They took such care when wrap our furniture. They even took aside some furniture so that it would travel far better. With being at a condominium it was more difficult to maneuver the bigger things, not a mark on almost any walls. They’re a terrific representation of the organization and that I expect management recognizes them for their attempts. I wish they might have implemented the whole move. I’m convinced our next review will probably be equally as positive as this one.

Not only were they cheap and transparent in comparison to other movers, but my things really arrived a week sooner than anticipated. This was challenging to arrange in my end but greater than them coming later or not at all. The movers on both the ends (St. Catharines, Ontario) and (Vancouver, BC) were excellent and very valuable. Would absolutely recommend using Centennial. Take note though that if you want things to arrive on a specific date that they won’t ensure that and are extremely firm on a variety of dates instead of a particular individual.

Don’t USE!!! This provider isn’t credible. After 30 mails and continuous communication they nevertheless didn’t do their particular work diligently. They phoned us and requested to pick two days early and have been told we wouldn’t be home as we had been taking the children to fly out daily. So My wife stayed home and then they had been told that I wouldn’t be there. Two days prior to the transfer they phoned me and requested for My speech….AGAIN! After they had been not able to find the home from google street perspective they asked and asked for images. I needed to earn a visit to the home to take pics and send them. They then asked for much more. So I sent more. They affirmed their motorist said he can get the home from the street as it turned out to be a rural land. The motorist affirmed it!! So today on pickup day he shows up with a 72′ long truck and trailer combination that will NOT get into the drive. At 1:30 pm nonetheless. AND HE WAS ALL ALONE!! No more helpers, nobody not even ME! Thus I get a call in the mind douche that stated they had a shuttle. The shuttle would need to be leased from 20 miles apart and they just had a van to transfer the equal of a three bedroom flat, workplace, along with 30 boxes too. I inquired how much. $150. I said no. They called again and explained free. That’s when I found out the driver was lonely and could need to park his truck from town, rush back and forth using all the shuttle before the transfer was completed. Just using a standard van, no assistance without a ride out of his truck into your U haul agent.SO FREE MEANT NOTHING….THE MOVE COULD NOT HAPPEN IN ANY TYPE OF A REASONABLE TIME FRAME!!! You can bet that I was gont cover big some how. That’s when I needed My 600 deposit again and was refused. I hurried home to try to rescue the movement. However, the motorist never returned. I never even met the man. So then the douche explained it was my fault and I wouldn’t ever get back my deposit. After many many discussions I had been jeopardized [legal activity ] Degraded and humiliated from the [EDIT]. He even said”GOOD LUCK”….WOW!!! So today with 6 weeks left to proceed from BC into Southern Ontario that I couldn’t locate an inexpensive option. I needed to buy a 34″ trailer, so utilized $14,000] make it delivered to us for $500 and needed to sell or give off a whole lot of stuff. I then needed to market the trailer I’d already bought the week earlier for My toys and tools since I couldn’t take two in the same time. Obviously. So I dropped $1500 flame saleing that little trailer I actually wished to maintain. So today a 5 day push with My pickup along with a little trailer turned into a 8 day nightmare using this particular giant sail supporting me to not say pulling it through the rockies. So My experience with those men didn’t finish there. Captain douche finally provided Me 200 for My problems. He earns $400 for nothing more, I loose tens of thousands and tens of thousands of bucks, get stuck having a ginormous trailer that I do not desire, worried My spouse out past limits, appeared like and idiot for my loved ones members and piers AND I was subsequently told for each bad review I’d get”sued” with this meat rod. Never again could I employ a moving business for my experience for this corporation. I called up the company to get a quote out of them, all went well, the salesman (Hozan) was amazing, he desired a deposit ($225) immediately off to lock at the cost he gave me.
I had been quoted $3265 pre taxation for the movement predicated on an estimated pounds.

This is a truly ridiculous encounter. I have moved many times from nation to nation, and I have never had a much more inept moving agency.

They wrapped all of my unboxed things in moving blankets, and fastened them with packaging tape. Each product was tagged and numbered. It was remarkable.

I took a small holiday (to prevent an unnecessary empty week at my condominium ), and then arrived in Montreal seven days following the pickup, so I’d be accessible when they came. I had not heard from the business because they have picked up my things, but once more, I know that they’re not just going to provide me daily upgrades. Therefore, my wait starts.

About day 30, I call again, and inquire again about reimbursement. I get the identical answer, and I insist that he really call me back. He calls back about ten minutes later, also says they are eager to dismiss my transfer by $50 bucks, and not a cent more. I’ve got some back and on about how that is insulting and insufficient. He is not apologetic, and essentially says thems the breaks.

About day 40, I still haven’t learned from them, I call again. I am beginning to think my things are not likely to arrive. I move through the”chat into the dispatch” regular, and essentially tell them I will wait online, and they call back and inform me that they are going to send my things later than anticipated (Surprise surprise), but it’s going to be ahead of the weekend.

Day 43, I receive my invoice. They have vastly inflated the burden of the things. They indicate I have only under 2000lbs, but it is actually not possible. I have 3 big boxes (mostly mild ), 3 medium boxes, TV, printer, soundbar, couch, coffee table, side table, nightstand, queen bed/frame, two suitcases, a mild ikea chair, a little desk, computer chair, two wire/cloth closets, plus a bookshelf. A generous 1300lbs or so, but I’d think around about 1600lbs. I would be skeptical at 1800lbs, also entirely at disbelief at 2000lbs. There’s not any technique of actually claiming anything, and they do not send any kind of proof/documentation to demonstrate your things (ONLY) being weighed. Nonetheless, your things have been held hostage.

They also tell me that their big truck won’t be able to earn the delivery, therefore that I might need to pay $150 to get a’shuttle staff’ to transfer my things into my condominium. After some arguing, and bringing up the 45 days it required it provide, they finally, begrudgingly agree to reevaluate the shuttle fee.

Day 45, the contracted team to drop off my stuff was fantastic. They did it immediately, with no fuss.

Be careful if you decide to conduct business with this organization.

Insisted on being paid money at last minute, had to sign waiver prior to things got from truck. Rude and unresponsive to assert. I would likely provide a superb rating if it were not for the first loading of the possessions. However, they were able to find all our things wrapped, packed and throughout the nation in 1 piece.

I am unhappy regarding the transport of our belongings from truck to truck, or even the fact that they showed up with a truck to little, making them break down all of our furniture to basically flat package it – but, all of it came and they were really quite receptive.

We contacted Centennial Transferring in January to program our movement and consented to have our items picked up on Monday the 26th of February. 

On Friday the 23rd I got an email advising me that they had been shifting our pickup date to either Wednesday February 28th (that was just two days after our initially consented pickup date and obviously wouldn’t work for us), or even Sunday February 25th. 

I sent an email saying that Sunday the 25th would do the job for me, despite that being a day earlier than we’d initially agreed upon. 

I then got an email from Centennial saying that Sunday wouldn’t function and it’d need to be Wednesday, because this wasn’t working for me and that I was clearly hugely concerned at the point, I decided to phone one of Centennial’s workers, Warren. The only option given by Warren would be to have our items picked up on Saturday at 9am to which we needed to agree as we’d NO other alternative.  This forecast was made in approximately 2pm on Friday the 23rd, therefore 19 hours prior to the new select time that they had been imposing on us. 

Myself along with my Fiancee just took a half a day off work and went home to pack up our whole flat. Cancelling all programs we had for this day and packaging late into the evening.  We weighed and marked each box and thing we had been sending and also we had a total of about 1300 pounds.

We woke up Saturday in time to be prepared for the Centennial drivers to come pick up our belongings at 9am. At 9:15, we obtained a voicemail saying that it was not likely to work that day because of the weather, also that our assortment could be rescheduled for Monday the 26th. The original date we’d agreed upon.

At this time we’d both taken a half a day off work so as to package and thus had missed out on a half days cover each as a consequence of Centennials error. This is a wonderful experience. I proceeded 300 miles away from Quebec into the Toronto. I had been quoted a price as soon as I predicted prior to the transfer and eliminated a couple of boxes and things the cost was adjusted down. They were simple to get in contact with too. Trey, who had been responsible for the day of this movement, was good. They arrived on time and what has been packaged so closely. I was amazed. Although they got excellent reviews I was worried because of all of the horror stories that you hear about movers. I’d nothing to dread. It had been so simple. I asked Trey to send my possessions also. They allow me to know that the day ahead of the delivery along with Trey known as a few hours before to let me understand his coming time. They’re saying that since I simply had the basic insurance that they won’t substitute the beds. We presumed that insurance could cover if they had been in an auto crash or if somebody stole something but I was unaware that motorist and business negligence was a part of it. My final bill was twice as far as was mentioned, which they are stating it had been my fault that I didnt tell them of the appropriate weight. Now I dont understand how exactly I was supposed to imagine in a burden. I told them that it had been a 4 bedroom home and a car, they need to have figured at the large end not low and then charge twice. Additionally they can’t give me the burden slide nor does their bill actually have the burden that they billed me for. They also ordered for fall off onto a sunday and explained that I needed to cover before their workplace closed on friday. So I needed to cover before I even saw my possessions!!! Please be very mindful of businesses when you reserve and inquire a tonne of queries, get everything in writing, or document ALL telephone discussions. I wouldn’t ever recommend this firm!!!!!

They dropped a 6 ft plastic container box filled with kitchen and purses utilities items. Additionally, the movers brought a box of Christmas tree which wasn’t ours and that means the other family dropped their tree too.
All this could have been nice just when this crappy business delt with the matter professionally. Instead they all said was:”sorry we dont understand where your box is. Please await a call back.”

My worst day at last five decades. I picked Centennial moving for the transfer from Toronto to Winnipeg. After pickup, they advised me that dispatch fat was 12100Lbs, charge about 6600$. I refused as I understood it had been about 6000-8000lbs because I transferred out of other town this past year with 6000 pounds. They tried to frighten me that I must spend $525 to re do scale and should the new fat is greater than a 10 gap, they’ll correct the cost! I inquired why? I requested them to rescale simply before scaling and unloading costs only $50 but they did not accept. If you call and speak to some of these, they replicate their own words as though they do not hear you as an answering system! They do not care about you personally and pose no motive but in addition repeat and replicate!! I denied unloading my stuffs and after some time the motorist named Victor and spoke about Russian language and eventually told me that they shipped bill to my own email!
