The movement started out great. I persuaded my husband to invest $175.00 an hour for 3 men and a little truck rather than employing another moving firm for $85.00 to ensure that our furniture could be transferred carefully. I splurged on two pricey chairs for our new house and they were already in the storage space. I made sure to worry my worries about both of these chairs not becoming ruined becasue they were pricey and my husband would kill me if he knew how much I spent on them. Following the transfer was complete and we paid $1200.00 I moved back to confirm the storage space and my seats were pushed in and piled on top of one another. Each seat had lumps down the thighs. All of the movers had to do is move the seats out of their way in the storage space and then place them back in there.
JC met me outside in the storage space with two others workers to have a look at my worries. His resolution to repair this issue was for me to correct the scratches using a furniture pencil. THESE CHAIRS HAVE NEVER BEEN USED OR MOVED BEFORE. Brand-new! One of the other workers said that I was lying and they didnt do this.
If you’re going to charge that much per hour that you will need to cover your job. Unbelievably disappointed with how that has been managed and won’t be recommending this business in any respect.
Sweet boys although not a professional moving company.
Avoid this company in any way costs! Sept, 1, 2017 they had been 6+ hours late to my transfer, took 12 hours to transfer some furniture and roughly 57 boxes out of a 2 BR flat to a different apt 10 minutes off, demanded extra cash and held hostage a 65″ LG TV set and bar stools before I agreed to pay an additional $225 along with that which we agreed upon. Five days after, they subcontracted a different firm to send my TV and things which were back in the old location and the TV display was completely destroyed. The co-owners of the subcontracted firm explained that it seemed like”perspiration damage” if the first Strongman movers pressed on the TV from their sweaty tops to take it. My $1300 TV which I purchased a year ago, they are currently offering me 60 cents per pound, meaning about $29! Owner Jessica is rude, aggressive, incompetent and with ZERO customer support abilities. She overbooks the tasks, overworks the team and makes no apologies for whatever. Her husband, who also telephoned me once I wanted a replacement for my TV, known as to insult me and to indicate I’d made up the story. I’ll be filing an official complaint against them. DO NOT HIRE THIS COMPANY!
