Men came out early in the afternoon. They have been on time and prepared to go. Sean and Jeff were great. Got it pumped out in about two hours. Good communication and very funny. Would return Another time immediately

Sean, Jeff, and Zach have been a blast to have as our movers. They had been on time, efficient, and wrapped up my furniture (even the janky material )

They’ve an extremely poor attitude and do not have ways to talk with other folks. The moment my task had been done and when I questioned regarding the timings, among the men began talking all undesirable words. Really despairing and poor support. Don’t go together.

I’ll certainly be hiring Helping Hands shifting and maids for future movements. They did a fantastic job and were very respectful since they moved us from the old and to our new location. Chad was amazing along with his communication, the movers were a couple of minutes late, but they carried and let us all know. They also ended early so that they more than made up for this.

Employed helping hands going to transfer my mother into her new residence. They had been on time, movers were very curtious and got everything packed and filled up and to her new home very quickly highly suggest them.

Hired to maneuver a Piano from the cellar to our garage. Moved it fairly fast, but smashed the door and wall casing while performing it. Never made us conscious of this harm. Called them to enquire how they needed to manage fixing the harm, did not get much of a response. Basically did not care! Don’t use them again or recommend them to anybody later on.

I have used three moving businesses but was impressed by Helping Hands’ excellent reviews (clearly friends and households ). We went to Panda Express as a”thank you” for assisting us. We arranged and talked comfortably while ingesting (unknown I would be billed for the hour it took to consume ). When we came, everything was immediately put in the front area and the men dashed out into the truck.

While I talked to the man who shattered my doorway, another looked from beside the truck using the telephone into his ear. He handed it to me and educated me that they had my charge card. I took the telephone and informed her about the doorway, to which she stated to have a photograph and apply it on them. Afterward, she asked for the credit card amount. I gave it to her and she explained,”I am operating your card 780.” I stared at the telephone, confused since it was almost twice the agreed upon cost. The man took his telephone from mepersonally, I believed to put her straight. He set the phone off and they left with me standing at the driveway wondering what exactly occurred.

Later, while placing up our things in our new residence, we discovered numerous broken products. By way of instance, while reassembling my mattress, among those endings’ twisted metal leads me to think that the railings were put on the ground with heavy things set in addition to those. The mattress is unusable and must be substituted. Lighter boxes were put with thicker boxes put on top, crushing what was under.

Then it dawned on me; if they had been like this at the beginning, they’d have NO clients. No wonder they were so wonderful.

They are”helping hands” okay — they will help themselves to a wallet and provide you nothing but despair, sluggish provider, broken possessions, and articles left behind, followed up with lame excuses. You have been warned!

Very professional, excellent support! Punctually and even made an alteration to our requested time. Chad, Bridger and Jeremy were amazing and incredibly careful with our possessions!

Don’t use this business. They do not guard your furniture with wrap, they do not breakdown your huge furniture. They charge by the hour and also invest a whole lot of time talking and smoking. Then in the end they need a money tip. We hired a set of three then halfway through they delivered three more, these men did not listen and the movement went haywire. Materials is in storage which was designed to visit house and vis-a-versa. We also observed one worker participated in some rather questionable action beyond storage centre, even the director of the storage centre commented on how awful the team was. I am certain that we’ll have some ruined furniture once we go into our brand new house because of the way they packed and stacked it into storage device with no security. When we predicted proprietor, he contested our integirty. No refund or reduction or apology was ever offered. We moved into the home four decades back and employed a team of two for half of the price without any damages!

A Trustworthy, Courteous, Friendly, Hardworking people. Thank you guys for all over the weekend. My Husband and I’m very happy and intend on using them again when we move from the storage device in March. Surely reccomend their services for other people too.
