Safe to go Movers

Don’t use this company to your relocation. I had been going from state, which the proprietor knew, also was to package my own 1 bedroom flat in their truck and then pack the ABF trailer in Kent. They were assumed to wrap the furniture that they didn’t do. I didn’t understand this at the time since I could not see exactly what they’re doing if they packaged the ABF Trailer. I didn’t learn with of this before the trailer was started on the opposing side. They set clearly noticeable thick boxes on top of my Great Grandmother’s china cabinet, didn’t wrap some of my other furniture, that was repainted and chipped up and a few things nearly entirely ruined. The majority of my furniture has been ruined. My pricey large screen TV was also ruined.

Do NOT think their ads that they are professional movers plus they wrap and attention to your items. They Don’t. The proprietor also didn’t return any of the requirements, therefore that I am not certain that their claim they’re ensured is accurate. I’ll Be following up with the Better Business Bureau. I expect someone else can prevent my expensive error and pass up this company to get a valid inspector who knows what they’re doing and cares about everything they do.

Had an apt at 3. From 430 we called to find out what was happening because they never called us. They said they had been running two hrs behind. The co-owner John, ensured us if we reschedule for next day he’ll make sure his men come at 3 and will continue them about keeping in contact. The following day 330 comes by and still no word. After several calls, John finally replies telling us they’ll be there shortly. We told them by 430 we needed to shut. 415 comes still no word. I talked to John again. He promised me he’d do this task the following day and be there by 3. He gave me his sentence that this wouldn’t occur and he himself will do this task and will even appear early. On the next day, I get a call at 215 stating they’re on the road, 30 minutes out. 2:50 another man”Richard” calls state he just completed the task also is 30 minutes out. He is not certain who called me earlier and said there wasn’t any John that worked for the business. I called John and he informs me there is no Richard but assured me his man was on his way. 315 they eventually show up. By 4:30 I needed to send them away because they could not lift the fireproof cabinet which I not only told John we’d but additionally verified in an email which they may lift this. Compete waste of money and time. I would never recommend this firm!!! The Agency Dominique stated these issues happen when the proprietor James is off and John always gets complaints. What’s that state when their workers discuss the co-owner?

They were supposed to arrive between 9 and 10 am, they came at 11 am. But they then functioned nonstop for 4 hours (two to fill out the truck, then two to empty it).
