Professional Transportation Solutions LLC ( hereby known as PTS)had been hired by Capital Moving Group (that I also gave a poor rating to) to move our furniture out of South Carolina into Indiana. Our contract clearly says that moving blankets will be supplied, that they had Expert door-to-door provider, specialist advice wrap all furniture with blankets that are moving, what a joke. Our nightmare began together being 3 days late picking up our home filled with furniture. We had been closing on our home September 28th and they had been to pick up it the 26th – 27th 2018. They didn’t arrive till September 30th. We were fortunate because we had been given until October to vacate the home to new owners. We contacted PTS per week before pickup time and they assured us it was likely to occur. On the 27th they allow us know when we contacted them to figure out in which the truck was that it had been broke down in Florida. It was a dreadful nightmare trying to make them pick up our furniture. It was to be a semi big enough to accommodate our 4 bedroom home. When they eventually did appear it was two young men that had never transferred furniture before and were just doing a favor for PTS’s dispatcher. Not just that but they arrived late in the afternoon using a sizable U-haul not nearly large enough for all and completely no moving blankets. Our arrangement was that they shop the furniture totally free for up to two months before we bought new residence. We were told that they would drop off the trailer at Illinois near our new house, however being that they just had a u-haul they leased two storage units from South Carolina and smashed a home full of furniture into them. This was issues 1-4. We had been to provide PTS two weeks notice as to if we desired furniture to be sent. We called them 2.5 weeks beforehand for November 5, 2018 delivery. Beginning on November 5th we had been given a lot of excuses as to why they would not be providing our furniture, scheduling issues, no team, no truck, truck at Atlanta, truck at North Carolina, etc, etc.. Eventually we’d delivery on roughly Nov 14th. In this delay numerous telephone calls were made to PTS and Capital Moving Group for replies and then they ran out of explanations they stopped taking our calls. We then needed to convey via texting. This was issues 5-10. As they were unloading we started to find that each, and I really do mean each wooden piece of furniture, from desks to beds into night stands, dressers, tables seats were all scratched and gouged. Boxes were smashed, our 55″ television packed in a distinctive box for TV’s with bubble wrap and static cancelling wrap was crushed. It had been obviously labeled TV. As soon as I attempted to get PTS about all of the harm they wouldn’t answer telephone and just text us to complete a claim form. We had been supplied this kind which was done and shipped back together with all the drivers, this wasn’t enough time to correctly complete it and that I had been in shock over all of the harm, which we did not have enough time to open every box and scrutinize them for damaged objects. I did the best I could and noticed on the form which there were many items not scrutinized and boxes unopened. It’s been more than 2 months and we haven’t heard a word regarding our claim. All of our appliances and furniture have been 4 yrs old or newer, and today we need to check out our ruined furniture regular and be reminded what a dreadful experience this was. Never use this firm.
