SafeMove LLC

In Summary: SafeMove LLC cancelled on me to the first day of the transfer by sending me an email message! I had been scheduled to proceed on May 30.  I’d confirmed the time and date together with SafeMove LLC and was awarded a estimated time of birth.  I went and picked up my lease U-Haul truck and had it sitting in the driveway waiting for the movers to arrive.  When they had been over an hour late, I phoned their business number differently, but continued to receive a voice email.  Eventually , I got a TEXT MESSAGE (maybe not a telephone call) in the amount I had been phoning notifying me that because of an accident to one of my movers, my transfer was rescheduled for 2 days after.  Whether or not someone was actually hurt or SafeMove LLC simply did not have sufficient time for to me and wanted a justification to safeguard themselves from a terrible review. . I won’t ever know for certain. As a working professional, I have always been taught that you don’t provide bad news through e-mail or text.  It is inconsiderate and very honestly, it is cowardly. No person called to talk with me that new time and date will work for me personally.  I had been advised to phone the business amount (the identical amount that nobody was replying ) with some queries.  How it was treated only appeared very unethical to me. The resale price me money since I needed to pay $80 for your U-Haul truck which was sitting in my driveway and cover to cosign a brand new truck and fresh move with a different provider. The aggravation SafeMove LLC compelled me justified at least the courtesy of a telephone call. I composed a letter of criticism right to SafeMove LLC concerning my dissatisfaction with the method by which in which the cancellation was treated and informed them that I’d be filing a negative online inspection.  There’s not anything I have mentioned here in this remark that I didn’t say in writing straight to them.
