King & Queens Moving and Cleaning

I hired two guys from King and Queen Transferring for two hours of effort on August 14th. I requested them to transfer a couch out of my garage into my cellar.  They had been not able to do so, but in attempting, they ruined the Anderson sliding door in my own kitchen and did not inform me.   The following day I found that the door has a gouge that goes Through the timber and can be more than an inch in diameter; a stretch of around a foot of notches and chips over the edge of the doorway; and also the”baked on” plastic covering Was separated out of the timber.   After several attempts to reach the business via email and telephone I had been advised that the 2 guys who did the harm refused with that doorway, and so are’no longer used by the business.”  Barry explained that the”higher ups” wouldn’t pay for the damages.   I am very disappointed at the reaction in King and Queen. They didn’t stand by their job , they took much too much time to react to my criticism, and they didn’t get up to their errors. This is not a fair business.   It’s possible to find much better people to work together with elsewhere.
