    HORRIBLE COMPANY

They’re spam artists. If they have your mobile phone number, they ship you incessant texts over and over again. They ought to be fined for continuing to send text over and over again. In what world it’s OK. If I were to use a moving company, Dr move are the most farthest from my thoughts. Get a life and leave my life alone. Text every couple of minutes. Over and over and over again. What’s up together. At 11:00 at night, at 7:00 in the afternoon. Automobile texting. It needs to be prohibited.

    ******NIGHTMARE***********

Worse Moving business EVER!!! These movers will be the absolute reverse of what they market and that I profoundly regret that I even called them. There is not 1 space in my new house that doesnt have a bit of furniture ruined, thanks to those men. My T.V was broken on both sides and today its only a black screen with a buzzing sound that comes out of it; the rear of the washer in which the inspector allow it to slide coming down the slide: dressers not only scraped but more like scratches from the top, back and sides in addition to elements of this trimming cracked off. Headboards had a fairly great size scrape it as well. I finally have additional time to do than I ever did until I hired those men. DR. MOVE is NOT I repeat NOT the palms that you would like to place your valuables/possessions in. Its apparent that DR. MOVE along with their movers may provide two [EDIT] on your own life and anything or anybody inside!!! (You certainly Require a physician afterwards using them) ******BEWARE******

    Horrific Move

Don’t use this business!!! My quotation was 179 for two hours, coming because of my transfer was 8-10am. The nightmare began when they came in 1015 (late)! Their were two Hispanic men and a woman name Charlotte that came. They had a trailer attached to your motor vehicle. Only one of those men spoke English. Charlotte was there just to manage paperwork and above see the movement I guess but did not do anything to aid with my worries. They did not have some equipment because of my furniture no plastic wrap or bubble wrap I advised them they’d scrape my furniture when they did not wrap it. I called to complain until they began to move my items. Barbara replies I request the director Edwin she said she’d have him call me back she was really unconcerned with what I had been saying all she desired was to confirm my card information. They shot 179 from my acct until they began or finished their movement. Edwin telephone back I told him that I wasn’t met with the movers showing up without a supplies that he says that they do not require plastic or bubble wrapping for furniture since they utilize blankets and rubber bands to hold the blankets on furniture. They went forward and began moving my items not 1 time did they wrap my furniture or cover together with the blankets. I needed to be from my place that afternoon so that I did not have anytime to discover another business that day. My furniture was scraped and my couch was torn!! They said sorry ma’am we did our very best. I was so mad I had been crying my nose began to bleed and all Charlotte could say was she apologize. Rather than Edwin phoning me back he text back and forth together with Charlotte and she was relaying his messages to me. (Unprofessional) they took 3 hours to the movement that I did not have much so it ought to have been only two hours for all. I had been advised to submit a claim on their own site for those items they destroyed. I wanted my money back but so far nothing I took photos of my ruined furniture and I am filing a complaint with BBB!! I shall take it to court if they don’t pay the damages! Edwin is a non Chalant [EDIT]! No matter how his clients anything or feel. All they wanted was my money nothing else mattered! Don’t use this business please take this criticism severe and as a warning! ! This is the worst going experience in my entire life!!!!!!

    BUYER BEWARE!

BUYER BEWARE. Dr. Move. . .specifically Irving TX. . .Did not appear on moving day even though my charge card pre-payment reserved out weeks. Once I was eventually able to achieve a representative following 3 hours that they told me that a truck was about the road but nobody ever showed. After several months I was able to get my own credit card company reverse the deceptive charge. Not even so much as an apology from these men.

    Rip Off

I bought a specific coupon for about $99 for two hours of proceeding. Complete quotation cost emailed to me 135, regular quotation could of been 404…I had been advised by Edwin that they would honor the exceptional rate. Not so. The quotation states no charges, never so. When they came, I needed to sign another contract with another amount BEFORE they’d fill my things. Subsequently the inspector named Edwin to provide an Estimated quotation period to that DR. Move instantly withdrew out of my bank accounts. This sum was $100 over the next contract sum. The transfer took less time however Dr. Transfer NEVER imputed the additional Monies back into my own accounts.
The ceremony itself was shoddy at best. 1 mover was nice, neither was specialist and the base of my fridge was scattered throughout the driveway. 1 mover fussed much as though he didn’t need to transfer anything, and also the moving truck turned into a trailer hooked on your private motor vehicle. As soon as I informed Dr. Move concerning the art set of these movers, the young woman’s (Stephanie) answer was,”I am sorry. They are new” Due Dr. Transfer: for providing me 3 different rates and charging only a fourth level without so much as letting me understand; for sending inexperienced employees to deal with my difficult worked for and tough earned furniture; for being dishonest on your quotations and bank clinics, and for neglecting to return the lender resisted currencies for the unused time. You ought to be sued.

    Worst moving experience I've had!

We proceeded at Feb 2014 in the 2nd floor to a 3rd floor. They stated they wrap all of your furniture that’s false, unless my movers weren’t simply idle. Each piece of furniture that they transferred had been damaged (scratches, balls of wood lost, broken leg on entertainment ctr). They couldn’t recall how they took things other than place them back. Beds & crib weren’t reassembled properly. It had been raining the day of movement. I called to validate the transfer was still on and they stated yes because the furniture it totally wrapped which was false. My entertainment centre was left outside from the rain while additional things were transferred together with the top vulnerable. They ran from fabrics to wrap the furniture and attempted to maneuver my new new wood/marble dining table free of protection. I needed to offer them my own personal quilt to wrap the dining table that was then ruined. Throughout the movement that they took their period. After a few hrs the movers stated that they have gone across the hourly fee and I would have to cover the remainder money. When they found I’d paid the horizontal rate, they became so irate and wasted moment phoning the office to contend with the team during my transfer. Then they hurried the close of the movement throwing things around. Would have been better moving the furniture within our own. Very gloomy at the state of all of our possessions.

    No call. No show.

Waited over an hour after the scheduled time, attempting to contact somebody at their workplaces, before continuing on to plan B. When they eventually called 4 hours after we had already rented a truck and appreciated all of the aid we’d discover, to do the move ourselves. They acted like nothing was wrong, and expected us to still be awaiting them. The only explanation I received on Monday morning was that somebody had phoned in and the office is not available on weekends. What type of moving company can not be achieved on weekends? They remain in the method of handling my own refund. We’re still in the process of recovering from their incompetence.

Wish they could be rated less than 1 star

If I could rate them lower than one star, believe me, then I’d. The movers had been highly unprofessional and needed my husband and I’m doing things apart. If something was not in a box, then it had been THROWN about the ground. There was also a woman who sat at the front lawn the whole time both guys were”functioning’ that was awkward and odd. She never did anything except get from the cab of their truck if they left and upon arrival in our new house, she sat at the front lawn , again. The movers never reinstalled the hardware to get our $6,000 mattress and set up the service beams upside downagain. Since we’re so active HELPING them move things since they SCRATCHED UP OUR BRAND NEW HARDWOOD FLOORS, we did not observe the issue with the mattress until we laid down that evening. They also refused to maneuver things upstairs which weighed anything longer than the office chair! They had been hitting walls into our new house, scratching the brand new wood flooring and only dropping boxes onto the ground, even ones marked delicate. Several efforts are made to make it to the office searching for the components (lock nuts that must not be substituted ) and they’ve always ignored me AS WELL AS THE BETTER BUSINESS BUREU!! DO NOT USE THEM with no knowing you’re at great danger and will spend far more money on repairs than you’d spend to a moving firm WITH INTEGRITY

    WORST MOVE EVER!!!!!!!!!!!

THIS IS ABSOLUTELY THE WORST MOVING COMPANY and now I’ll Never USE these AGAIN…. Our movement was scheduled for January 4th, 2014. . .Please be entrusted with the moving business the workplace Supervisor is extremely unprofessional.  We sold our house and were going out with the Smart Move app also it must be covered by the business.  DR Transfer’s office Supervisor promised me he’d deal with the paperwork side and never ever did.  The afternoon of our relocation the movers showed two hours late and we needed to finish up spending out of pocket since the paperwork was not delivered into the Smart Move app for them to cover for all of us!  The movers were really upward in era, they proceeded slow and maintained that the whole moment.   We sadly had to choice but to move right ahead and cover and enable them to proceed us since the new owners were prepared to move from the next Monday and that was Saturday.  Please be very careful with the business, another places might be more specialist, however DALLAS is NOT!

    Awful, Unprofessional experience

Worst Experience EVER! I reserved my transfer a month beforehand to get a 9am display on a Saturday. I chose to proceed with all the hourly fee which satisfied my needs finest. I predicted about 830am simply to test in. They stated they are an hour late. No issue, it had been raining fairly hard that afternoon, traffic could of been slow. Called again in 1030 and”Edward” advised me that my movers have been finishing up a transfer in theprevious night. Um excuse me?? I had a confirmed period for 9am. Traffic and weather are just one thing, doing yet another movement when I had a scheduled period is improper. At approximately 1130 I called in again and”Maria” stated it might be two hours or longer before they can get into me. I’m livid. Totally unprofessional and improper as a company to do so to your clients. I attempted for her to move me to her boss or her managers boss and she denied again and again in addition to my request to reduce my hourly fee as reimbursement for your inconvenience. Tried phoning back involving 145-230 and they stopped answering my calls. UNACCEPTABLE! 7 HOURS following my schedule period the movers revealed. The mind mover known as”Maria” and she picked up instantly so there is evidence the phones were operating good. The movers did a okay job. After unpacking I have noticed some harm in my furniture that I’m not happy about but what is still working, simply not cosmetically exactly what it was. So far as the movers among these had the gall to ask me when I painted”the bud.” Are you kidding me?!?! As soon as I answered no, he then asked when I had friends that smoked”the bud” I almost called the cops and told me to escape. I intend to write a negative review with the business on every site I could find! DO NOT USE THEM! Save yourself some trouble and locate professional and respectable movers.

DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY!!! They did not operate the first hour. I called to complain and the”manager” Edward was combative, rude, abrasive and always talked over me. He did not attempt to help but rather claimed he was appropriate. PLEASE DON’T USE THIS COMPANY!! They included an extra 2 hours for my transfer and also its a scam!

NEGATIVE experience - we do NOT recommend

NOT a fantastic experience and certainly wouldn’t recommend this business. 1- that they had been also an HOUR late for pickup. 2-the”mixed things and remarks” which you simply fill out online doesn’t move into the print outside the movers had in hand so a number of our things wouldn’t be transferred 3-there were two movers. One didn’t speak any English and another one talked some. Communicating was VERY tricky. 4-they could not work out how to take away the master mattress, that just took a phillips head, that I needed to point out for them. 5-my husband needed to ditch the dining area table to them 6-items which were in their own way had been kicked off our thrown 7-when transferring the washing machine, they scraped OUR BRAND NEW HARDWOOD FLOORS 8-the master bed frame has an extremely large scratch that’s unable to be mended 9-half of their hardware to place the master bed back together is currently missing and presumably lost. Our bed is all going to fall apart since it’s not screwed back together 10-they whined about transferring things upstairs so that my husband and I wound up performing it 11-there was a woman with them the whole time who only sat at the lawn. It was awkward and bizarre and UNPROFESSIONAL   if you’d like your relocation done right along with your things and house in great shape then, it might be advisable NOT to utilize Dr. Transfer

    Use at your own risk!

My moving experience wasn’t great. Initially I felt convinced since Marie (Move Advisor ) was quite accomodating, she had been fine, I fulfilled with her puppy as well whose name is Peter, I did not catch any dishonest vibes in any way, she gave us a qoute of $168.00 for two hours and we opted to pack our belongings for the exclusion of our pricey couch that was a new purchase that I believed that the the price was quite reasonable considering we have paid up to $250 from the past with other people movers but of course there had been difficulties. I had been billed $84 per hour. I paid down a deposit of $150 and that I was told I would need to pay the rest to the movers. I had a townhome two bedroom but we decided to pack all and set it in the living space, lots of our furniture we lost so that I though ok maybe not too many boxes, so I am moving maybe not even 10 minutes from my apartment into my new apartment nicely this should be a simple move. No it was not. First of all Maria did not make it crystal clear that the fees had been based on the SIZE of this truck so when the truck pulled it up was little, I dropped it, I lost my temper since my issue was that none of it would match and I would have to make two trips and possibly cover the movers an additional $84 bucks. I was lonely, my loved ones needed to run a fast errand well the two Hispanic men was walking slow and that I was thinking okay that is bizarre that they’re walking turtle slow. None of the men said he was not touching anything before he obtained the remainder of his cash and that I turned out to him, while I had been doing that the other man started moving my items and I explained to another man REALLY, you’re really not going to transfer my items for $20 a few bucks we owe you. He ceased with the poor attitude, had me sign papers and gradually began moving my items reluctantly.   My family member got home, I paid him the remainder of the cash, I also called Maria and told me I was really unhappy with the way she did not relay to me that the money I was paying decided how big this truck since my furniture is completely new and that I did not need to ruin my furniture nicely she called somebody, I figure the moving company and they stated that everything would suit, they guaranteed to package it nicely and assured if anything was ruined they would cover it. Well I needed to get them both motivated to receive my furniture moved as quickly as possible but after we have moved I presumed WHEW today I can get into my place and get things sorted out, NO. The man driving was driving at a rate of 10, I WAS DISGUSTED, I eventually had to escape my auto in the MIDDLE OF THE ROAD WHICH IS SUPER DANGEROUS and let him STOP DRIVING SO SLOW since it just takes 10 minutes but this man was trying to tear us (two women off) by creating a 10 minute excursion into half an hour or more so eventually he began to push like he had any feel once we faced him. The move was approximately half an hour below the 2 hour minimum I paid for but I needed to fight, battle, cuss, act a fool on a simple two hour proceed, Packng is trying although the movers well they worried me out and got on my last nerve using the unethical behaviour, his aim was to acquire more cash, elongate the hours from 2-3 hours or more. . Be Cautious! See the movers, check and double check that you’ve got all of your furniture and assess for damages, for me personally fortunately they didn’t hurt anything but yes they were trying to proceed slow to secure more income from me, it had been among the worst moving experiences I have ever had. Don’t be frightened SPEAK UP, do not enable them to rip off you. I wouldn’t recommend this firm, the appointment encounter was fine but the movement was past belief about the strain we had to survive.

Say something and do something else

This business cannot be trusted in any way. 1 moement they state something and after that they keep altering their devotion. Please don’t rely on these and endure the way I did. I wonder just how do these companies endure when they handle their customers so poorly. I phoned them obtained a quotation and scheduled a consultation. The woman said that she’ll send me an email to get comfirmation. After waiting for years and not getting any email that I contacted her spine and she informs me that they don’t possess some availaibility and she then says we can’t perform the transfer for you. Should they don’t wish to work then why do company.

**WARNING** Painful Move from Dr. Move

I contacted Maria in Dr. Transfer four months ahead of my latest move. I asked Saturday afternoon – 8 pm February 26th and delivered back to Dr. Proceed the finished Contract. I didn’t hear back from them, so I sent a email to Maria requesting affirmation of this date/time. No reply. A couple of days after I sent the following emailaddress. No reply. I then called Dr. Transfer four times before my program transferred. Spoke to Amanda who informed me”yes we’ve down to Saturday 8am”.
Then the day ahead of my scheduled movement, Maria phoned me to”affirm Saturday at 1pm”. I said”No that isn’t what I asked; I want you here at 8am”. Maria subsequently told me that since I did not set a deposit down they couldn’t guarantee the very first movement of the afternoon. This is the very first I had been hearing about it!! And that I now had scheduling conflicts with DirecTV, the Cleaning Company, along with the online provider’s scheduling.
She then proceeded to begin arguing with me at a string of mails telling me that she did inform me concerning the residue and that it was my duty to check on the documentation. ARE YOU KIDDING ME? If I’d known about this particular deposit requirement, I’d have happily paid it.
Following the evening of the transfer she phoned and said that the movers are here at 1pm, nicely the movers did not revealed up till 4pm!
I needed to reschedule everything, like getting a day off work on Monday, that cost me $480 in lost salary.
Neither of the proprietors of Dr. Move bothered to respond to my petition to explore their handling of the transfer.

    DO NOT USE THESE PEOPLE...

    DO NOT USE THESE PEOPLE…

They’re wonderful on the telephone when your arraigning the transfer but that is where it finishes!

They showed up an hour and a half late. Even the”professional uniformed movers” and”fresh clean gear” consisted of 3 guys who did not speak English among that had on a Dr. Transfer t-shirt – his uniform, I guess. They showed up with a wonderful 26ft trailer with emblem but pulled by means of a beat up old truck. Ironically, it had holes at the side.

It took 8 hours to do a job which should have been finished in 5. They ruined furniture but don’t have any clue how it occurred (they dropped it, that is how it occurred ). 1 man tried to take a 6′ x 4′ chest of drawers down a flight of stairs by himself leading in a major hole in the wall. Luckily, the wall grabbed the furniture if it dropped or it might have defeated him. Each of the furniture did not match in the 26′ trailer, such as I had been told it would, even though I’d already awakened and transferred everything that could fit in a box. They piled rugs, etc. at the rear of the beat up old truck and hauled it down the street like a lot of gypsies.

It took them over an hour to push the 5.4miles into the new address (which they charged me for). The foreman/driver told shipment that I’d written the address wrong on the contract (I assessed the contract once he came – the speech was right ).

I paid and they abandoned. Two days after I contacted Dr. Proceed to let them understand that they had misrepresented themselves but was advised that it was a matter of comment.

I was not interested in submitting a claim for the damage or overcharge since I did not think that it could be well worth the hassle but because I was satisfied with this kind of positive disdain I went ahead and registered the claim and will follow it through. In addition, I mean to allow anyone who’ll hear what I experienced for this pitiful firm.

    Efficient Movers

I hired Dr.Move to maneuver my 2bdr aggressively in Dallas, they have cheap rates and that I got excellent support.
The movers were very considerate and cautious with my furniture, which they padded and psychologist wrapped.I evern obtained my washer and drier disconnected and reconnected at no cost. The automobile was clean and nice and they introduced tools to help move the furniture. I Am Quite Happy with their solutions and definetly recommend Dr.Move
