    Memphis to Spring Hill

These guys were wonderful! I sold my home and wanted storage for a few days also moving solutions to Spring Hill, TN and also 1st Class delivered. They wrapped up everything professionally, so inventoried all of my belongings, and sent everything without the obligations. These men know exactly what their doing and it shows. I’ll certainly recommend them to friends and loved ones.

    Horrible service

I reserved a movement using 1st Class movers on Wednesday for a Friday transfer. My movement has been scheduled for 2:00p. In 1:50de I had been advised that they would be 1-2 hours late. In 4:15de husband approached the company to discover in which the movers where and if they’d arrive. The manager, Chris, promptly became irate. My husband didn’t use curse words or yell but had been told that he had been disrespectful. I won’t ever use nor recommend that organization!

Illegally Operating and Bait & Switch

1st Class Moving (Chris Fannin) is illegally operating and utilizing bait & switch strategies.   After a dreadful experience that finished in a statement which has been triple the amount lent, I tried to Find the owner that immediately led to detecting which the Federal Motor Carrier Safety Administration has now shrunk their DOT# and arranged them to stand from support.   Their insurance policy continues to be cancelled in accordance with the FMCSA.   I contacted the US Dept. of Transportation who allow me to understand that 1st Class Moving & Storage must’definitely not’ be functioning as a moving agency for Any Kind of transfers (interstate, intrastate, in-town, etc.).   I had initially asked to go to a 2-3 bedroom home, along with also a 5x5ft storage unit 10-25 miles with approximately 50 boxesplus a little wine refrigerator, and a Couple of pieces of furniture.   All of my beds, additional appliances, and Lots of boxes had already been transferred.   I had been quoted $305 for 2 movers to take about 3 hours.   This was based on three other quotes that I obtained.   I went for this business because I had a very special time period to fulfill.   Rather than 2 movers, Chris delivered four and informed them they’d be transferring a 1 bedroom flat Rather than a 2-3 bedroom home.   The movers who showed up were very out of shape and already tired from Different motions daily.   Many times I asked the movers to speed up things which did not help.   I needed to continuously track and interrogate what needed to be transferred Rather than focusing on a significant conversation with my agent.   While they had been intentionally taking more hours than they ought to possess , they also did not Seem to be physically capable of going far quicker.   Since I needed to be transferred out through that night, I had no option but to pitch in and assist with things such as draining the garage loft of empty boxes.   It ended up requiring 5.5 hours to complete the movement and that I had been sent through text message a charge for about $945.   I allow Whoever sent the invoice (Chris Fannin) understand that the transfer should have completely not obtained 5.5 hours that kicked off a debate leading to him threatening legal actions.   An ironic response because He’s operating illegally in the First Place.   I have documentation to demonstrate promises and’m currently awaiting the credit card company to operate during the dispute I registered.   I’m also awaiting a call back in the Tennessee office of the FMCSA to Talk about my personal claims.   The point is, avoid at any cost!

1st Class Moving: The Name Says it All

We’d actually hired another firm, who on the morning of the relocation, did not appear. They apparently did not have us about the novels, although we advised it a few weeks earlier and that they took our residue from our accounts today. We scrambled to locate a business last minute and it was critical that we be from our home by 4 pm each our contract. 1st Class Transferring had two men offered and got to our home speedily. They worked quickly and were quite diligent. They packed the truck with superior technique; we had been amazed at just how much could fit inside. EVerything went easily, and we had been so very thankful for them. 1st Class Moving has been our final minute choice this moment, but will function as our VERY FIRST alternative next time plus also our very first referral firm. Great experience and good support! Thank you 1st Class Moving!

    Worst moving experience ever!

My name is Bryan. I reside in Atlanta and’m moving to Covington with my Fiance who now resides there. My story starts with a telephone conversation and finishes with a few of the most dreadful times of my entire life. The proprietor of First Class Moving is among the very abrasive and intolerant individuals whom I’ve ever had the privilege of understanding. He has absolutely no scruples, will lie to you at each stage of this transfer and then knock out you in the event that you demand decent performance.  Wednesday, March 28. I phoned his office and was looking for decent moving bargains and we talked for half an hour. He promised his men were specialist, had insurance, permits, and could get everything transferred with no hitch. We had been going from Bartlett to Covington into a storage device. We agreed to proceed on Thursday, March 29. I had been driving from Atlanta to Memphis on Thursday afternoon and he explained that they would ended by the time I arrived. The movement was supposed to begin at 3:30 PM Thursday, March 29.    Chris, the proprietor known as my fiance at two and began asking if we can pay in money. Numerous times he telephoned her and began negotiating this stage and because I had been paying for the movement she led him to me. He phoned me and because I had been driving from Atlanta to Memphis, I’d planned on using my charge card to cover the move. Later on I figure out why he wanted money so desperately.    I phoned him at 3 and confirm a right eta along with my fiance arrives in her home, prepared to move her things. He does not respond to me personally and then calls me back in 3:15, stating that his men would be a bit afterwards, about 3:45. His favourite statement is that they’ll be there in twenty minutes. He states this about forty times during the following 3 days.  He keeps saying that his men will be there shortly, nevertheless at 4:30, they still have not arrived. Why? I found out of his men that they had been transferring someone elses things that throughout that time period.  I am aggravated at this stage but my fiance and I choose to give them a second chance and perform the movement early in the afternoon.  We remained in Covington in a resort and left early in the morning about 7 am for to Bartlett in 8:30, which had been the negotiated time in the previous afternoon.Chris, once more, is very selective about calling his telephone or texts, also leaves me with they’ll probably be there in 20 minutes, that really is at 8:40. Ten minutes late again.9:00- The movers arrive at a truck that looks like its on its past two legs, which we find out after it’s. Both movers are former felons, fine men, professional movers that I’d use again together with my own [EDIT] truck. They ready our furniture and made certain all dings were recognized and marked. I can not see this sufficient, they had been excellent movers.     The lead inspector stated that they were advised to be at our home at nine by Chris.10:08- We depart, fully packaged from the moving truck. We’ve got a 35 minute drive to Covington.  10:38- We observed that the movers are driving about 25 mph on the interstate and they pull over. They begin again and black smoke billows from the exhaust. They eventually pull off the interstate highway and begin going again and now they pull over on the two lane street off the interstate close atoka?  10:45- Chris responds saying that he is sending one of his up trucks and they’ll be there in 20 minutes.11:05- that I phoned Chris again and that he does not respond to fifteen minutes. Says that they motorist is on his way.  11:10- I talk to the motorists. They do not have a telephone to call their supervisor. They could only text them in their”Cricket” phones. I began a dialog with the men. They’re equally money movers. They get 12-15$ an hour and have zero cash on them to find a cab back to Memphis.  11:35-All of this time on the street we can being handed by semi-trucks, automobile, trucks, and industrial gear together with my fiance, myself, also this shifting truck behind us. INCREDIBLY DANGEROUS! 11:40- We predicted Chris again fifteen occasions and that he never replies us. He discounted all texts12:30- that I predict additional moving companies and they’re all occupied. We call her family to acquire a uhaul and come back it for us. Chris needs that if the trucks get there which we pay his guys for their job. . We get into a massive debate.13:00- We call that the police department and that they arrive and threaten to tow the vehicle and allow us to reach our way.13:15. I find out if their truck does appear that neither among those movers has a legal permit, in reality, both of them are suspended. The brand new truck driver explained that they could not find the keys to the truck and then were completing another movement before coming out into us.The movers then eliminate our belongings and he did not locate them for an additional hour and we could not call them, and Chris was blowing off our telephone calls. The men really did assist us move and that I paid them money. This was the strangest experience that I’ve ever had and that I spent six years at the army. DO NOT WORK WITH THEM!

    Overall good move

They came out and given a pretty accurate quote. In leaving the transfer, there truck tires abandoned ruts (that was moist )from the lawn that 1st Class Transferring paid to fix. Additionally, I bought storage area that provide great pricing. Besides that, the experience was so great.

    DO NOT USE!!!!!

I needed to proceed across the road to a different apartment since my flat had been flooded out. I contacted me this copany and they informed me I could get three guys for 2 hours to get $200. I’ve got my own trailer, so I packaged all in boxes and packed with the trailer therefore the very first trip could be prepared for the guys after they have there. After the guys got to my flat, they said that there could be additional cost for stair. This was nowhere in the contract. I felt as though I had been becoming strongarmed at this time. The guys began to work and required a range of smoke fractures and wasted alot of the time and cash. After my 2 weeks was up, they told me that they would stay longer and complete the task for just another $40 somebody. I had no option except to run into the ATM and cover these guys to complete the move.
Additionally, while shifting; among those men attempted to maneuver a nightstand along with a microwave right down a flight of stairs onto a handtruck (forcing it instead of pulling). Resulting from the things falling down the flight of stairs. They maintained that they would refund me .60 cents a pound. This was $45.00. They were suppose to offer me $45.00 to substitute a microwave along with a brand new nightstand.
I try to encourage small business owners and now I actually paid for this. I’d have been better off looking for help from a neighborhood day employees or a few guys off the roads.

    Unprofessional and not reliable

Please avoid using this moving business since they could mess up your plans. Missed appointment program double and did not do a great job with my movement. There were several damages to a number of the things whilst moving. I wonder if they have got any experience with transferring. I would not recommend this business to anybody. Please be cautious and use this business in your RISK.

    Worst Moving Experience EVER!

    1. When the movers arrived to the place I was moving out of they didn’t utilize some padding to wrap my dresser drawers or mirrors. They fought to keep drawers from coming open as they transferred them. Whether or not they had all of the essential supplies in their truck remains in question. However, I do know that they didn’t use it.
    2. The movers were supposed to track me to my new place, plus they veered off once we attained Walnut Grove Rd, providing me NO notification. I needed to phone to determine where they had been using MY items. This can be poor business practice. I’ve not ever met you earlier, and I am paying you to transfer my private things, I want to understand where you’re with my things at ALL times. I am not whining about the detour, though, it was still an unprofessional action in a movement, but I am complaining about the lack of note. It’s a frightening thing to return and no more see that the moving truck that you hired supporting you and Don’t Have Any idea where it went.
    3. After we got to my location, the movers broke the base part to one of my bigger chests. It’s merely the underside decorative piece. The dresser was buys at Royal two decades back, and has been worth $500 at the moment. It’s apart of a pair, and it Wouldn’t be enough for me only to Buy a new chest.
    4. Among the movers requested to use my bathroom, although I didn’t have some tissue paper or paper towels. None of my things had been unpacked, and they were still supposed to be transferring my things. I presumed that he had to urine (for want of a better word) and let him use my bathroom. He came from the restroom rubbing his palms on his shirt and asked if I’d some incents. Obviously, I did not. All of my things were still packed! He had defecated in my toilet, before I’d even used my toilet with no tissue paper or anything! I needed to dig through my boxes and eventually discovered a candle to relieve the odor. It was highly unprofessional and, honestly, DISGUSTING! He spent the vast majority of his remaining time whining to me about how he did not wish to perform another move daily, speaking on the telephone, and neglecting to assist the younger gentlemen place my furniture collectively. Additionally, but he had me help him put among those mattresses on the mattress. I had two movers, two paid movers, so I shouldn’t have been requested or expected to achieve this. The only reason that I used was because by now I was totally annoyed and ready to allow them to leave.
    5. After eventually unpacking all of my items round Thursday of the identical week, I found that my wine glasses and candle stick holders were all broken. THEY WERE IN A BOX LABELED FRAGILE. Not one of my things were treated with caution. Each of the boxes have been thrown around from the transferring process, however, it wasn’t till Thursday that I found those damages. That is what lead me to eventually file a complaint. It had been the straw that broke the camel’s back. (Picture illustrations are attached. I even have a shot at the box marked”Fragile” that the glasses were at.) The box contents: 2 glass candle stick holders, 1 pair of 4 purple broad mouth wine glasses, 1 pair of 4 clear broad mouth eyeglasses, two other apparent wine glasses, and a single pair of 4 drinking glasses.
    6. It took two weeks to ever get a reception, and that I had to ask it a few times although I paid for the whole movement with money, in total.

Do not use this moving company

Broke or scratched the vast majority of my furniture and won’t return my phone concerning fixing or giving me $$ for it as stated on contract. Completely unprofessional. Movers came quite late and didn’t wrap furniture nicely or at all. I wouldn’t advise this comany to anyone. I’ve used two other businesses in Memphis and has been pleased with them.
