various businesses and chase was among the cheapest and I am pleased with my choice to utilize there moving business.

TERRIBLE!!! THEY NEVER SHOWED UP! I was likely to be transferred btwn 1:30 an 4:30. I called and called, simply to find explanation, no ETA and had the guts to ask if they can do it the following moment. I needed to be outside that afternoon. I ended up needing to rent a uhaul truck at 8pm and beg for people to assist. In addition to that, they did not give me my deposit back until 4 days after. This was 9/1/15. Don’t use them.

We had been transferred by this business yesterday and also the reviews are right! They revealed 7 hours late and doubled our final invoice with futile charges! I am quite upset. They need money simply to have the things off the vehicle. We compensated for these to permeate our furniture but as soon as the items were off the truck that they got back into their own van and hauled away! They did not even shut the door after they left. They also did not allow me to appear in the vehicle to be certain that everything has been unloaded.  Our hand painted bookshelf was torn into three pieces and then proceeded. Regrettably, they did not inquire if it may be taken apart since the solution is no. It’s a single bit. But they were able to rip it apart and left it in bits. We needed to make it recycled now.  The components to our mattress frame weren’t returned to us, so before I buy more, we’re on a mattress to the ground.

Please rethink and see these reviews BEFORE you use this business!  This firm kept adding fees and hauled the transferring out time to more than 7 hours!!!  Despite the fact that the movement was round the corner!!  I was billed $785 for example $15.00 to place just a small wrap around the entertainment centre and they STILL struck a glimpse on it. They lost the screws to get the mattress so that my daughter had to sleep on the bed onto the ground before I could persuade a person to receive screws and place the bed together. They left scratches from the hardwood flooring from slipping the sofa.  One of these even DEFINITELY chose my daughter’s IPad. (I’d evidence ). Driver denied it along with the workplace administration refused to substitute it! Please take my advice and don’t utilize them.  Horrible! Terrible nightmare!!

Absolutely dreadful experience with the management at the organization. I hired them to transfer me out of my house in an apartment.  The final price was over $500 that which was quoted that wasn’t the worst aspect of this encounter.  The movers lost components to reassemble two of my beds and once I discovered that the parts I had been told that they were going to bill me to return to complete the job. Absolutely unacceptable thinking about it was that the movers who lost the components in the first location.  As soon as I left messages for direction they did not even bother to phone me back. Additionally, I sent faxes and certified letters with no answer.  I found a friend to finish the meeting for $20 differently I’d have obtained these scam artist to court. I’m sorry for their workers!

Please before applying this business read all of the reviews. I dont need anyone else to be treated how I had been! They retained added charges after fees. .whoever heard of a fee simply to have on television on the vehicle….15.00 to place just a tiny wrap onto it….pay extra just to get fundamental insurance….one when the do called spouses was so rude. Just take my advice and dont get this done! Horrible!

They load your possessions on their truck and place a”supervisor’ on the telephone who says that they ought to ensure that you aren’t over budget and allow them to know whether you have been (overbudget). They purchased $375 – $475, but billed me $855.00 (insisting on money just )  Beware of the company!  I wish I’d have researched testimonials about them prior to employing them. I tried phoning the proprietor who doesn’t return calls (suspect did not epect differently ). Chase Moving Company did a fantastic job for us. We were concerned when we read the testimonials, but we had a fantastic experience. The client support staff in the workplace was very kind and professional. The movers were both professional and personable. They were even very sweet to both baby girls. They honored our posessions and handled them with caution. We had been misquoted initially on account of the fact that we were going 2.5 hours off. They apologized for the error and gave us the choice to cancel our movement and receive our deposit deducted. We chose to stay together although the price was a bit more than we’d expected. It was still much less than the other quotes we obtained. The move was quite smooth and we’d certainly use them again.

Their inspector arrived at 5:30, 1 HOUR LATE!! The very first thing that they told me the beginning time is by the truckyard and they left at 3:35. Then I phoned their office. Their supervisor Dornelle advised me he must cover their movers by State Law in the truckyard. He even asked me”I’ve servied tens of thousands of consumers. Why would you need both”start in the”out of” location and stop in the”to” area” and”half an hour free”? I laughed out to the outrageous quesiton. They shifted their face so quickly!!! I advised him that was exactly what they provided but not I inquired. Email could be lawful proof should they FRAUD me. Meanwhile, movers were loading my proceeds to their own truck. I’d furnitures to be sent within the upcoming few days. It had been too late to discover another moving company instantly. So after debate, they set the Start Time in 4:30. They arrived at 5:30. Not only did I get half an hour free, but I paid them half an hour longer.    Subsequently the movers show began. They did not care client’s belongs whatsoever. I paid them since it had been too late, my wife was ill and robbers can do anything on you. Over the next days, once I unpacked my things, I discovered a lot hurts. The most precious one is that a pottery trophy bought from Hawaii in July 2013, my spouse and I had been engaged in the slightest. Other stuff includes a single glass lunch box(Glasslock brand, bought from H-Mart), 1 TV stand(bought from Walmart), one dining seat (bought from Art Van). I wouldn’t ever overlook the movers title: Moe and Noel. Last thing is their claim support (I bought insurance). A woman named Murray is in control of the part. One weeks before, she answered my telephone and assure that she’d file claim and deal with everything for me and get back to me ASAP. As of this moment, she never call me back and never answer my emial. I was totall dumped~~ If my spouse and I phoned their office, Latrice allways state Murray isn’t here. But I will not let things end like that manner. I completely agree with reviewer, Charlene’s idea”I’m calling the Better Business Bureau and the State Attorney’s office. I won’t quit until this location is shut down or I get a complete refund. This firm neets to be SHUT DOWN!!!”

Chase Moving Company created my very first encounter using an experienced moving company a good one! The Movers ( Earl and Moe) were on time, polite, and very hard working. They also exhibited a fantastic deal of patience since I did ask them to rearrange my living room furniture 5 occasions.  The secretary was very professional if she assisted me schedule my movement. I was thankful they gave me a precise quote and that I was blessed to not experience any unforeseen issues. I also enjoyed that they both e-mailed and sent my confirmation and shifting bundle. .  This of course made my shifting process so much simpler due to all of the great advice that Chase supplied for me.  I didn’t feel comfortable giving my credit card info over the telephone so that the owner was nice enough to waive the deposit for me personally. The movers were dressed professionally and very well dressed, they also talked in an expert way. I would recommend this company to anybody that I understood was going and looking to have a strss positive & free moving experience!!!

A NIGHTMARE!!! This is actually the worst moving company I’ve ever experienced. I advised this business of each bit of furniture I’d had, but I did under estimate the boxes. I anticipated 50-60 and in fact there were roughly 100. I had been quoted $229.00-$319.00. Watch the email below which I obtained by the business. “YOUR TIME STARTS FROM OUR TRUCK YARD. YOU WILL BE LOOKING AT $229.00 – $319.00 FOR YOUR MOVE, WITHOUT ANY UNFORSEEN PROBLEMS. THANK YOU, MARIE” This movement cost me 2000!!!!! Yes, $2000! AND this movement was within precisely the exact same city! I had been advised that my furniture has been”large”. Not only was I charged 6 times longer than quoted I needed to provide the movers an increasing number of money through the afternoon in order for them to unload the vehicle. ONE BIG PROBLEM. I was told that they only take money. I had been advised to get $400 on me to become secure. Together with the banks being closed the maximum daily limitation I could recover from the ATM is 500. I not only reached my everyday limit, but that I had been forced to get my parents achieve their everyday limit. BUT that still was not enough. Before they’d unload the vehicle they desired an extra $501.00. Not able to get anymore cash from the ATM, they took the truckload of my left and belongs. They needed to return another day once I managed to recover my everyday limit of $500 in the ATM machine. NOW they desired $575.00 to unload my house, since they had to push back. AGAIN I advised them that I am only able to get $500 per day from the ATM. Once more they refused to unload the truck. FINALLY the proprietor graciously let me write a check for $75.00. The proprietor Darnell isn’t into client support nor into providing proper quotes. They’ll maintain your premises hostage until you pay them WHATEVER sum they decide to charge you. I had been told that this corporation will reduce ball the quotation simply to have the job. This really is the worst going experience then anybody might have. I not only will post this review on any and all sites possible I’m calling the Better Business Bureau and the State Attorney’s office. Hello, I recently had chase movers performing the move for me personally in Troy on 08/19 – Mon, a weekday. I’d reserved the transfer and paid the initial deposit on 08/02. In accordance with the booking -“TWO MEN AT $79.50 PER HOUR!  $89.50 ON WEEKENDS plus a minimum of 2.5 hr”. I called up on 08/03 and requested them if does the clock start, since it isn’t mentioned anywhere in the booklet. Dornelle, the supervisor explained it begins at the truckyard. I stated it doesn’t fit my understanding, I’d love to cancel it. He said I want to check and call you backagain. He called back and said it’ll begin in the”from” area and stop in the”into” place.Day of their transfer – The team seemed, among them all the time was occupied in telephone. On arrival the individual said, time begins at the truckyard. I stated it’s been verified that it is not going to be, had a little debate, called up the manager and he advised it’ll begin at my location just and the MOVE began. It had been two bedroom regular movement – first floor to first floor. It took an hour to load to the little truck that they had.While moving he tried to select the vanity from leading, without inquiring how it will be managed, and the shirt came off and all screws dropped. He explained it isn’t firmly attached and that I will be responsible.I was going into a location which was within two miles and now we had approx 1.5 hr abandoned (like in weekdays it had been presumed to be 2.5 hrs minimum).On coming, he stated that he needs money before he could unload and invested about 15 mins to get the bill done. My main surprise was WAITING. They gave me a charge that will be $321 which contains a cost of $25 for 5 eyeglasses. I asked them how it’s possible, so the supervisor told for you that the minimum is 3 hrs. I said I’m on a weekday, why it’s 3 hr, he explained I began your own time from the location, we’re a moving business we must correct and therefore for you it needs to be additional 3 hrs. He never said this before.They said before you cover we will NOT unload.The team just thrown in all of the things within the area, they DID NOT organize, stated we do NOT arrange matters, in the procedure they broke you more furniture and stated it’s LOOSE, and its own responsibility.So bottomline, I have ripped, to get a barely 2 hr transfer, compensated 320$, had two broken furniture and needed to organize things in my own.All I could say, is BEWARE!!!
