Never… Never offer any moving firm your credit card information. Should they need a deposit, then proceed pay in money, or send a check beforehand. My nightmare started on 6/29/20, the driver could not find my speech, I believed all companies had GPS in their own trucks. Following my truck had been loaded, the motorists stopped to get lunch in my period (paying from the hr.) . Then again the driver could not locate my new address. I gave special directions, when you flip on this road go all of the way to the finish and also”follow the yellow curb”, its apparent that the motorist was colour blind. My movers were so dumb, they dropped my atmosphere purifierand torn the arm in my own sofa. How can you drop any things which were loaded onto my automobile inside a 9 mile movement?

NEVER… NEVER, give this business your credit card info. I paid a deposit and informed the firm I would be paying money for the balance due. The driver did not understand how to compute my equilibrium,therefore I gave him money to get the things he said I owed. Two days after I went on line to look at my accounts, Southside Transferring Co., had submitted all these crazy fees for my C/card.

The following day I moved into the moving business to question them. They gave me a charge but that I knew something was still wrong. I promptly contacted my C/card business to report”FRAUD”. My C/card firm took care of the issue, my C/card has been”blamed” for all those unnecessary fees.

Don’t Use”SOUTHSIDE MOVING COMPANY”.

This company doesn’t stand behind their services. The movers ruined my mom’s dining room table prior to transferring it from home. I called customer support and was advised to devote a claim. This was the start of December 2019 and that I only got a refusal for its claim May2020. They do not care about the client! Inadequate service!

DON’T HIRE THEM!!! I phoned Southside movers to assist me move out of my condominium in to my new residence. I took the opportunity on a different company which I believed was a bit more reliable than the prior movers I’d experienced. Boy was I wrong!! I frankly do not even know where to start. I paid for 3 movers (excuse me for mentioning that ) just 2 managed to transfer my things. The other person was so out of shape that he simply moved a couple of things and I never saw him again. After they were done moving the things from my house, I moved on to another destination and then waited for them to arrive. They didn’t appear for a minimum of 30 minutes. I needed to phone them to determine where they had been. They advised me that they had been in 7-eleven. They eventually arrived and transferred my things to the specified regions. As soon as they left, I was unpacking my poles and then moved to my daughter’s room and watched the mirror in her dresser had been broken and they did not even inform me. So, I started to test my other products. My printer table that I did not need to get a year has been busted too. I contacted the firm immediately and they advised me to complete a promise. It took them two weeks to reply to the promise and that I had to call many times to be able to have a call backagain. Then they advised me that according to their arrangement, they don’t cover items which are damaged and things damaged can’t exceed $50. Because their allowance is $500, they didn’t compensate me for my own broken things. PLEASE!!! Take my advice, DO NOT HIRE SOUTHSIDE MOVERS!!!! They had been very costly and the service was subpar. I was ready to forget it before my things were ruined.

We’d Southside moving and Storage transfer our belongings from our home to storage since we were constructing a new house, They looked professional throughout the first move treating us with respect and managing our substance with care. They underestimated the load and had to phone for a further truck, this excess truck added to the quote and overall expenses but since we signed an agreement that there may be additional cost foreseen by these we squeezed it up.The home we had been having assembled took a total of 5 weeks to assemble throughout this time our possessions were stored at a non climate controlled warehouse. After our house was finished we scheduled the shipping of our things. They came almost two hours late (with a single among our things ) and we found many of our possessions were damaged – then we had to await the 2nd truck to arrive -all the time that the men with the very first truck popped out in the front of our house just sitting there that we needed to pay by the hour to their sitting – and if the last truck arrived we found many of our things were missing involving a 20′ extension ladder, 9′ foldable ladder along with pressure washer (difficult to loose some thing like this ). So to summarize our dining room table was considerably damaged, a foot board on one of our beds had been shattered, our leather sectional was ruined, there was mould on the storage containers and coffee table. Sometime originally what appears to be a much better cost and bargain definitely are not With the additional costs to get a 2nd truck and also extra storage charges coupled with many missing and damaged things we highly don’t recommend using this corporation.
