This business was recommended to me personally, but I was quite displeased with the relocation procedure. Connie Johnson was really helpful with receiving my movement organized, along with the crate-and-freight packaging service team was nice (except for discarding just one of those wheels in my mattress frame, so that I now have to get a brand-new bed frame). However, it looked like after I signed on the dotted line, the client support went outside the window. Connie ceased responding to my mails, but she steered them into Jennifer Loyd. Jennifer was subsequently sick throughout the shipping window, so that I could not get ahold of anybody who knew about my circumstance. I was finally connected with Angie, that had been really fine, but she did not understand about my movement, because she had not been concerned from the start.
I was provided a delivery window of September 12-19. Literally some of these days could have been good, except for the very previous 1 (September 19), however I was prepared to spend the risk, provided that I had a 7-out-of-8 likelihood that the delivery wouldn’t be about the very last afternoon of this window. Turns out I was too cynical. Angie said that my items would be sent on September 20 or 21, where I informed her that that was out of my window and also that I would require a payoff of any kind (again, Angie hadn’t any thought in my window; she had never been included with the arrangement whatsoever ). This was all that the movers required to listen to transfer my shipping to September 21. So I guess I received my delivery inside that window, however that wouldn’t have occurred unless I proactively reminded all those conditions that was agreed upon. And that’s not the client’s responsibility. Even after that, delivery to the last day of this window? Yikes.
I frankly do not understand how all of the logistics operate involving Prairie Van Storage and Atlas. But I wouldn’t advocate that anyone go through this procedure. This is really a customer service nightmare. The next time, I will only hire movers on both the ends and also push a U-Haul myself.
