Houston initial movers is a major scam. We had been over charged, our material had been stolen or broken. Bins were gone through, they didn’t log into all of the tools that they needed to slip. Stole our grandma’s quilts. Our furniture has been a wreck or broken. A 5600 movement turned to $10,500. For the sort of cash our stuff shouldn’t be discharged or broken.I DO NOT RECOMMEND THIS COMPANY!!! Ricky doesn’t work together with lies and you.

Ricky is a scam artist and FRAUD. He required%1390. Oo in my charge card and $1000.00 from a different account. He cried and cried at me on the telephone and also threatened to blow off the truck while his possessions were inside. I’ve called, emailed and interrogate to have a claim form and start a dispute. Ricky hasn’t answered any petition to contact me personally to try to pay this. The BBB was made awarethat the State of Texas, City of Houston and currently here. My things weren’t transferred into the home, they had been abandoned at the garage, broken, and left handed and hardware had been nowhere available. This business should be SHUT DOWN and Ricky should maintain jail.

DON’T HIRE THIS MOVING COMPANY. This company lost two of my TV collections, dropped my headboard, and shattered my furniture and kitchen products. There was a delay with the shipping of my belongings out of Texas to NY so that certainly struck our contract. They’re extremely unprofessional. It’s hard to communicate together. They cost us lots of money, anxiety, and they do not care about anything aside from making money. They have to be made out of business.

I HIRED THIS COMPANY ON 09/22/2016 TO MOVE MY BELONGINGS FROM HUMBLE, TX TO CHERRY HILL, NJ.
RICKY PROMISED ARRIVAL AT DESTINATION IN THREE WEEKS. THEY WERE LATE. AFTER NUMBER OF PHONE CALLS, THEY ULTIMATELY DELIVERED IN NINE WEEKS ON 12/1/ 2016. . THEY LOST FOUR BOXES. THEY ALSO LOST LEGS & HARDWARE FOR TWO END TABLES &ONE COFFEE TABLE.
RICKY KEPT PROMISING THAT He’ll CHECK THE WAREHOUSE AND LET ME KNOW. ON PHONE HE OFFERED TO PAY FOR LOSSES.

RICKY DOES NOT PICK-UP MY PHONE, DOES NOT ANSWER TEXT MESSAGES OR E-MAILS. I HAVE ALL THE DOCUMENTS, INCLUDING NOTE BY DRIVER THAT FOUR BOXES WERE MISSING @ DELIVERY. TOTALLY UNACCEPTABLE, UNPROFESSIONAL Support.

If a person only answers the telephone”moving company”, then DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY!!! They’re CON-ARTIST!!! If I could give zero stars I would! I’m completely disgusted w/ how this firm might still be in business. I called & spoke w/ Jessica that was favorable. I was thankful they had the ability to perform some last minute move ask after phoning quite a few different businesses which couldn’t. On my initial call, Jessica said there will be a 1 hour fee of $149 as a deposit that I consented to. After receiving the quotation verification and admitting it, my mother noticed that the”Deposit” turned into a”Service Charge”. After phoning back, I talked w/ Jessica again whom assert she’d her boss eliminate half and could just cost me $72. After reconsidering (feeling something was not right) & reading the testimonials I’d just discovered, I called back again to cancel. Today Jessica placed her boss, Ricky about the telephone who attempted to sell me a bill of goods, which makes all sorts of guarantees and sweet talking me. He explained the reviews weren’t to his organization but to a firm with the exact same name and he had been now pursuing legal action to get them removed. He promised me that he will make certain all of my things were delivered and undamaged. I still felt leery, however, consented to proceed with it because of absence of different businesses accessibility during the holiday season. In addition, he promised I could call him personally to cancel when I still felt uneasy afterwards in the day. After coming across more dreadful reviews on another site, that called Ricky especially along with his con-artist approaches, I called back to cancel; nonetheless , I was dumbfounded that I couldn’t get through. They blocked my number!!! Then I phoned from my mum’s phone. Jessica once more put Ricky on the telephone, once I told her 72 refund was dumb and that I hope to get all of my money because no solutions was done! Ricky then proceeded to threaten me that I signed the quotation and they won’t give me a complete refund since I must have cancelled within two days of the transfer request. It had not even been 24 hours since I put the first petition, which wasn’t said in the quotation. After arguing back & on, I finally hung up & called my credit card company to dispute the charges. They’re caring for it. DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY!

There isn’t a single positive thing I will say about the provider. They had been 8 hours late picking up my stuff; they had been more than 12 hours late bringing my things, which led to two hotel rooms that I had to get. When they finally delivered my things, almost all of my furniture needed scratches and dents. They forgot to attract everything. The owner is very tough to handle and very stubborn. He’s never heard of this state”the client is always right”. This is actually the worst moving business, don’t utilize them.
