This business is dreadful to say the least. I scheduled our pickup and we waited and waited till eventually I got ahold of somebody who stated the movers weren’t coming until the following day. When they showed up late they didn’t have all of the packaging materials needed so we needed to take them into the shop to purchase supplies. They showed up with 3 men but just 2 did the vast majority of the work since the gentleman had been hurt and he was there because his family owned the organization. The packers appeared to do a fantastic job but we later discovered of our damaged things that in the conclusion they we racing and did a bad job. Plus if they float it in a inadequate storage facility the material was probably not handled well. We tipped the movers really well and fed them and they even drank a 12 pack of our beer and smoked our cigarettes. They delivered our things the incorrect day, nobody each contacted us and trying to reach these individuals for claims or damage was a nightmare. They billed us for a ceremony we never obtained and also had it so when the products were delivered they’d just take money that wasn’t our agreement. Attempting to acquire money on a Sunday was a nightmare. Don’t use this company or some other business from Richardson possessed by this dreadful family enterprise.
As soon as I called Thrifty to whine about our dreadful move they advised me to submit a complaint at www.csipros.org. After performing so, completing all of the necessary types and telling my story etc, this afternoon I got a telephone call from CSI stating they don’t manage Thrifty asserts, they aren’t a customer of theirs. I again called Thrifty and they stated to record my complaint with www.movingclaims.net. We’ll find out how this one works!!! Ugh
